Unit 2 Whats the matter, Mike? 第一課時(shí)一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求1能夠聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)單詞和短語(yǔ):have a cold, have a toothache, have a fever, hurt, have a headache, have a sore throat.2能夠聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀句型:Whats the matter, Mike? I feel sick. I have a fever.并進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵詞的替換操練。3能夠理解會(huì)并吟唱Lets chant的歌謠。二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)1重點(diǎn)是掌握A-Lets learn的四會(huì)單詞和短語(yǔ),并詢問(wèn)別人的身體狀況。2難點(diǎn)是正確拼寫(xiě)四會(huì)單詞和短語(yǔ)。三、課前準(zhǔn)備1、 教師準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)所需的單詞卡。2、 教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和錄音帶。3、 教師準(zhǔn)備本單元的掛圖。四、教學(xué)過(guò)程1、 Warm-up(1)播放錄音PEP4Unit6歌曲“My father is a doctor.”(2)日常口語(yǔ)對(duì)話,復(fù)習(xí)職業(yè)單詞。 Whats your father/mother?2、 Presentation and practice(1)教師出示Lets start的教學(xué)掛圖,說(shuō):Look! We have some new friends here. Who are they? Whats the matter with them?幫助學(xué)生回答,并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過(guò)觀察圖片或教師的肢體動(dòng)作來(lái)幫助學(xué)生熟悉答句中的新單詞和短語(yǔ)。(2)播放Lets chant的錄音,重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)讀句子:I have a headache. I have the flu.(3)教師出示一支體溫表,說(shuō):This is a thermometer. If I have a fever, it will tell me. Lets see Mike. Mike doesnt feel well. He has a fever.指著Lets learn的圖片的Mike,教學(xué)“have a fever”。讓學(xué)生看圖片,教師做出各種表情,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生提問(wèn)“Whats the matter?”,引出詞組have a fever(出示體溫計(jì)或在額頭上捂濕毛巾) have a toothache(作牙疼狀) , hurt(在身體某一部位貼一塊膏藥), have a sore throat(咳嗽,說(shuō)話沙啞),have a cold(打噴嚏), have a headache(作頭痛狀)。注意headache和 toothache的共同之處,幫助學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)單了解構(gòu)詞法。播放錄音,讓學(xué)生跟讀單詞。(4)教師讓學(xué)生讀單詞,叫到的同學(xué),給他圖片(have a fever),問(wèn)他:“Whats the matter, xxx?”引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說(shuō):I feel sick. I have a fever.解釋sick單詞。用同樣的方法教授句型:Whats the matter, xxx? I .要求學(xué)生回答并做出相應(yīng)的表情。可以讓學(xué)生兩個(gè)進(jìn)行操練。(5)“看病”游戲。將學(xué)生分成六大組,每組選一張短語(yǔ)卡片。教師戴上醫(yī)生的帽子提問(wèn):Cold, cold, who has a cold? 如第一組選中的是have a cold,這組學(xué)生就邊做動(dòng)作或表情邊吟唱:Cold, cold, I have a cold.用同樣的方法進(jìn)行操練,各組調(diào)換卡片繼續(xù)該活動(dòng)。(6)“敲敲打打”活動(dòng)。教師將所學(xué)單詞或短語(yǔ)寫(xiě)在黑板上,然后把學(xué)生分成兩大組,每組派一名代表站到黑板前。教師說(shuō)單詞或短語(yǔ),請(qǐng)學(xué)生敲擊聽(tīng)到的單詞或短語(yǔ),誰(shuí)敲得既對(duì)又快得一分,最后得分高的組獲勝。(7)活動(dòng)1. 超級(jí)對(duì)對(duì)碰活動(dòng)目的:通過(guò)圖和詞組對(duì)對(duì)碰的游戲,學(xué)生鞏固所學(xué)詞組的詞義并使他們能夠掌握這些詞組的書(shū)寫(xiě)?;顒?dòng)準(zhǔn)備:多媒體課件活動(dòng)過(guò)程:屏幕的左邊為sore throat/fever/cold/headache這些詞,它們的旁邊為少了一個(gè)詞的詞組結(jié)構(gòu):have a , 右邊為每個(gè)詞組所對(duì)應(yīng)的圖片。拖動(dòng)左邊的詞把它們配對(duì)到對(duì)應(yīng)的詞組中。右邊的圖可以給所填的詞以提示。連對(duì)了,則會(huì)發(fā)出歡呼聲,給學(xué)生以鼓勵(lì)。3、 Consolidation and extension(1)學(xué)生聽(tīng)讀P14-16五遍。(2)學(xué)生背誦和抄寫(xiě)單詞和短語(yǔ)4遍。五、板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì): Unit 2 Whats the matter, Mike? have a fever hurt have a cold have a toothache have a headache have a sore throat 第二課時(shí)一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求1能夠掌握四會(huì)句子:Whats the matter? My throat is sore. My nose hurts.2能夠聽(tīng)懂Lets try部分,并能根據(jù)錄音內(nèi)容正確標(biāo)號(hào)。3能夠了解音標(biāo)的音和形,并讀出例詞,并連線。二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)1圍繞話題“看病”展開(kāi)的句型Whats the matter? My throat is sore. My nose hurts.以及Pronunciation的部分。2難點(diǎn)是掌握四會(huì)句型。三、課前準(zhǔn)備1教師準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)所需的詞卡。2教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和錄音帶。3教師準(zhǔn)備本單元的掛圖。四、教學(xué)過(guò)程1、Warm-up(1)播放Lets chant的錄音,邊唱邊表演。(2)拼詞比賽,復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課單詞和短語(yǔ),教師說(shuō)單詞,每組派一個(gè)學(xué)生到黑板上來(lái)寫(xiě)??茨膫€(gè)組又快又對(duì)就獲勝。2、Presentation and practice(1)播放Lets try的錄音,學(xué)生聽(tīng)音、看圖、標(biāo)號(hào)。然后校對(duì)答案,教師強(qiáng)調(diào)其中的重點(diǎn)句型,即Lets talk部分將學(xué)習(xí)的主要句型。(2)教師說(shuō):Your English is well. I feel very happy. How about you? How do you feel?教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答。并讓學(xué)生詢問(wèn)自己“How do you feel?”同時(shí)做出生病的表情,自然呈現(xiàn)句子:I feel sick.教授單詞sick.再次引導(dǎo)學(xué)生問(wèn):Whats the matter?教師繼續(xù)表達(dá),I have a sore throat.同桌操練。(3)傳話活動(dòng)教師將全班分成四組。游戲開(kāi)始分別向隊(duì)首輕輕講兩句如:How do you feel? I feel sick.各隊(duì)依次往下傳。隊(duì)尾的學(xué)生把聽(tīng)到的句子大聲說(shuō)出來(lái)??纯茨年?duì)又快又對(duì)。(4)播放Lets talk的錄音,提問(wèn)學(xué)生:How does Amy feel? Whats the matter with her?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生聽(tīng)完錄音后,回答。教師板書(shū)四會(huì)句子:Whats the matter? My throat is sore. My nose hurts.(5)讓學(xué)生讀Lets play的單詞,解釋新單詞,如broken leg, earache, stomachache, sore nose.學(xué)生在有9個(gè)格子的紙張上寫(xiě)上這幾個(gè)單詞,然后做Bingo的游戲。(6)教師出示Pronunciation的掛圖,帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀音標(biāo)和例詞,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生歸納發(fā)音規(guī)律,幫完成Read and write部分的活動(dòng)。(7)活動(dòng)名稱:幸運(yùn)搭檔活動(dòng)目的:增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的表演能力,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣提高學(xué)生說(shuō)單詞的熟練程度。活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備:?jiǎn)卧~卡片。活動(dòng)過(guò)程:兩人一組。一人面向黑板,一人面向?qū)W生并根據(jù)看到的圖片做出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作。面向黑板的同學(xué)根據(jù)動(dòng)作猜出單詞或詞組。在相同的時(shí)間內(nèi)哪組說(shuō)出的單詞數(shù)量最多便被評(píng)為最佳搭檔。3、Consolidation and extension(1)學(xué)生聽(tīng)讀P17五遍。(2)學(xué)生背誦和抄寫(xiě)句子4遍。(3)學(xué)生課外繼續(xù)做Lets play部分的Bingo游戲。五、板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì): Unit 2 Whats the matter, Mike?Whats the matter? My nose hurts. 第三課時(shí)一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求1能夠理解并會(huì)朗讀Lets read部分的短文,并回答課后問(wèn)題。2會(huì)唱歌曲“The way I feel”。3了解Good to know部分內(nèi)容。二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)1重點(diǎn)是理解并正確朗讀短文。2難點(diǎn)是理解條件狀語(yǔ)從句和時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句,并簡(jiǎn)單回答。三、課前準(zhǔn)備1教師準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)所需的詞卡。2教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和錄音帶。3教師準(zhǔn)備本單元的掛圖。四、教學(xué)過(guò)程1、Warm-up(1)播放Lets chant,師生一齊吟唱。(2)教師出示Lets learn的教學(xué)掛圖,隨意指向圖中的一個(gè)人物,要求學(xué)生根據(jù)人物特征快速配音,如“I have a cold”。2、Presentation and practice(1)“辨別真假”活動(dòng)。學(xué)生分成兩大組,一組說(shuō)“I have a headache.”同時(shí)做頭疼或其他動(dòng)作和表情,另一組來(lái)判斷,動(dòng)作和句子意思一致,說(shuō):Yes.不一致說(shuō):No.(2)教師接著說(shuō)新句子:I have the flu.同時(shí)做打噴嚏,咳嗽,提示學(xué)生flu的意思。并問(wèn)學(xué)生:How do you feel if you have the flu? 讓學(xué)生回答各種癥狀,如:I have a headache. I have a sore throat. 教師說(shuō):If you have the flu, you should go and see the doctor or take some medicine. 教授新單詞medicine和短語(yǔ)take some medicine。(3)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生閱讀短文,用簡(jiǎn)單明了的圖片理出文章的線索,分化篇章難點(diǎn),幫助學(xué)生理解文章大意引導(dǎo)學(xué)生邊思考邊閱讀文章。Sore throat see a doctorNose hurt have the flu take some medicine and drink hot waterHave a headache stay in bed(4)Lets sing.教師用簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)畫(huà)三張臉來(lái)表示happy, sad 和mad. 教師播放錄音,學(xué)生靜聽(tīng),教師略講歌詞大意,學(xué)生跟著學(xué)唱歌。(5)Good to know.學(xué)生看Zoom的四種表情,再請(qǐng)學(xué)生讀句子,然后與Zip手舉的四種顏色連線,并核對(duì)答案。(6)活動(dòng)名稱:?jiǎn)”硌莼顒?dòng)目的:鞏固新詞組,并導(dǎo)入句型“Whats the matter? / Do you have a .” 活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備:準(zhǔn)備一些寫(xiě)有詞組的小紙片。活動(dòng)過(guò)程:把詞組寫(xiě)入小紙片,抽到紙片的同學(xué)表演動(dòng)作,其他同學(xué)運(yùn)用“Whats the matter? Do you have a .” 提問(wèn),要求表演的同學(xué)運(yùn)用“I feel sick. / I have a”來(lái)回答。 (7)看病開(kāi)處方。一名學(xué)生扮演醫(yī)生,另一名學(xué)生扮演病人,醫(yī)生邊詢問(wèn)病情邊給病人開(kāi)處方,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的口頭語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力D: Good morning, S: Good morning, doctor.D: Whats your name? Shes tired.并進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵詞的替換操練。3能夠完成Task time的任務(wù)。二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)是使學(xué)生熟練掌握五個(gè)四會(huì)單詞,并能替換句型“How does she/he feel? I am happy, too. Look at my face. This is a happy face. 然后在黑板上畫(huà)“happy face”和“sad face”。教師指著sad face問(wèn)學(xué)生:Is it a happy face?以此教學(xué)單詞sad。教師可讓學(xué)生同桌之間一人做表情,另一人畫(huà)臉,再描述如:He/She is happy/sad.用簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)的形式教授其他單詞:excited, tired, angry, bored.(2)教師做出各種表情,請(qǐng)學(xué)生猜:Are you happy/tired/bored? 然后兩人一組一個(gè)做表情另一個(gè)猜,以此復(fù)習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)的形容詞。(3)教師播放B-Lets learn的錄音,學(xué)生跟讀單詞。然后出示教學(xué)掛圖,請(qǐng)學(xué)生仔細(xì)看圖片。教師提問(wèn):How does Amy feel? When Im sick in bed, and when I cant play football because of rain, I feel very sad. I look like this when I feel proud, when I get a good grade in school, and when I ride the bike without falling, I feel very proud. I look like this when I feel scared, when the light goes suddenly, and when I read stories about ghosts, I feel very scared. I look like this when I feel angry, when my toy gets broken, and when someone says bad words to me, I feel very angry. I feel lots of feelings everyday.(4)Pair work。教師給學(xué)生半分鐘的時(shí)間看Pair work部分的圖畫(huà),提示學(xué)生盡量記住圖中的人物及其表情,比一比誰(shuí)能猜的又快又對(duì)。Task time,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生仔細(xì)看圖,猜測(cè)每幅圖中發(fā)生的事,教師適當(dāng)講解故事內(nèi)容,接著領(lǐng)讀圖中的提示句子。(5)活動(dòng)名稱:What is missing?活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備: 單詞卡片活動(dòng)目的:提高學(xué)生的注意力和觀察力,并達(dá)到熟練記憶單詞的目的活動(dòng)過(guò)程:教師出示幾張表情圖片,給學(xué)生看半分鐘。然后隨意拿出一張,讓學(xué)生判斷哪一張少了,將缺失的單詞報(bào)出來(lái)并做出相應(yīng)的表情。(6)活動(dòng)名稱:Look for your friends 活動(dòng)目的:操練、認(rèn)讀及拼寫(xiě)單詞。活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備:?jiǎn)卧~和字母卡片活動(dòng)過(guò)程:將全班分成幾大組,把所需操練的單詞angry, sad, bored等拆分成字母,如grany, das, robde分發(fā)給組里成員或班里的同學(xué)。當(dāng)教師或指定同學(xué)讀到這個(gè)單詞時(shí),手上持有這個(gè)單詞的同學(xué)必須在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)按照字母順序報(bào)出該單詞,反應(yīng)最快的同學(xué)為勝。3、Consolidation and extension(1)學(xué)生聽(tīng)讀P19五遍。(2)學(xué)生背誦和抄寫(xiě)單詞和短語(yǔ)4遍。五、板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì): Unit 2 Whats the matter, Mike? tired angry excited happy sad bored.第五課時(shí)一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求1能夠掌握四會(huì)句子:How are you? You look so happy. You look sad today.2能夠聽(tīng)懂Lets try和Lets check部分,并能根據(jù)錄音內(nèi)容正確標(biāo)號(hào)。二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)是四會(huì)句型:How are you? You look so happy. You look sad today.難點(diǎn)是學(xué)生能夠陳述產(chǎn)生某種心情的原因。三、課前準(zhǔn)備1教師準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)所需的詞卡。2教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和錄音帶。3教師準(zhǔn)備本單元的掛圖。四、教學(xué)過(guò)程1、Warm-up(1)播放If you are happy的歌曲。(2)日常口語(yǔ)對(duì)話:T: How are you today?S: Im fine.T: Im glad to hear that如學(xué)生回答說(shuō):“I am sad/bored.”教師可說(shuō):Im sorry to hear that. Im sure they have had a hard trip.教學(xué)新詞trip。教師領(lǐng)讀并板書(shū),學(xué)生跟讀,然后過(guò)度到學(xué)習(xí)短語(yǔ):a hard trip,a big trip。(3)教師放Lets talk部分的錄音,學(xué)生聽(tīng)后回答問(wèn)題:How is Liu Yun? Is she happy? Is she excited? Why? 教師幫助學(xué)生回答:Yes, shes excited. She is going on abig trip. 教師繼續(xù)提問(wèn):Is Sarah happy today? How does she feel? Why? 教師幫助學(xué)生回答:Shes sad. She failed the math test.并板書(shū):fail the math test。準(zhǔn)備一張很糟的數(shù)學(xué)試卷,是學(xué)生了解語(yǔ)意。進(jìn)一步教學(xué)其他短語(yǔ)a Chinese test, a English test,并讓學(xué)生了解pass the Chinese test, pass the English test, pass the math test.(4)教師請(qǐng)學(xué)生扮演Sarah,師生對(duì)話如下: T: Hello! Sarah, how are you? You look sad today. Sarah: Yes, I failed the math test.教師接著說(shuō):Im sorry to hear that.讓學(xué)生理解意思。并引申出句子:Im glad to hear that.讓學(xué)生分角色朗讀對(duì)話。(5)Lets check.讓學(xué)生看Sarah的表情,并讀兩篇對(duì)話,選出正確的答案。(6)活動(dòng)名稱:心理醫(yī)生活動(dòng)目的:操練句型“How are you? You look”.學(xué)生間自由組合編排對(duì)話.通過(guò)對(duì)話對(duì)學(xué)生展開(kāi)情感教學(xué),讓學(xué)生理解健康的體魄和愉悅的心情的心情是一個(gè)人成功的重要因素,使學(xué)生形成良好的心理健康狀態(tài)?;顒?dòng)過(guò)程: A: How are you? You look bored today.
