Drawdown design scheme 1.1、設計參數(shù)1.1. Design data本工程降水井采用直徑300mm波紋管濾管,管井共20根井深22米,井口外露500mm。300mm corrugated filter pipe is adopted as the drawdown well and there are total 20 wells of 22m deep each. The wellhead exposes by 500mm. 1.2、降水井平面布置1.2. Layout of drawdown well降水井布置詳見降水管井平面布置圖。The arrangement of drawdown well is shown on the layout of drawdown well.二、施工準備II. Construction preparation2.1、測量放線2.1. Surveying and setting out測量放線依據(jù)現(xiàn)場測量控制點,標高采用水準儀,并根據(jù)井點布置圖采用全站儀放線定位。放線經(jīng)復核后報管理公司確認方可進行施工。The surveying and setting out shall be based on the field survey control points and optical level shall be used for measuring the elevation. In addition, the total station instrument shall be used for the setting out and positioning according to the layout of well points. Setting out shall be performed after re-recheck and being reported to the management company for confirmation.2.2、施工用電、用水配置2.2 Electricity and water for construction1、施工用電直接從配電房接入,50kVA能完全滿足降水用電負荷。1. The electricity for construction shall be directly connected from the switchgear room, and 50kVA can fully meet the drawdown load requirements.2、依據(jù)用水設備和施工經(jīng)驗,需用水量10m3/h直徑50mm管,就能滿足施工用水。2. Depending on the water equipment and based on the construction experience, the pipe of diameter 50mm with a water flow rate of 10m3/h can meet the construction requirements. 2.3、打井機械及井點設備2.3. Well drilling rig and well point equipment打井機械可根據(jù)工期要求變更。井點設備是由井點管、連接管、排水主管及抽水設備等組成。具體如下:The well drilling rig may very according to the schedule requirement. The well point equipment consists of well point pipe, connecting pipe, drain header and pumping equipment. Construction technology降水井施工工藝流程The work flow of drawdown well construction放線定井位鉆機就位鉆井換漿吊放井管填濾料粘土封井洗井安裝水泵、架設電纜鋪設排水總管及沉砂池抽降水位觀測封井Setting out positioning of well drilling rig well drilling mud fluid displacement lifting of well pipe filter material filling shut-in well with clay well flushing installing water pump and cable lay drain header and sedimentation tank drawdown by pumping optical level observation well shut-in1、測量定位1. Survey and positioning按施工圖放出井的中心點。井位應設立顯著標志,必要時用鋼纖打入地面以下300mm,并灌石灰粉作標記。Mark out the center point of the well according to the construction drawing. A clear district sign shall be erected at the well position and a steel rod shall be driven by 300mm under the ground if necessary. In addition, lime powder shall be poured as marker. 2、鉆孔定位2. Location of drill hole以定好的井位點為中心,500mm為直徑作圓,向下開0.40m作為井口。深度以見原狀土為準,確認無地下管線及地下構(gòu)筑物后放護筒,護筒外側(cè)填粘土封隔好表層雜填土,以防鉆井沖洗液漏失。Taking the well location as the center, make a circle of diameter 500mm and cut a 0.4m opening downward. The depth shall be such that reaching the undisturbed soil. The retaining cylinder shall be laid after confirming there is no underground pipeline and structure. The outside of retaining cylinder shall be filled with clay to isolate the miscellaneous fill at the surface layer, so as to prevent the leakage of drilling fluid.3、樁機就位3. Pile driver positioning樁機就位時需用水準儀找平,做到穩(wěn)固、周正、水平,以保證鉆進過程中的鉆機穩(wěn)定。起落鉆塔必須平穩(wěn)、準確。鉆機就位偏差應小于10mm,鉆塔垂直度偏差應小于1%。For positioning of pile driver, optical level shall be used for leveling. It shall be stable, regular and horizontal, so as to ensure the stability of the drilling rig in the drilling process. The lifting and lowering of drilling tower must be stable and accurate. The deviation of drilling rig positioning should be less than 10mm and the verticality deviation of the drilling tower shall be less than 1%.4、造漿:4. Mud making:根據(jù)地層情況采用正循環(huán)鉆方法成孔,一般采用地層自造漿護壁。當遇到砂層時,采用膨潤土(保持泥漿比重為1.1-1.15 g/cm3)造漿護壁成孔。地層土質(zhì)松散時,孔內(nèi)泥漿應高于地面。According to the stratum layer, normal circulation drilling method shall be used for bore forming. Normally, the native mud is used for wall retaining. When sand layer is encountered, bentonite shall be used for mud (keeping the mud weight is 1.101.15.) making and bore forming. When the soil is loose, the mud inside the bore shall be higher than the ground. 5、鉆井5. Drilling鉆進過程中要隨時觀察泥漿的流損變化,水的補充要泥漿的流損情況及時調(diào)整,一般應保持泥漿液面不低于井口下1米,當鉆遇砂層,泥漿大量流失時,應加大補水量,并投入適量的膨潤土形成一定粘度的泥漿以控制沖洗液漏失,防止塌孔事故。在以粘土為主的地層中鉆井時,由于鉆井自造漿較稠,鉆進效率低,此時可排走一部分泥漿,補充清水,調(diào)整泥漿密度到適宜狀態(tài)。鉆進中發(fā)現(xiàn)塌孔、斜孔時應及時處理??s孔時應經(jīng)常提動鉆具修擴孔壁,每次沖擊時間不宜過長,防止卡鉆。In the process of drilling, attention shall be always paid to the flowing loss of mud. The water makeup and mud flowing loss shall be timely adjusted. In general, the mud shall be kept at a level not lower than the wellhead by 1m. When sand layer is encountered and great amount of mud flows off, great amount of water shall be made up and proper amount of bentonite shall be put in to establish the mud of a certain viscosity, control the leakage of flushing fluid and prevent the bore collapse accident. When drilling in the stratum that is mainly formed by clay, because native slurry of the well is thick and the efficiency of drilling is low, in this case some mud can be discharged and clean water shall replenished to adjust the mud density to a proper state. Bore collapse and inclination during drilling shall be timely treated. In case of shrinkage cavity, the drilling tool shall be frequently lifted up for repairing and expanding the bore wall. The time of each percussion shall not be too long, so as to prevent jamming.6、換漿6. Mud fluid displacement鉆孔至設計深度后(一般應大于設計深度的0.5m1.0m),將鉆頭提高0.5m左右并加清水稀釋,直到泥漿密度接近1.05g/cm3,粘度為1820s?,F(xiàn)場觀察一般以換漿后泥漿不染手為準。替漿過程中,應按排泥漿的清運或排放工作。After drilling to the design depth (normally deeper than the design depth by 0.5m 1.0m), the drilling bit shall be uplifted by about 0.5m and clean water shall be added for dilution till the density of mud reaches 1.05g/cm3 and the viscosity is 18 20s. For field observation, the criteria is that the mud does not adhere to hands after displacement. During displacement, mud removal or discharge shall be arranged. 7、下管7. Pipe placement、檢查井管有無殘缺、斷裂及彎曲情況。Check whether the well pipe is damaged, broken and bent.、在波紋管外側(cè)鉆孔,孔徑不小于20mm并在波紋管外包60目濾網(wǎng)不少于2層。 Drill bores outside the corrugated pipe. The bore diameter shall be not less than 20mm, and the outside of the corrugated pipe shall be wrapped with 60-mesh strainer by not less than 2 courses.、使井管居于井孔正中,避免傾斜,并固定。 Put the well pipe at the center of the well bore, avoid inclination and fix it.、下降第二節(jié)井管時,注意連接的公母接口,動作要輕緩,不能猛降猛放。 When placing the second section of the well pipe, attention should be paid to the connection of the male and female interfaces. While doing the job, the action shall be light and slow, avoiding sudden placement.、井管安放應力求垂直并位于井孔中間;管頂部比自然地面高500mm左右。井管過濾部分應放置在含水層適當?shù)姆秶鷥?nèi)。 Well pipe placement should be vertical and located in the middle of the well as far as possible; the pipe top shall be higher than the natural ground by about 500mm. The filter section of the well pipe should be placed in the proper range of the aquifer.8、填料8. Filling material、安裝完井管后,在無砂濾水井管外側(cè)與井壁之間填礫料。 After installing the well pipe, gravel material shall be filled between the outer wall of the filter-free pipe and the well wall.、礫料應緩慢填入,防止沖歪井管,一次不可填入過多。接近井口1.50m處,用粘土封嚴,以防地面水、雨水流入。 The gravel material should be slowly filled to prevent deflection of the well pipe due to flushing. The filling should not be too mush in one time. When it is near the wellhead, clay shall be used for shut-in, so as to prevent the surface water and rain water from in-flowing.、井管下入后,及時在井管與土壁間填充砂礫填料。粒徑應大于濾網(wǎng)的孔徑,一般為38mm的細礫石。砂礫濾料必須符合級配要求,將設計砂礫上、下限以外的顆粒篩除,合格率要大于90%,雜質(zhì)含量不大于3%;填料要一次連續(xù)完成。 After placing the well pipe, timely fill sand and gravel between the well pipe and the soil wall. The particle size of gravel should be larger than the filter mesh diameter, and it is generally 3 to 8mm fine gravel. Gravel filter material must meet the gradation requirements. The particles larger than the upper limit or smaller than the lower limit of the design gravel size shall be screened off. The rate of conformity shall be higher than 90% and the inclusion content shall not be more than 3%. Filling shall be completed in one time continuously.9、洗井9. Well flushing成井后,用污水泵反復進行恢復性抽洗。洗井應在成井4小時內(nèi)進行,以免時間過長,影響滲水效果。洗井后可進行試驗性抽水,確定單井出水量及水位降低能否滿足設計要求。After the well is formed, the sewage pump shall be used to repeatedly perform restorative pumping and flushing. Well flushing shall be performed within 4h after the well is formed, so as to avoid being left aside too long and affecting the seepage effect. After the well flushing, test pumping shall be performed to determine whether the discharge of single well and the lowering of optical level can meet the design requirements.10、安裝抽水控制線路10. Installation of pumping control pipeline潛水泵在安裝前,應對水泵本身和控制系統(tǒng)作一次全面細致的檢查。檢驗電動機的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向,各部位螺栓是否擰緊,潤滑油是否加足,電纜接頭的封口有無松動,電纜線有無破壞折斷等情況,然后在地面上轉(zhuǎn)35min,如無問題,始可放入井中使用。深井內(nèi)安設潛水電泵,可用繩索吊入濾水層部位,上部應與井管口固定。潛水電動機、電纜及接頭應有可靠的絕緣,每臺泵應配置一個控制開關。主電源線路沿深井排水管路設置。安裝完畢應進行試抽水,滿足要求后始轉(zhuǎn)入正常工作。Before installing the submersible pump, the pump itself and the control system shall be subject to a comprehensive and detailed inspection. The following checks shall be made, such as the rotation direction of motor, whether the bolts at various places are tightened, whether lubricant is fully added, whether the cable connection seal is loose, whether the cables are damaged or broken, etc. After the checks, run the pump on the ground for 35min. It can be put into the well only if it is in good condition. For installing submersible pump inside a deep well, the pump may be lifted to filtration bed level with ropes and the pump top shall be fixed to the well head. The submersible motor, cable and joint shall be provided with reliable insulation and each pump shall be equipped with a control switch. The main power supply line shall be arranged along the drainage pipeline. After installation, trial pumping shall be performed and it shall be transferred to normal operation after satisfying the requirements.四、降水過程的控制IV. Control of the drawdown process1、在正式降水前應作抽水試驗,以驗證方案的可行性,根據(jù)抽水試驗結(jié)果選擇泵的揚程流量,基坑開挖前至停止抽水時止,每天對地下水位進行觀測記錄,調(diào)整抽水速度及抽水量。1. Pumping test shall be performed before drawdown to validate the feasibility of the scheme. Select the head and flow rate of the pump according to the pumping test. Monitor and record the groundoptical level before the excavation of foundation pit till the stop of pumping every day. Adjust the pumping speed and amount of water being pumped out.2、在基坑開挖過程中,應隨時觀測基坑側(cè)壁、基坑底的滲水現(xiàn)象,并查明原因,及時采取施工措施,并檢查基坑外管網(wǎng)有無滲漏。2. During the excavation of foundation pit, the seepage of the foundation side wall and foundation bottom shall be always monitored, for which the causes shall be identified and measures shall be taken. The pipe network outside the foundation pit shall be checked for seepage. 3、在抽水維護期間,根據(jù)單井出水量確定開、關水泵的時間間隔,委派專業(yè)人員24小時輪流值班,保證水泵正常運轉(zhuǎn)及井內(nèi)水位?,F(xiàn)場準備多臺備用水泵及零配件,以便及時更換或維修,注意保護井口,防止雜物掉入井內(nèi)。3. During the pumping maintenance period, assign professional workers for 24h work on shifts, so as to determine the time for the startup and shutdown of water pump according to the water output of a single well and ensure the normal operation of the pump and the optical level in the well. Many spare pumps and spare parts shall be prepared on site for a timely replacement or repair. Pay attention to protect the wellhead and prevent debris from falling into the well.4、發(fā)現(xiàn)基坑出水、涌砂,應立即查明原因,組織處理。4. If water flowing out or boiling of sand is found in the foundation pit, the causes shall be immediately identified for settlement.5、降水開始時間為:基坑土方開挖前不少于10天。5. The beginning time of drawdown is: no less than 10 days before the excavation of foundation pit.6、降水時間持續(xù):上部結(jié)構(gòu)的自重大于地下水產(chǎn)生的浮力后方可停止降水。6. Drawdown duration: the drawdown may be stopped only when the dead weight of the superstructure is greater than the buoyancy generated by groundwater.五、降水管網(wǎng)布設V. Laying of drawdown pipe network1、降水用電纜應延基坑邊布設,并在坑內(nèi)降水井相對應的位置設置配電箱,電纜借助臨近的支撐架設到坑邊,并采用絕緣套管懸掛在坑邊的護欄上。電纜布設和電箱布置詳見降水電纜布置圖。1. The cable for drawdown should be laid along the foundation pit, and the distribution box shall be set up at the corresponding location of the drawdown well in the pit. The cable use the nearest strutting structure to the side of pit and then it should be hung on the guardrail on the side of the pit with the insulating sleeve. The arrangement of cables and electric boxes are detailed in the layout of drawdown cables.2、降水用輸水管線采用PVC排水管和沉砂池相結(jié)合的辦法。地下水通過井水泵經(jīng)排水管抽至沉砂池沉砂后(沉砂池采用成品水箱埋設在靠近城市管網(wǎng)接入口的下水道)排出場外。2. The drainage pipeline for drawdown is in the form of PVC drainage pipeline plus sedimentation tank. The ground water is pumped to the sedimentation tank (the sedimentation tank is a water tank embedded in the sewage near the municipal pipeline connection interface) by the well pump through the drainage pipe, and then discharged to the outside.六、降水工程質(zhì)量保證措施VI. Measures for quality assurance of drawdown works6.1、降水管理6.1. Drawdown management1、根據(jù)水位觀測情況,控制降水井排水時間和時間間隔。1. According to the observation of optical level, control the drainage time and time interval of drawdown well drainage.2、安排兩班人員日夜值班,進行排水降水控制操作、水位觀測和數(shù)據(jù)記錄。2. Arrange two shifts on duty day and night to perform drainage and drawdown control and operation, optical level observation and data record.3、在基坑開挖過程中,須密切注意降水效果,做好降水工作。3. During the excavation of foundation pit, attention must be paid to the effect of drawdown. The drawdown work shall be properly performed.4、若因地下圍護結(jié)構(gòu)大量滲漏而引起坑外水位下降超過規(guī)定值時,監(jiān)測人員及時發(fā)出警報,并由值班人員控制抽水力度或停抽。4. If the optical level drop exceeds the specified value due to great seepage and leakage of the underground retaining structure, Monitoring worker should give the alarm and then the pumping strength shall be controlled or the pumping shall be stopped by duty staff.5、暴露的降水井管四周要及時回填粘土封密5. The surrounding area of the exposed drawdown well pipe shall be timely backfilled with clay for shut-in.6.2、施工技術措施6.2. Construction technical measures1、根據(jù)基坑圍護圖、地質(zhì)資料和對基坑降水的設計要求,作好施工組織設計,并按施工組織設計要求認真準備。1. According to the pit retaining drawing, geological data and design requirements of the foundation pit drawdown, make proper construction organization design, and carefully prepare according to the construction organization design requirements.2、對施工人員進行技術培訓工作,充分了解關鍵部位的施工要求,精心施工,保證潛水泵的抽吸作用和水泵的降水作用。2. Conduct technical training for construction personnel, fully understand the construction requirements for key parts,and guarantee the suction of the submersible pump and the role of water pump for drawdown.3、做好降水井特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的圖樣設計和工藝設計。3. Properly make drawing design and process design of the special structure of tube well.4、精心選用和確定施工用的各種材料和設備。4. Carefully select and determine the various construction materials and equipment.6.3、生產(chǎn)設備準備6.3. Preparation of production equipment1、作好施工用的材料、設備和勞動力進場計劃。1. Make the plan for mobilization of materials, equipment and labor to the site.2、降水作業(yè)隊應提前作好鋼材、黃砂、水表、真空表、水泵、水泵管路、管道閥門等材料采購及單井制造工作。成井所用的構(gòu)件、機械設備、材料必須隔天到場。2. The drawdown operation team shall procure steel, sand, water meter, vacuum gauge, water pump, water pump pipeline and pipeline valve and manufacture the individual well in advance. The components, machinery, equipment and materials used for completed well must be available on site the next day.6.4、質(zhì)量措施6.4. Quality measures1、根據(jù)降水要求,嚴格按施工組織設計提出的施工方法進行施工,施工人員應對工人作好技術交底工作,施工過程中必須落實各項技術措施;鉆孔時應根據(jù)水文地質(zhì)條件和土層物理力學性質(zhì),合理選擇鉆井設備,正確制備泥漿,控制好孔內(nèi)沖洗液面的高度和鉆井進度,以防塌孔。1. According to the drawdown requirements, the construction shall be performed in strict accordance with the construction method proposed in the construction organization design. The construction personnel shall make technical clarification for the workers and various technical measures must be implemented during construction. During drilling, the following job shall be performed according to the hydrogeological conditions and physical property of soil layer to prevent bore collapse, such as rational selection of drilling equipment, proper preparation of mud, control of the height of flushing surface and drilling speed. 2、認真作好降水記錄;坑外水位發(fā)生變化,應及時調(diào)整降水作業(yè);2. Carefully record the drawdown operation; when the optical level outside the pit changes, the drawdown work shall be timely adjusted;3、挖土施工中,安排專人注意看護電纜和管路不受破壞;3.
