風(fēng)煙控制系統(tǒng)Air and Flue Gas Control System 一般把送風(fēng)控制系統(tǒng)、爐膛壓力控制系統(tǒng)、一次風(fēng)壓控制系統(tǒng)、二次風(fēng)控制系統(tǒng)、磨煤機(jī)出口風(fēng)溫和風(fēng)量控制系統(tǒng)稱為風(fēng)煙控制系統(tǒng)。Generally, the air supply control system, the furnace pressure control system, the primary air pressure control system, the secondary air control system, the coal mill output air temperature and air flow control system are called the air and flue gas control system. 1.磨煤機(jī)出口風(fēng)溫和磨煤機(jī)出口風(fēng)量控制系統(tǒng)。1. Coal mill outlet air temperature & coal mill outlet air flow control system. 磨煤機(jī)風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是設(shè)置冷熱風(fēng)調(diào)節(jié)擋板的風(fēng)溫/風(fēng)量控制系統(tǒng)。由于冷風(fēng)或熱風(fēng)擋板任一擋板開度的變化,都會(huì)影響到風(fēng)量和溫度的調(diào)節(jié),因此在負(fù)荷變動(dòng)時(shí),對(duì)磨煤機(jī)的出口風(fēng)溫和出口風(fēng)量的控制比較困難。對(duì)磨煤機(jī)出口風(fēng)溫和磨煤機(jī)出口風(fēng)量控制所采用的方法是:溫度調(diào)節(jié)器的輸出在控制熱風(fēng)門的同時(shí),通過一個(gè)負(fù)的比例環(huán)節(jié)去控制冷風(fēng)門,使溫度調(diào)節(jié)器的動(dòng)作不影響風(fēng)量;同樣,風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)器的輸出在控制冷風(fēng)門的同時(shí),通過一個(gè)正的比例環(huán)節(jié)去控制熱風(fēng)門,使風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)器的動(dòng)作不影響溫度。為了進(jìn)一步改善調(diào)節(jié)品質(zhì),采用了變參數(shù)PI控制。The coal mill air system is an air temperature / air flow control system that is provided with a cold and hot air damper regulator. Changed opening of either the cold air or hot air damper will affect the regulation of air flow and temperature. Therefore, if the load changes, it will be more difficult to control the outlet air temperature and air flow of the coal mill. The method to control the outlet air temperature and outlet air flow of the coal mill is: output of the temperature regulator will control the hot air throttle and a negative proportional component will control the cold air throttle, so that the action of the temperature regulator does not affect the air flow; Similarly, output of the air flow regulator will control the cold air throttle and a positive proportional component will control the hot air throttle, so that the action of the air flow regulator does not affect the temperature. Variable parameter PI control is adopted to further improve the quality of regulation. 冷風(fēng)門和熱風(fēng)門分別有一個(gè)手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)切換開關(guān),它們互為連鎖。當(dāng)冷風(fēng)門和熱風(fēng)門投入自動(dòng)的條件都滿足時(shí),只要兩個(gè)開關(guān)中任意一個(gè)切換到自動(dòng),另一個(gè)也隨之切換到自動(dòng);如果有一個(gè)開關(guān)投自動(dòng)條件消失而切換到手動(dòng)時(shí),另一個(gè)也將切換到手動(dòng)。The cold air throttle and the hot air throttle are respectively provided with a manual selector switch and an automatic selector switch. The two switches are interlocked. When both the cold and hot air throttles meet the conditions for automatic operation, the other switch will switch to automatic as long as either of the two switches is in automatic state; If one switch changes to manual when the automatic conditions are gone, the other switch will switch to manual, too. 當(dāng)出現(xiàn)下列條件時(shí),熱風(fēng)門控制從自動(dòng)切換至手動(dòng):The hot air throttle will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) BCS(燃燒器控制系統(tǒng))不允許投自動(dòng);1) BCS (burner control system) does not allow for automatic operation; 2) 冷風(fēng)門手動(dòng);2) The cold air throttle is in manual state; 3) 溫度變送器偏差報(bào)警;3) There is a temperature transmitter deviation alarm; 4) 擋板位置不跟隨指令;4) The damper position does not follow the demand; 5) 操作員選擇手動(dòng)。5) The operator chooses manual control. 當(dāng)出現(xiàn)下列條件時(shí),冷風(fēng)門控制從自動(dòng)切換至手動(dòng):The cold air throttle will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) BCS不允許投自動(dòng);1) BCS does not allow for automatic operation; 2) 熱風(fēng)門手動(dòng);2) The hot air throttle is in manual state; 3) 風(fēng)量變送器偏差報(bào)警;3) There is a temperature transmitter deviation alarm; 4) 補(bǔ)償用溫度變送器偏差報(bào)警;4) There is a deviation alarm of compensation-used temperature transmitter; 5) 擋板位置不跟隨指令;5) The damper position does not follow the demand; 6) 操作員選擇手動(dòng)。6) The operator chooses manual control. 風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)的設(shè)定值由對(duì)應(yīng)于該磨煤機(jī)的給煤機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速通過函數(shù)加偏置產(chǎn)生。The set value of air flow regulation is generated by function plus bias of the feeder speed corresponds to the coal mill. 2.送風(fēng)控制系統(tǒng)。2. Air supply control system. 風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)器與多輸出控制系統(tǒng)中的變?cè)鲆嬲{(diào)節(jié)器構(gòu)成了風(fēng)量控制的串級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)。鍋爐指令經(jīng)風(fēng)煤交叉限制回路形成風(fēng)量指令。經(jīng)風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)器運(yùn)算后,輸出指令到兩臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)的動(dòng)葉控制器,通過對(duì)動(dòng)葉開度的調(diào)節(jié)來實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)。每臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)都用各自的實(shí)測(cè)風(fēng)量進(jìn)行最大動(dòng)葉開度限制,如果動(dòng)葉開度指令大于實(shí)測(cè)風(fēng)量規(guī)定的最大動(dòng)葉開度,則風(fēng)機(jī)動(dòng)葉開度的增加會(huì)被限制在實(shí)測(cè)風(fēng)量規(guī)定的最大動(dòng)葉開度。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)以下條件時(shí),每臺(tái)送風(fēng)機(jī)控制從自動(dòng)切換至手動(dòng):The air flow regulator and the variable gain regulator in the multi-output control system constitute a cascade regulating system of air flow control. The boiler demand forms an air flow signal through the air-coal crossing restriction loop. After calculation by the air flow regulator, the demand is output to the moving blade controller of the two fans. The air flow is adjusted by adjusting the opening of the moving blade. Each fan restricts the maximum opening of its moving blade based on its actual air flow. If the opening demand of the moving blade is greater than the maximum moving blade opening as provided by the measured air flow, increase in the opening of the fan moving blade will be restricted to the maximum moving blade opening as provided by the measured air flow. Each fan will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) 執(zhí)行器失電;1) Actuator power failure; 2) 送風(fēng)機(jī)停運(yùn);2) Supply fan outage; 3) 送風(fēng)機(jī)失速;3) Supply fan stall; 3) MFT;3) MFT; 4) 經(jīng)風(fēng)溫修正后的風(fēng)量偏差報(bào)警;4) Air flow deviation alarm after air temperature correction; 5) 風(fēng)量變送器偏差報(bào)警;引風(fēng)機(jī)手動(dòng);5) Air flow transmitter deviation alarm; induced draft air under manual control; 6) 動(dòng)葉開度大于實(shí)測(cè)風(fēng)量規(guī)定的最大開度;6) Moving blade opening greater than the maximum opening as provided by the measured air flow; 7) 操作員設(shè)置手動(dòng);7) The operator sets to manual control; 8) 動(dòng)葉位置不跟隨指令。8) Moving blade position does not follow the demand. 3.爐膛負(fù)壓控制系統(tǒng)。3. Furnace negative pressure control system. 爐膛負(fù)壓控制系統(tǒng)由負(fù)壓調(diào)節(jié)器和多輸出控制系統(tǒng)的變?cè)鲆嬲{(diào)節(jié)器構(gòu)成串級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng),以送風(fēng)指令為前饋,使送引風(fēng)機(jī)能協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作。The furnace negative pressure control system is a cascade regulating system formed by the negative pressure regulator and the variable gain regulator of the multi-output control system. The air supply demand acts as the feedforward so that the supply air fan and induced air fan can operate in coordination. 當(dāng)爐膛壓力高軟報(bào)警和硬報(bào)警同時(shí)存在時(shí),引風(fēng)機(jī)發(fā)生減閉鎖,同時(shí)送風(fēng)機(jī)發(fā)生增閉鎖,當(dāng)爐膛壓力低軟報(bào)警和硬報(bào)警同時(shí)存在時(shí),引風(fēng)機(jī)發(fā)生增閉鎖,同時(shí)送風(fēng)機(jī)發(fā)生減閉鎖。When high soft alarm and hard alarm of the furnace pressure simultaneously exist, block decrease of induced draft fan will occur while the block increase of the air supply fan will occur. When low soft alarm and hard alarm of the furnace pressure simultaneously exist, block increase of induced draft fan will occur while the block decrease of the air supply fan will occur.當(dāng)出現(xiàn)下列條件時(shí),引風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)擋板控制從自動(dòng)切換至手動(dòng):The damper regulator of the induced draft fan will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) 風(fēng)機(jī)停運(yùn);1) Fan outage; 2) 動(dòng)葉位置不跟隨指令;2) Moving blade position does not follow the demand; 3) 爐膛負(fù)壓(三選二)測(cè)量值偏差報(bào)警;3) Deviation alarm of measurement of furnace negative pressure (two out three); 4) 風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)口擋板或出口擋板非全開;4) Fan inlet damper or outlet damper is not fully open; 5) 操作員設(shè)置手動(dòng)。5) The operator sets to manual control; 4.一次風(fēng)壓控制系統(tǒng)4. Primary air pressure control system 一次風(fēng)壓控制系統(tǒng)的控制要求是保持一次風(fēng)母管的風(fēng)壓與爐膛壓力有一定的差壓,以保證一次風(fēng)的送粉和助燃能力。一次風(fēng)壓控制系統(tǒng)為串級(jí)多輸出控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主調(diào)節(jié)器的測(cè)量值為一次風(fēng)母管與爐膛的差壓,設(shè)定值由6臺(tái)給煤機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的最大值經(jīng)函數(shù)發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生,設(shè)定值的最小限制值為6.5kPa左右。最大限制值為12.2kPa。副調(diào)節(jié)器為多輸出控制系統(tǒng)的變?cè)鲆嬲{(diào)節(jié)器。The control requirements of the primary air pressure control system are to maintain certain differential pressure between the air pressure of the primary air main pipe and the furnace pressure, so as to ensure that the primary air is able to feed pulverized coal and help combustion. The primary air pressure control system is a cascade multi-output control system. The measured value of the system main regulator is the difference pressure between the primary air main pipe and the furnace. The set value is generated from the maximum speed of the 6 coal feeders through the function generator. The minimum limit of the set value is about 6.5kPa and the maximum limit is 12.2kPa. The secondary regulator is a variable gain regulator of the multi-output control system. 負(fù)荷較低時(shí),經(jīng)常只要求一臺(tái)一次風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行。在兩臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí),由于振動(dòng)、磨煤機(jī)跳閘等原因,也常會(huì)發(fā)生一臺(tái)事故跳閘,處于一臺(tái)一次風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。而一次風(fēng)壓力是鍋爐燃煤運(yùn)行時(shí)比較重要的參數(shù),為了在一次風(fēng)機(jī)事故跳閘或啟停時(shí),一次風(fēng)壓控制不會(huì)退出自動(dòng)且具有較好的調(diào)節(jié)品質(zhì),在常規(guī)的多輸出控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上增加了跳閘補(bǔ)償回路:If the load is small, usually only one primary air fan is required to operate. When the two fans are put into operation, accident trip will occur to one of them due to vibration, coal mill trip and other reasons. When this happens, only one primary air fan will be in operation. The primary air pressure is an important parameter when the boiler is in coal-fired operation. To ensure that the primary air pressure will not exit from automatic control and achieve higher quality of regulation in case of accident trip or start and stop of the primary air fan, a trip compensating circuit is provided on the basis of the conventional multi-output control system: 1) 兩臺(tái)手動(dòng)時(shí),變?cè)鲆嬲{(diào)節(jié)的跟蹤變量為:A運(yùn)行、B停運(yùn)時(shí),跟蹤A;
