Teaching Plan for Pete the CatI love my white shoes執(zhí)教人:安慶市大觀區(qū)海口中心學(xué)校 殷上普【Analysis of the Teaching Material】About the material語(yǔ)篇呈現(xiàn)的是一只名叫Pete the Cat的小貓穿著一雙白色球鞋不管前路多么坎坷,遇到多少麻煩,都依然笑著走下去的故事。學(xué)生通過(guò)閱讀,增加語(yǔ)言的輸入,懂得故事傳達(dá)的人文道理。根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況,我制定不同層次的教學(xué)目標(biāo):能理解故事內(nèi)容;能按正確的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)朗讀故事;能恰當(dāng)運(yùn)用故事中的語(yǔ)言表演故事。【Analysis of the Students】在經(jīng)過(guò)兩年多的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)之后,五年級(jí)的學(xué)生已經(jīng)能對(duì)日常生活中的場(chǎng)景做簡(jiǎn)單英語(yǔ)闡述,但他們大多還停留在固化的母語(yǔ)思維模式;能用簡(jiǎn)單的句子進(jìn)行交流,仍要提高綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。【Teaching Aims】Knowledge aimsl 通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí),能聽(tīng)懂、讀懂小故事,并掌握話題下相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)句,準(zhǔn)確運(yùn)用在實(shí)際交流中。l 能夠正確聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、認(rèn)讀以下生詞及詞組:strawberry、blueberry、walk down the street 、wet、wash awayAbility aimsl 通過(guò)復(fù)習(xí)所學(xué)水果類單詞,既能鞏固舊知,又能為下一步讀文奠定基礎(chǔ)。l 通過(guò)看小故事的視頻,整體感知,提高學(xué)生獲取文本主要信息的能力。l 通過(guò)課后的習(xí)題檢測(cè)學(xué)生對(duì)故事的理解程度,以提高學(xué)生整理分析信息的能力,從中給予必要的點(diǎn)撥。Moral aimsl 體會(huì)人生道理:不管前路多坎坷,我們依然要笑著走下去?!綤ey Points and Difficult Points】l 故事文本中大量的生詞及習(xí)慣用法會(huì)增加學(xué)生模仿朗讀的難度。l 理解文本的真實(shí)寓意,并惟妙惟肖的表演。【Teaching Approaches】l 任務(wù)型教學(xué)途徑l TPR教學(xué)法l 整體語(yǔ)言教學(xué)法【Teaching Aids】l 多媒體課件教 學(xué) 過(guò) 程教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)意圖Pre-reading1. Leading-in:Review different kinds of fruits by pictures.通過(guò)展示多彩的水果,熟悉學(xué)生,驅(qū)散學(xué)生的陌生感與學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)的畏懼感。2. Task 1: Guessstrawberry strawberries(show pictures)blueberry blueberries(by a riddle)通過(guò)猜水果去理解復(fù)數(shù)的含義,并掌握描述成堆事物的詞組,為后面的學(xué)習(xí)做鋪墊。While-reading1. Task 2: listen to the story and order the pictures.T: Is it funny? Please order the pictures.讓學(xué)生通過(guò)觀看小故事的動(dòng)畫(huà)視頻,初步感知故事情節(jié)。 2. Goodness,no!He kept walking along and singing his song: I love my _ shoes.通過(guò)教師情境教學(xué),讓學(xué)生更加深入的了解故事內(nèi)容,檢查學(xué)生對(duì)文章的理解程度,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生發(fā)揮想象,敘寫(xiě)故事內(nèi)容。4.Task 5: Pete stepped in waterQ: Are the shoes blue? Are the shoes red?What color are the shoes now?Word bank: wash away讓學(xué)生觀察鞋子顏色的變化,發(fā)散思維,得出故事表層含義。Post-reading1. Retell the story: Finish the blanks.Students are divided into four groups. (one group for one chapter)通過(guò)填空進(jìn)行整理,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生復(fù)述能力,同時(shí)提高學(xué)生語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。3. Homework:Keep walking your way and singing your song.摒棄乏味的抄寫(xiě)作業(yè),讓課后延伸更加有趣、更具人文特色、更有教育意義。Teaching material:Pete the Cat- I Love My White ShoesStory by Eric LitminPete the cat was walking down the street in his white shoes. Pete loved his white shoes so much, he sang this song: I love my white shoes, I love my white shoesOh no! Pete stepped in the strawberries. What color were his shoes? Red. Did Pete cry ? Goodness no. He kept walking along and singing his song: I love my red shoes, I love my red shoesOh no! Pete stepped in the blueberries. What color were his shoes? Blue. Did Pete cry ? Goodness no. He kept walking along and singing his song: I love my blue shoes, I love my blue shoesOh no! Pete stepped in the water. All the red, and all the blue were washed away. What color were his shoes again? White. But now they were wet. Did Pete cry? Goodness no. He kept walking along and singing his song: I love my wet shoes, I love my wet shoesThe moral of Petes story is: No matter what you step in, keep walking along and singing your song.
