Unit 6 Im going to study computer science.Section A (1a-2b)博野鎮(zhèn)第二中學(xué) 段艷梅一、教學(xué)目標(biāo): 1. 語言知識目標(biāo):1) 能掌握以下單詞:grow up, computer programmer, cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot, pianist, scientist能掌握以下句型: What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a basketball player. How are you going to do that? Im going to practice basketball every day. Where are you going to work? When are you going to start? 2) 能了解以下語法: 掌握一般將來時態(tài)的構(gòu)成形式; 3) 用一般將來時態(tài)表達(dá)將要做的事情。 2. 情感態(tài)度價值觀目標(biāo): 每個人都有自己的夢想和對未來的打算,對于將來想要從事的職業(yè)也充滿了憧憬。 人們以常談?wù)撍麄兊脑O(shè)想,因此,應(yīng)通過學(xué)習(xí)這一內(nèi)容來激發(fā)學(xué)生們的學(xué)習(xí)主動性和學(xué)習(xí)興趣,使他們更加有理想,并為實現(xiàn)自己的理想而不斷努力。二、教學(xué)重難點1. 教學(xué)重點:1) 學(xué)習(xí)一般將來時態(tài)的構(gòu)成方式。2) 學(xué)習(xí)本課時出現(xiàn)的重點句型,通過在不同情景下運(yùn)用來熟練運(yùn)用一般將來時態(tài)。2. 教學(xué)難點:用一般將來時態(tài)表達(dá)自己未來的打算。三、教學(xué)過程. Lead-in 1.聽一首關(guān)于夢想的歌曲,以調(diào)動課堂氣氛,由此也歸納出以前所學(xué)過的一些職業(yè)的英語表達(dá)方式: teacher, nurse, doctor, basketball player, runner, actor, actress 2. 詢問學(xué)生們想要從事的職業(yè),從而引出句型: What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a basketball player. 3. 學(xué)生們看幻燈片,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們進(jìn)行問答自己將來所喜歡的職業(yè)。 . Presentation1. 播放幻燈片,展示一些職業(yè)的圖片,來引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)一些新的職業(yè)名詞: computer programmer, cook, engineer, violinist, pianist, pilot, scientist, 2. 讓學(xué)生們看大屏幕,通過“記憶風(fēng)暴”來強(qiáng)化記憶這些生詞。3. Ask Ss” Do you remember the new jobs?” 4.Practice “want to be”5.由” Mr going- to- do”的故事,引出有 夢想還要有行動,光說不做不行,那么引出 打算做 be going to do 的 句型。. Game 1. Show some pictures in the big screen. 2. Let Ss guess what he/she is going to do. 3. Let Ss try their best to guess the job. See which group is the best. . Listening 1. T: Tell Ss to read the words of jobs in the chart. Make sure they know the meaning of the words and sentences. 2. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and fill in the blanks. 3. Play the recording again. Check the answers with the Ss. 4. Play the recording again. Ss listen and match the jobs with activities. 5. Show the answers on the big screen. . Pair work 1. Let Ss read the model with a partner. 2. Use the information in the chart of 1b. Ask and answer with a partner. 3. Let some pairs ask and answer about the chart. . Listening Work on 2b: 1. Let Ss read the chart below. Tell Ss that theyll listen to Cheng Hans plan for the future. They should answer the questions:“What” means “What is Cheng Han want to be?”“Where” means “where is Cheng Han going to work?”“How” means “How is he going to do it? ”“When” means “when is he going to start?”2. Play the recording for the Ss to write the correct answers in the chart. 3. Play the recording again to check the answers. .課堂小測以對本節(jié)所學(xué)句型進(jìn)行練習(xí)和檢測。 . Homework: 根據(jù)圖片提示或自己的實際想法編寫一個對話。 -What are you going to be when you grow up?-Im going to be a/an-How are you going to do that? -Im going to四、教學(xué)反思:培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣是建立高校課堂的基礎(chǔ)。這節(jié)課的設(shè)計,盡量突出學(xué)生是主體,課堂才是有效的,學(xué)生在聽、說、讀、寫語言運(yùn)用、學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)與合作、解決問題等方面全面打造自己,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。課堂上,我特別注意問問題時目的明確,盡量避免重復(fù),把學(xué)生能完成的盡量留給學(xué)生。同時注意不同層次的教學(xué),給基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生有表現(xiàn)機(jī)會,多使用鼓勵性語言,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)熱情。不足之處,學(xué)生參與探究的主動性沒有充分發(fā)揮出來,部分學(xué)生缺少自己的創(chuàng)見。以后我將充分發(fā)揮小組長的作用,抓好配合,組織好預(yù)習(xí)和課前流,使課堂更高效。板書設(shè)計:U
