Unit 6 Im watching TV.Section B 1 (1a-1e)一、教學(xué)目標(biāo): 1. 語言知識目標(biāo):1) 能掌握以下單詞:pool, shop, supermarket, man, host, study, state, the United States, American, dragon, young, race, say, other, children, miss, wish, delicious, living room 2) 能掌握以下句型: What time is it in Beijing? Its eight oclock in the morning. Its 9:00 a.m. and Zhu Huis family are at home. Zhu Hui misses his family and wishes to have his moms delicious zongzi. 2. 情感態(tài)度價值觀目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)同學(xué)間的友好相處,規(guī)范自己的行為,同時能提高他們的觀察能力和判斷能力,激發(fā)他們對學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和熱情,在接近生活常態(tài)的交際中能樂于模仿,敢于開口,積極參與,主動請教。了解中西方文化的不同,具有世界觀念,了解其他的國家的文化。二、教學(xué)重難點1. 教學(xué)重點:1) 掌握本課出現(xiàn)生的詞及表達(dá)方式。2) 進(jìn)一步練習(xí)運用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時態(tài)的句子來描述他人在做的事情。3) 通過聽、說、讀的練習(xí),提高學(xué)生們的綜合運用能力。2. 教學(xué)難點 閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)信息,完成相關(guān)任務(wù)。三、教學(xué)過程. Warming- up and revision1. Review the knowledge on the present progressive tense. 2. Check the homework and let some Ss read their sentences. II. Writing1. Work on 1a.T: Look at the pictures below. Where are they? What are they doing? Please look at the pictures and fill in the blanks. 2. Ss work in groups. Discuss the pictures about the places and the activities they are doing. Then fill in the blanks. 3. Let some Ss read their answers to the class and check the answers. . Pair work1. Work on 1b. Look at the pictures in 1a. Then ask and answer questions. Give Ss a model:A: Is the man swimming in the river? B: No, he isnt. Hes swimming in a pool. 2. Ss work with their partners. Ask and answer about the pictures. (If necessary, give some help to the Ss.)3. Let some pairs ask and answer about the pictures. . ListeningWork on 1c:1. T: Now I will play a recording of a conversation. This time write the places you hear in the chart. 2. Ss listen and write the places. 3. Play the recording again for the Ss to check the answers. . Listening Work on 1d: 1. This time, please listen to the recording and write the activities you hear in the chart.2. Play recording and stop the tape if necessary. 3. Play the whole recording and have students write the words they hear in the chart. 4. Check the answers. 5. Listen to the dialogue again and fill in the blanks.Dialogue 1A: Hello.
