A. cant B. dont C. wont D. didnt 以上兩例通過創(chuàng)造語境考查詞匯知識和語法知識的實際運(yùn)用能力。例2考查介詞的搭配,這是學(xué)生很熟悉也很口語化的內(nèi)容,學(xué)生根據(jù)上下文就能較容易找出正確答案。但由于句中省略了動詞go,該題也會造成某些學(xué)生丟分。答案為B(易題)例3考查時態(tài)。按照語法規(guī)則,選項中所涉及的三個時態(tài)常有相應(yīng)的時間狀語伴隨出現(xiàn),如often,yesterday,tomorrow等。但該題沒明確給出,學(xué)生要從對話中所隱含的意義中去分析推理。答案為D(中等題)( ) 例4Sorry,I cant hear you clearly. (選自上海市試題) A. review B. recite C. report D. repeat該題主要考查學(xué)生對詞匯的意義和用法的掌握情況。學(xué)生不僅要懂得選項中四個詞的含義,還要能在該句所給的語境中判斷使用那個單詞最恰當(dāng)。根據(jù)第一句的關(guān)鍵詞語I cant hear clearly,可推斷說話者要求對方重復(fù)說話內(nèi)容。答案為D(難題)B: 單詞填空。根據(jù)所給首字母或中文提示,寫出單詞在句中的正確形式。例1. John won the first prize in the diving (競賽). 單詞填空題考查學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)詞匯(課本中的黑體字)的書寫,但這不是單純要求學(xué)生寫出單詞,而是把單詞書寫與語言運(yùn)用結(jié)合起來,綜合考查學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)詞匯在語境中的正確運(yùn)用。例1考查復(fù)現(xiàn)率很高的形容詞, 學(xué)生能從第二句中的關(guān)鍵詞short得到提示,寫出其反義詞。答案為long(易題)例2考查動詞“相信”的拼寫,該動詞在句中不需起時態(tài)的變化,因此降低了一定的難度。但學(xué)生必須通過賓語叢句來推斷句中“我”的態(tài)度,進(jìn)而考慮該用什么動詞才能與首字母b有關(guān)聯(lián)。答案為believe(中等題) 例3考查“競賽”在句中的正確使用??碱}雖給出了漢語,但學(xué)生學(xué)過的有關(guān)“競賽”、“比賽”的單詞就有match, race, game, competition, contest等,學(xué)生必須有一定的語言積累才能決定該考題中用哪個詞合適;再者,該詞較長,拼寫有一定難度。英語中用于競技性的競賽用competition;球類比賽用match; 徑賽用race; 演講等比賽用contest。 答案competition (難題)C:完形填空。閱讀下面短文,選擇最佳答案。( )1.
