求職離職/面試技巧 空乘面試技巧分享 空乘面試時候不要緊張，保持自信和自然的笑容，一方面可以幫助你放松心情，令面試的氣氛變得更融洽愉快;另一方面，可令考官認(rèn)為你充滿自信，能面對壓力。面試前應(yīng)對所有職員保持禮貌，要知道，他們可能成為你的同事。 進(jìn)門前先敲門，和主考人禮貌地打招呼。面試時談話時要與考官有恰當(dāng)?shù)难凵窠佑|，給主考官誠懇、認(rèn)真的印象。點頭不可太急，否則會給人留下不耐煩及想插嘴的印象。談話時切忌東張西望，此舉有欠缺誠意之嫌。身體語言：待主考人邀請時才禮貌地坐下，坐的時候要保持筆直。 留意自己的身體語言，要大方得體。蹺腿、左搖右擺、雙臂交疊胸前、單手或雙手托腮都不適宜。切忌一些缺乏自信的小動作：男士應(yīng)避免把弄衣衫、領(lǐng)帶及將手插進(jìn)褲袋內(nèi);女士不宜經(jīng)常撥弄頭發(fā)，過分造作。避免把弄手指或原子筆、眼鏡及說話時用手掩嘴。 面試完結(jié)離去時，向主考人道謝及說再見。回答問題的態(tài)度：態(tài)度誠懇，不宜過分客套和謙卑。不太明白主考人的問題時，應(yīng)禮貌地請他重復(fù)。 陳述自己的長處時，要誠實而不夸張，要視空乘職位的要求，充分表現(xiàn)自己有關(guān)的能力和才干。不懂得回答的問題，不妨坦白承認(rèn)，給主考人揭穿反而會弄巧成拙。語調(diào)：語調(diào)要肯定、正面，表現(xiàn)信心盡量避免中、英文夾雜。盡量少用語氣助詞，避免給主考人一種用語不清、冗長、不認(rèn)真及缺乏自信的感覺。講錯話要補(bǔ)救
