針對一座二級處理的城市污水處理廠,要求對主要污水處理構筑物的工藝尺寸進行設計計算,確定污水廠的平面布置和高程布置。最后完成設計計算說明書和設計圖紙。設計深度一般為初步設計的深度。二、污水處理課程設計任務1.設計題目某城市日處理水量5萬m3污水處理廠工藝設計2.基本資料(1)污水水量與水質 污水處理水量:5萬m3/d; 污水水質:COD 350mg/L,BOD5 150mg/L,SS 250mg/L,氨氮 25mg/L。 (2)處理要求 污水經(jīng)處理后應符合以下具體要求: COD70mg/L,BOD520mg/L,SS30mg/L,氨氮5mg/L。 (3)處理工藝流程 根據(jù)要求自行擬定3套可行方案,最終選擇最佳方案。(4)氣象與水文資料風向:多年主導風向為東南風;氣溫:最冷月平均為10; 最熱月平均為32.5;地下水水位,地面下56m。(5)廠區(qū)地形污水廠選址區(qū)域平均地面標高為64.5m。平均地面坡度為0.05,地勢為西北高,東南低。廠區(qū)征地面積為東西長350m,南北長250m。3.設計內容(1)對工藝構筑物選型作說明。(2)主要處理設施(格柵、沉砂池、初沉池、曝氣池、二沉池)的工藝計算;(3)污水處理廠平面和高程布置。4.設計成果(1)設計計算說明書一份;(2)設計圖紙:污水處理平面圖、高程圖各一張,共計2張A3圖紙,打印后附在說明書后。三、設計指導及說明1.對設計文件內容和質量的要求設計計算說明書和設計圖紙,是反映設計成果的技術文件,課程設計應滿足初步設計深度對設計文件的要求。(1)設計計算說明書注:嚴禁抄襲。特別提示:對于計算錯誤、書寫不認真、字跡潦草、用紙及裝訂不規(guī)范、不符合要求的說明書,一律要求進行重新計算和重寫;對于雷同的說明書全部返回重做。否則不能考核成績。內容 有關內容如下所列。a.封面b.目錄c.正文內容1 緒論 設計基礎資料1.1基礎資料:城市基本情況、氣象資料、水文地質資料等1.2污水水質、水量及變化特點1.3處理后的出水水質目標1.4有關設計依據(jù):相關設計規(guī)范與標準及參考文獻綜述。2 總體設計2.1 設計方案的選擇與確定根據(jù)原水水質及處理后的目標水質,確定合理工藝流程,說明理由。2.2工藝流程說明對工藝流程中各構筑物單元的功能進行詳細說明。3 工藝流程的計算3.1污水處理部分對流程中所有單元構筑物進行設計計算:粗格柵、進水提升泵站、細格柵、沉砂池、初沉池(對出水堰進行校核)、生物處理單元、鼓風曝氣系統(tǒng)、污泥回流系統(tǒng)、二沉池(對出水堰進行校核)。要求列出計算參數(shù)、計算過程、畫出計算草圖、設備選型。3.2污泥處理對流程中單元構筑物進行設計計算:計算初沉池污泥量和二沉池的剩余污泥量,計算濃縮池、消化池(包括池體設計等)、污泥脫水設備等。要求列出計算參數(shù)、計算過程、畫出計算草圖、設備選型。3.3工藝流程高程的水力計算包括構筑物及連接管渠的水力計算。4 附屬建筑物的確定 根據(jù)室外排水設計規(guī)范進行選定。5 污水處理廠的總體布置5.1 平面布置設計對平面布置原則、依據(jù)、設計的特點、管線、構筑物及輔助建筑物等進行說明。5.2 高程布置寫出高程計算的過程,畫出圖形、標注標高。6 結論對自己的設計進行全面的分析評價,即給出其優(yōu)點及其不足之處。7附錄對于一些不宜放在正文中,但又有參考價值的內容,如一些主要計算數(shù)據(jù)、圖表等。8主要的參考文獻如:張自杰主編,排水工程(下冊),中國建筑工業(yè)出版社,2000排水工程(上),中國建筑工業(yè)出版社,1996年6月給水排水設計手冊中國建筑工業(yè)出版社,2002年12月(第5、11冊)室外排水設計規(guī)范GB 50014-2006高廷耀等編,水污染控制工程(第三版),高等教育出版社,2007唐受印等編,水處理工程師手冊,化工出版社,2000要求 a應說明污水廠污水處理的工藝過程,說明選擇構筑物型式的理由。 b應說明構筑物設計參數(shù),并列出數(shù)值。 c應計算污水處理構筑物或設施的主要工藝尺寸,應列出所采用全部計算公式和采用的計算數(shù)據(jù)。應附相應計算草圖。 d應說明采用的污水泵、鼓風機、剩余污泥和回流污泥泵的型式和主要參數(shù)。 e應說明主要處理構筑物的排泥方法。 f應結合污水廠總體布置原則與污水處理實際過程需要,說明污水廠平面布置和高程布置的合理性,并附平面和高程布置草圖。 g設計計算說明書應有封頁和目錄。 h說明書針對計算和說明,應內容完整、條理清楚、簡明扼要、文句通順、字跡端正。 (2)設計圖紙污水廠總平面圖應按初步設計要求去完成,圖上應繪出主要處理構筑物、處理建筑物、輔助構(建)筑物、附屬建筑物、道路、綠化地帶及廠區(qū)界限等,并用坐標表示其外形尺寸和相互距離,應有坐標軸線或坐標網(wǎng)格??偲矫鎴D上繪出各種連接管渠,管道以單線條表示,并標明管徑。圖中應附構(建)筑物一覽表,說明各構(建)筑物的名稱、數(shù)量及主要外形尺寸。圖中應附圖例及必要的文字說明。圖中應附比例、風玫瑰圖。污水高程圖上應繪出主要處理構筑物和設施的構造簡圖,應繪出各構筑物之間的連接管渠。圖上應標出各處理構筑物的頂、底及水面標高,應標出主要管渠、設備機組和地面標高。圖上應附處理構筑物、設備名稱。圖上應附圖例、比例。單體構筑物可以選擇污水工藝流程中比較重要的主體構筑物,要求詳細繪出細部尺寸,應能達到初步設計標準。繪制圖中文字一律用仿宋體。圖例的表示方法應符合一般規(guī)定和制圖標準。圖紙應注明圖標欄及圖名。圖紙應清潔美觀,主次分明,線條粗細有別。圖幅采用A3號圖。注:嚴禁抄襲。對于圖面(平面圖、流程高程圖)雷同的圖紙全部返回重做。對于設計錯誤較多、繪圖不認真、不符合要求者要求重畫,否則不能考核成績。2.設計的一般步驟明確設計任務及基礎資料,復習有關污水處理的知識和設計計算方法。分析污水處理工藝流程和污水處理構筑物的選型。確定各處理構筑物的流量。 初步計算各處理構筑物的占地面積,并由此規(guī)劃污水廠的平面布置和高程布置,以便考慮構筑物的形狀、安設位置,相互關系以及某些主要尺寸。進行各處理構筑物的設計計算。確定輔助構(建)筑物、附屬建筑物數(shù)量及面積。設計計算說明書校核整理。進行污水廠的平面布置和高程布置。設計圖紙繪制。3.設計要點(1)設計處理設施設計的一般規(guī)定該市排水系統(tǒng)為分流制,污水流量總變化系統(tǒng)數(shù)按公式計算,雨水經(jīng)初沉可直接排入水體。處理構筑物流量:曝氣池之前,各種構筑物按最大日最大時流量設計;曝氣池之后(包括曝氣池),構筑物按平均日平均時流量設計。處理設備計流量:各種設備選型計算時,按最大日最大時流量設計。管渠設計流量:按最大日最大時流量設計。各處理構筑物不應小于2組(個或格),且按并聯(lián)設計。(2)格柵型式:平面型,傾斜安裝機械格柵。城市排水系統(tǒng)為暗管系統(tǒng),且有中途泵站,僅在泵前格柵間設計中格柵。格柵過柵流速不宜小于0.6m/s,不宜大于1.5ms。柵前水深應與入廠污水管規(guī)格相適應。格柵尺寸B、H參見設備說明書,宜選中間值。(3)沉砂池1)平流式沉砂池水力停留時間宜選30-60s。流速0.15m/s-0.3m/s。沉砂量可選0.050.1L/m3,貯砂時間為2d,宜重力排砂。貯砂斗不宜太深,應與排砂方法要求、總體高程布置相適應。2)曝氣沉砂池若選擇曝氣沉砂池,設計要點及設計參數(shù)選擇參照相關設計資料。(4)初沉池1)平流式沉砂池型式:平流式。除原污水外,還有濃縮池、消化池及脫水機房上清液進入。表面負荷可選2.03.0m3(m2h),沉淀時間1.52.0h,SS去除率5060。排泥方法:機械刮泥,靜壓排泥。沉淀池貯泥時間應與排泥方式適應,靜壓排泥時貯泥時間為2d。對進出水整流措施作說明。2)輻流式沉砂池若選擇輻流式沉砂池,設計要點及設計參數(shù)選擇參照相關設計資料。(5)曝氣池型式:傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法采用推流式鼓風曝氣。曝氣池進水配水點除起端外,沿流長方向距池起點0.50.75池長以內可增加23個配水點。曝氣池污泥負荷宜選0.3kgBOD5/(kgMLSSd),再按計算法校核。污泥回流比R 3080,在計算污泥回流設施及二沉池貯泥量時,R取大值。SVI值選120150ml/s,污泥濃度可計算確定,但不宜大于3500mg/L。曝氣池深度應結合總體高程、選用的曝氣擴散器及鼓風機、地質條件確定。多點進水時可稍長些,一般控制L58B。曝氣池應布置并計算空氣管,并確定所需供風的風量和風壓。(6)二沉池型式:中心進水,周邊出水,輻流式二沉池。二沉池面積按表面負荷法計算。選用表面負荷時,注意活性污泥在二沉池中沉淀的特點,q應小于初沉池。計算中心進水管,應考慮回流污泥,且尺取大值。中心進水管水流速度可選0.20.5ms,配水窗水流流速可選0.50.8m/s。貯泥所需容積按排水工程(下)相關公式計算。說明進出水配水設施。(7)平面布置平面布置原則參考相關資料,課程設計時重點考慮廠區(qū)功能區(qū)劃、處理筑物布置、構筑物之間及構筑物與管渠之間的關系。廠區(qū)平面布置時,除處理工藝管道之外,還應有空氣管,自來水管與超越管,管道之間及其與構筑物,道路之間應有適當間距。污水廠廠區(qū)主要車行道寬68m,次要車行道34m,一般人行道13m,道路兩旁應留出綠化帶及適當間距。污泥處理按污泥來源及性質確定,本課程設計選用濃縮厭氧消化機械脫水工藝處理,但不做設計。污泥處理部分場地面積預留,可相當于污水處理部分占地面積的2030。污水廠廠區(qū)適當規(guī)劃設計機房(水泵、風機、剩余污泥、回流污泥、變配電用房)、辦公(行政、技術、中控用房)、機修及倉庫等輔助建筑。廠區(qū)總面積控制在(280380)m2以內,比例1:1000。圖面參考給水排水制圖標準GBJ 106-87,重點表達構(建)筑物外形及其連接管渠,內部構造及管渠不表達。 (8)高程布置高程布置原則相關資料。構筑物水頭損失參考相關資料。水頭損失計算及高程布置參見排水工程(下)。污水進人格柵間水面相對原地面標高為-2.7m,二沉池出水井出水水面相對原地面標高為-0.30m。污水泵、污泥泵應分別計算靜揚程、水頭損失(局部水頭損失估算)和自由水頭確定揚程。高程布置圖橫向和縱向比例一般不相等,橫向比例可選1:1000左右,縱向1:500左右。4.總體要求在設計過程中,要發(fā)揮獨立思考獨立工作的能力;本課程設計的重點訓練,是污水處理主要構筑物的設計計算和總體布置。課程設計不要求對設計方案作比較,處理構筑物選型說明,按其技術特征加以說明。設計計算說明書,應內容完整(包括計算草圖),簡明扼要,文句通順,字跡端正。設計圖紙應按標準繪制,內容完整,主次分明。圖紙應正確表達設計意圖,符合制圖要求;布圖合理,圖面整潔美觀。設計說明書手寫,設計圖紙打印。四、課程設計的時間和地點安排 可分組進行,每組2人,上交時間最遲期限為7月4日,提前上交者在同等質量情況下加分。 18周:查找資料,確定工藝流程,進行各部分構筑物計算;
