17、the consortium.三、征集說明 III. Solicitation description 1、本次征集活動(dòng)設(shè)置 8個(gè)入圍名額，征集人將從報(bào)名的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)中遴選出8家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)參與本次方案征集。1. This Solicitation has eight finalists, which will be selected by the solicitor from all applicants. 2、通過遴選的8家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)按照征集人發(fā)出的征集文件進(jìn)行獨(dú)角獸島項(xiàng)目建設(shè)總體設(shè)計(jì)概念方案編制工作， 8家入圍設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)在提交了符合征集文件要求的成果文件后，每家將獲得20萬元（美元）的設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。

18、本次方案征集設(shè)置優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)四名，征集人將獲得優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案報(bào)政府相關(guān)主管部門，經(jīng)政府相關(guān)主管部門最終確定的設(shè)計(jì)方案為本次征集的中選方案。中選方案的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)將承擔(dān)本項(xiàng)目總體設(shè)計(jì)概念方案深化服務(wù)及為期兩年的總體設(shè)計(jì)咨詢服務(wù)，征集人將與其簽訂咨詢服務(wù)合同，總體設(shè)計(jì)概念方案深化服務(wù)及為期兩年的總體設(shè)計(jì)咨詢服務(wù)總服務(wù)費(fèi)為200萬元（美元），其他3家獲得優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)但未中選的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)將分別獲得20萬元（美元）的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金。本條中所涉及征集人支出的補(bǔ)償費(fèi)、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金、服務(wù)費(fèi)金額均為稅前（含稅）金額，并按美元或等值人民幣進(jìn)行支付。2.
