5.2Iftheforcemajeureeventlastsformorethan[Number]days,eitherpartymayterminatethisContractwithoutincurringanyliabilitytotheotherparty.

6.WARRANTIESANDLIABILITIES

7.2BuyershallnotusetheintellectualpropertyrightsforanypurposesotherthanthosespecifiedinthisContract.

8.CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1Thepartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyandallinformationdisclosedbyeitherpartyduringthenegotiation,execution,andperformanceofthisContract.

8.2TheobligationsofconfidentialityshallsurvivetheterminationorexpirationofthisContract.

9.DISPUTERESOLUTION

9.1AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.

9.DISPUTERESOLUTION
