前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用IEC62928:2017《軌道交通機車車輛車載牽引鋰離子電池》。

本文件與IEC62928:2017相比做了下述結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整:

——第4章對應IEC62928:2017中的3.2;

——第5章對應IEC62928:2017中的第4章,后續(xù)章條依序調(diào)整;

——附錄B對應IEC62928:2017中的附錄A;

——附錄D對應IEC62928:2017中的附錄B。

本文件與IEC62928:2017相比,存在較多技術(shù)差異,在所涉及的條款的外側(cè)頁邊空白位置用垂直

單線(|)進行了標示。這些技術(shù)性差異及其原因一覽表見附錄A。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動:

——增加了“單體電池和電池系統(tǒng)名稱”“系統(tǒng)配置”中的注(見8.2、13.1.2);

——刪除了IEC62928:2017中6.2、13.3中的“注”(見7.2、14.3);

——增加了附錄A(資料性)“技術(shù)差異及其原因一覽表”。

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了軌道交通機車車輛車載牽引鋰離子電池的設(shè)計、運行參數(shù)、安全要求、數(shù)據(jù)交換、出

廠檢驗和型式檢驗以及型號和標記,描述了相應的試驗方法。

本文件適用于軌道交通機車車輛的車載牽引鋰離子電池。

本文件中的電池系統(tǒng)指作為軌道交通機車車輛牽引動力的能量存儲系統(tǒng),如IEC62864?1:2016

所定義的混合動力車輛,不包含應用在輔助電源中的鋰離子電池。

電池系統(tǒng)中的子組件,如電池管理系統(tǒng)和電池熱管理系統(tǒng),也包含在本文件中。

功率變流設(shè)備(如斬波器、變流器等)、電感器、電容器和開關(guān)柜不屬于本文件的范圍。

車載能量存儲系統(tǒng)的一般要求見IEC62864?1:2016。

本文件具體規(guī)定了鋰離子電池技術(shù),但并不妨礙使用鋰離子電池技術(shù)以外的其他技術(shù)作為牽引電

池應用。

混合儲能系統(tǒng)使用兩種或兩種以上的儲能技術(shù),如牽引電池和雙電層電容器,不在本文件范圍內(nèi)。

但是,若在同一列車上使用不同的儲能系統(tǒng)技術(shù)并進行獨立管理,則每個獨立的儲能系統(tǒng)都滿足各自

的標準。
