前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備》的第2部分。GB/T30844已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以

下部分:

——第1部分:技術(shù)條件;

——第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法;

——第3部分:安全規(guī)程。

本文件代替GB/T30844.2—2014《1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法》,與

GB/T30844.2—2014相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)更改了文件的適用范圍,將額定輸入電壓改為交流1kV以及直流1.5kV等級(jí)及以下(見(jiàn)第

1章,2014年版的第1章);

b)更改了試驗(yàn)要求“正常試驗(yàn)環(huán)境條件”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)4.1,2014年版的4.1);

c)更改了試驗(yàn)要求的“其他要求”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)4.3,2014年版的4.3);

d)增加了“沖擊耐受電壓試驗(yàn)”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)5.2.1.4);

e)更改了“接地保護(hù)連續(xù)性(可觸及金屬部件接地電阻的測(cè)量)”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)5.2.3,2014年

版的5.4);

f)增加了“控制性能試驗(yàn)”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)5.4.7);

g)更改了“環(huán)境適應(yīng)性試驗(yàn)”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)5.6,2014年版的5.16);

h)增加了“高低電壓穿越試驗(yàn)”有關(guān)的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)5.9);

i)增加了規(guī)范性附錄“時(shí)間響應(yīng)的一般規(guī)定”(見(jiàn)附錄A)。

引言

GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備》旨在規(guī)范1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備的技術(shù)條

件、試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則和安全規(guī)程等,擬由3個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。

——第1部分:技術(shù)條件。目的在于給出1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備的額定值、使用條件以及

技術(shù)要求。

——第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法。目的在于給出1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備的試驗(yàn)方法。

——第3部分:安全規(guī)程。目的在于給出1kV及以下通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備有關(guān)電氣、熱和能量等除

供電電源以外安全方面的要求。

第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法

1范圍

本文件描述了1kV及以下的通用變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“調(diào)速設(shè)備”)的試驗(yàn)方法。

本文件適用于額定輸入電壓為交流1kV及直流1.5kV等級(jí)及以下,額定輸入頻率為50Hz或60Hz,

輸出電壓不大于1kV,輸出頻率小于600Hz的調(diào)速設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)收。

注:交流額定輸入電壓1140V或輸出頻率大于600Hz的調(diào)速設(shè)備也通常參照本文件執(zhí)行。有關(guān)的性能等要求由

制造商和用戶協(xié)商確定。
