3Basicrequirement

3.1GeneralRequirement

3.1.1Thepartincludetherequirementsofwatertreatmentandhydrogengenerationequipmentandsystem,involvesmechanicalinstallation,pipeinstallation,weldingconstruction,monitoringinstrumentandprogrammedcontrolect,itshouldmeettherelevantprovisionsofnationalstandardsandcurrentstandards.

3.1.2Themainequipmentmanufacturersshouldhave

manufacturing

licence

issuedbystate,province(autonomousregion),Direct-controlledmunicipalityorthestateadministrative

supervision

and

administration

department.Qualityacceptanceof

equipment

manufacture

onthebasisofthecurrentrelevantstandardsofthestateorindustry,ifnorulers,inaccordancewiththecontract.

3.1.3Allkindsofequipmentconstructionaccordingtorequirementsofdesignandtechnicaldocumentationoftheproduct.Tomodifythedesignorusealternativeequipmentsorthematerials,itshouldbeapprovedbydesignedunits,supervisorandconstructionunits,andthanitcanbeimplemented.

3.1.4Non-standardequipmentconstructionwhichisnotincludedinthispartshallbeinaccordancewiththecontractagreementordesignrequirements.Forimportedequipment,weshouldformulatetechnicalmeasuresforconstructionaccordingtothecontractagreementorrelevanttechnicalrequirements.

3.1.5Orderingcompletesetofdevicesshouldsign

technical

agreement

andacceptanceasanattachmentofthecontractandthebasisofconstructionacceptance.

3.1.6ThereareSupervisionandinspectionreportsbeforeinstallingcompletesetofdevices.

3.1.12Frameinstallationqualityofultrafiltration,reverseosmosis,electrodeionizationdevicesshouldcomplywith

relevant

regulation

ofGB50205CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures.

3.2Constructionengineering

3.2.1

Beforeequipment

installation

intoplace,theconstructionunitorsupervisionunitshouldorganizeinstallationwork,thecontractorscheckconstructionprojectwiththem,meetthefollowingrequirements:

1Geometricdimensioning,locationandelevationofequipmentfoundationsshouldmeetthedesignrequirements.

2Geometricdimensioning,locationandelevationofembeddedinsertandreserveholesshouldmeetthedesignrequirements.

3Asphaltsandcushionshouldbepavedonthefoundationoftheflatbottomtank,thedirectionandgradientofslopeshouldmeetthedesignrequirementsorrelevantprovisionsofGB50128Codeforconstructionandacceptanceofverticalcylindricalsteelweldedstoragetanks.

3.2.2Acceptanceofconcretestructuresinaccordancewithdesigndrawings.Acceptanceofanti-corrosionrequirementsofreinforcedconcretestructuresandbuildingsshouldbeinaccordancewithDL5190.1Technicalspecificationforthermalpowererectionandconstruction-Part1:CivilEngineering,GB50212Specificationforconstructionandacceptanceofanticorrosiveengineeringofbuildings,GB50224Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofanticorrosiveengineeringofbuildings.

3.2.3WeshoulddowaterfillingtestforreinforcedconcreteContainers.Beforethetest,theinstallationofpipejointsshallmeetthedesignrequirements,thetimeofwaterfillingtestisnotlessthan24h,thereshouldbenoleakage.Installationofequipmentandpipingcanbecarriedoutafterpassingthewaterfillingtest.

3.2.4Beforewatertreatmentequipmentoperation,buildingconstructionshouldbecompletedthefollowingtasks:

1Ananti-corrosiongroundofindoorandoutdoorofwatertreatmentroom,anti-corrosionditchandneutralizationtank,wastepondconstructionaccordingtodesignrequirementsandpassacceptanceinspection:drainagetrench,slagdraintrenchtotallyunimpeded:Acompleterangeoftrenchcover,trenchcoverandgroundareinaplane

2Whitewash,paint,floors,platforms,stairs,doors,windowsandlightingofindoorandoutdoorofwatertreatmentroom,theconstructionofthemaccordingtodesignrequirement.

3Thewater,heating,ventilation,lighting,aircondition,powersupplyandexperimenttableoftestroomconstructioninaccordancewithdesignrequirements.

4Structure,corrosionprotection,ventilationandsafetyfacilitiesofacid-basereservoirpoolconstructionworkiscompletedandthenpassacceptanceinspection.

3.2.5Beforeadjustingcommissioningofhydrogenstationequipmentandsystems,buildingandelectricalconstructionshallcomplywiththefollowingProvisions:

1Lightningrod,groundinggridofhydrogenstationconstructionworkiscompletedaccordingtodesignrequirementsandthenpassacceptanceinspection.

2Roads,fencesandgates,doorsandwindowsofHydrogenStationconstructionworkiscompletedaccordingtodesignrequirementsandthenpassacceptanceinspection.

3Thewater,heating,ventilation,lighting,aircondition,powersupplyofhydrogenstationconstructionworkiscompletedaccordingtodesignrequirementsandthenpassacceptanceinspection.

4Safety,firefightingfacilitiespassacceptanceinspection,meetoperatingcondition,acompleterangeofSafetywarningmark.

3.3Inspectionandstorageofequipmentandmaterials

3.3.1

Open-box

inspection

ofequipmentincludesthefollowingcontents:

1Packinglist,certificateofproductquality,CertificateofApproval,generaldrawingofproduct,theproductinstructionsandotherrandomfileshouldbecomplete.

2Productqualitycertificateincludesthemainpressurepartsmaterialwarrantybook,hydrostatictestreports,forequipmentofNDTrequirements,thereshouldhaveweldjointNDTreports.

3Accordingtolists,checkquantity,specifications,packagingandappearanceofthematerialsandequipments,andmake

open-box

inspection

records.Ifthereiscorrosion,cracking,deterioration,damageandotherdefectsequipmentormaterials,itshouldbeanalyzethecauseswithrelevantunits,findouttheresponsibilityanddealwiththeseissuestimely.

3.3.2StorageofmaterialsandequipmentsinaccordancewiththeregulationsofDL/T855-Thecodeformaintenanceandsafekeepingofthermalpowerequipmentinelectricpowerconstructionandrequirementsofthetechnicaldocumentationofproducts.

3.3.3Anticorrosiveequipmentandmaterialstransporttotheconstructionsite,do

appearance

inspection

andleakagetestinspection,anditshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Aliningmaterialsanditsthicknessshallmeetthedesignrequirements.

2Therearenofloatingandhollowingforanticorrosivecoating.

3Dotheleakagetestforallanticorrosivecoatingwithhigh-frequencysparkdetector,itshouldnotproducespark.Detectionprobestayatanyonelocationarenottoolongtime,thespeedofdetectionprobeis3m/min~6m/min.thevoltageseeTable3.3.3.

3.4Leaktestsofequipmentandsystem

3.4.1Afterinstallationofvarioustypesofpipesandequipmentiscomplete,Testpressureofsteelpipes,testmethodsand

announcements

shouldbeinaccordancewithrelevantregulationsofDL5190.5-ThespecificationoferectionofelectricpowerconstructionPart5:Pipingandsystem.

3.4.2Rubberlining,liningplastic,

glass

fiber

reinforced

plastics

,plasticsandothernon-metallicmaterialsteelpipe,thepressureofleaktestisratedworkingpressure.Differentratedworkingpressureequipment,pipinginstalledinthesamesystem,doleaktesaccordingtoratedworkingpressureofthelowestratedworkingpressureofequipmentorpipesinthesystem.Whentheworkingpressureisambiguous,powerequipmentheadcanberegardedastheworkingpressure.

3.4.3Leaktestofstainlesssteelpipingwithcleanwater,itschlorideioncontentbelessthan25mg/L.

3.4.4Ionexchange,regenerationdevicesofwatertreatment,afterinstallation,itshoulddo

hydrostatic

ofsingleworkingpressure.

Singleworkingpressureshouldbecompletedafterthehydrostatictest.

5Wastegeneratedbytheconstructionshouldbeclassifiedanddisposed.

6Prohibittheuseofmaterialsandtechnologiesprohibitedbythestateregulations.

3.5.2WastewaterdischargeofWatertreatment,wastewatertreatmentshallcomplywithIntegratedwastewaterdischargestandardGB8978andlocalpollutantdischargestandard.

3.5.3Prohibittheuseofoverflow,seepagewells,leachingcesspool,wastemine

3.5.4Wasteorsludgefromwaterandwastewaterdisposalshouldbestoredin

4Installationofcellularinclinedtubeorinclinedboardshallmeetthedesignrequirementsandinagoodorder,clingcloseeachother,notbeloose.Theintervalbetweenthecomponentsshouldnotbelagerthantheporesize.

5Elevationofoverflowpipeandoutletpipeshouldmeetthedesignrequirements,andits

4.1.6Whenthefilterisinstalled,Measuringequipmentcenterisbasedontheoutletflangecenter,

4Internalhorizontalandverticalsteadyflowplateweldingshouldbefirm,aperturepitch-rowshouldmeettheprovisionsofthedesigndrawings,edgeoftheholeshouldbesmooth.

5Machiningdimensionsoftaperedpartforinletnozzleshouldmeetthedesignrequirements,theinternalsurfaceshouldbesmoothandclean.Whenitisinstalled,thenozzleandthecasingshouldbelevel.Twonozzlesareparalleltoeachother

andbeperpendiculartothetaperedpartoftheclarifier.
