結(jié)構(gòu)按鐵路運輸管理層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層、地面設(shè)備層和車載設(shè)備層配置ThearchitectureofCTCSisallocatedwithtrafficmanagementlayer,networktransmissionlayer,groundequipmentwaysideequipmentlayerandon-boardequipmentlayer.鐵路運輸管理層TrafficManagementLayer網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層NetworkTransmissionLayer地面設(shè)備層GroundEquipmentWaysideequipmentLayer車載設(shè)備層On-boardEquipmentLayer4.3.1 鐵路運輸管理層TrafficManagementLayer鐵路運輸管理系統(tǒng)是行車指揮中心,以CTCS為行車安全保障基礎(chǔ),通過通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)對列車運行的控制和管理。Thetrafficmanagementsystemworksasanoperationcontrolcenter.WithCTCSasthesafeoperationbasis,thesystemcancontrolandmanagetheoperationoftrainsthroughcommunicationnetwork.4.3.2 網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層NetworkTransmissionLayerCTCS網(wǎng)絡(luò)分布在系統(tǒng)的各個層面,通過有線和無線通信方式實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸CTCSnetworkisdistributedonalllayersofthesystemanditrealizesdatatransmissionthroughwireandwirelesscommunication.4.3.3 地面設(shè)備層GroundEquipmentWaysideequipmentLayer地面設(shè)備層主要包括列控中心、軌道電路和點式設(shè)備、接口單元、無線通信模塊等。列控中心是地面設(shè)備的核心,根據(jù)行車命令、列車進路、列車運行狀況和設(shè)備狀態(tài),通過安全邏輯運算,產(chǎn)生控車命令,實現(xiàn)對運行列車的控制。Thegroundequipmentwaysideequipmentlayermainlyincludestraincontrolcenter,trackcircuit,intermittentequipment,interfaceunit,wirelessradiocommunicationmodule,etc.Thetraincontrolcenteristhecoreofgroundwaysideequipments,whichgeneratestraincontrolcommandthroughsafetylogicaloperationinaccordanceoperationcommand,trainroute,trainrunningconditionandequipmentstatussoastorealizethecontrolovertorunningtrains.4.3.4 車載設(shè)備層On-boardEquipmentLayer車載設(shè)備層是對列車進行操縱和控制的主體,具有多種控制模式,并能夠適應(yīng)軌道電路、點式傳輸和無線傳輸方式。車載設(shè)備層主要包括車載安全計算機、連續(xù)信息接收模塊、點式信息接收模塊、無線通信模塊、測速模塊、人機界面和記錄單元等。Theon-boardequipmentlayeristhemainbodyparttooperateandcontroltrains,whichhasmanycontrolmodesandisabletomeettheneedsofadapttotrackcircuit,intermittenttransmissionandwirelessradiotransmissionmode.Theon-boardequipmentlayerincludeson-boardsafecomputer,continuousinformationacceptancereceivingmodule,Intermittentinformationacceptancereceivingmodule,wirelessradiocommunicationmodule,speedmeasurementmodule,man-machineinterface,recordingunit,etc.4.4系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成SystemComposition4.4系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成SystemArchitecture4.4.1CTCS的構(gòu)建原則ConstructionPrincipleofCTCS參照國際標準,結(jié)合國情,從需求出發(fā),按系統(tǒng)條件和功能劃分等級。CTCS體系的構(gòu)建原則是以地面設(shè)備為基礎(chǔ),車載與地面設(shè)備統(tǒng)一設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示。Withreferencetotheinternationalstandards,aswellasconsideringtheactualconditionofChina,WeshouldclassifytheCTCSbysystemconditionsandfunctionsbasedonthepracticalrequirements.TheconstructionprincipleofCTCSisthattheon-boardandwaysideequipmentsshouldhaveaunifieddesigningonthebasisofwaysideequipments.Thesystemstructureisshownasrelevantfigure.LocomotiveCrewInputModuleOutputModuleMan-machineInterfaceOperationManagementRecordUnitSpeedMeasurementModuleOn-boardSafeComputerEquipmentMaintenanceRecordUnitIntermittentInformationAcceptanceReceivingModuleContinuousLocomotiveCrewInputModuleOutputModuleMan-machineInterfaceOperationManagementRecordUnitSpeedMeasurementModuleOn-boardSafeComputerEquipmentMaintenanceRecordUnitIntermittentInformationAcceptanceReceivingModuleContinuousInformationAcceptanceReceivingModuleWirelessCommunicationModuleOn-boardEquipmentTrainIntermittentEquipmentTrackCircuitWirelessCommunicationModuleGSM-RTrainControlCenterAdjacentTrainControlCenterMaintenanceManagementCenterGroundEquipmentInterlockingEquipmentCentralizedTrafficControlSystem5.CTCS分級CTCSClassification列車運行控制系統(tǒng)包括地面設(shè)備和車載設(shè)備,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)配置按功能劃分為5級Thetrainoperationcontrolsystemincludesgroundwaysideandon-boardequipments.Itisclassifiedintofivelevelsintermoffunctionaccordingtothesystemconfiguration.5.1 CTCS0級CTCSLevel0CTCS0級為既有線的現(xiàn)狀,由通用機車信號和運行監(jiān)控記錄裝置構(gòu)成CTCSlevel0referstothepresentstatusofexistinglines,whichiscomposedofgeneral-purposetrainUniversalcabsignalingsystemandoperationOperationmonitoringandrecordingdevices.5.2 CTCS1級CTCSLevel15.2.1 總體描述GeneralDescription由主體機車信號+安全型運行監(jiān)控記錄裝置組成。面向160km/h以下的區(qū)段,在既有設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上強化改造,達到機車信號主體化要求,增加點式設(shè)備,實現(xiàn)列車運行安全監(jiān)控功能。Itiscomposedofmainlocomotivevalidcabsignalandreinforcedoperationmonitoringandrecordingdevices.Itisusedforsectionswiththespeedoflessthanupto160km/h.Itshallcarryoutreinforcementandreconstructiononthebasisofexistingequipmentssoastoreachtherequirementsofusingmainlocomotivevalidcabsignal.Intermittentequipmentsshallbeaddedtorealizethetrainoperationsafemonitorfunction.5.2.2 地面子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofGroundWaysideSubsystems5.2.2.1 軌道電路TrackCircuit完成列車占用檢測及列車完整性檢查,連續(xù)向列車傳送控制信息Itisusedtocarryouttrainoccupancytrackvacancydetectionandtrainintegritycheckandtransmitinformationtotrainscontinuously.車站正線采用與區(qū)間同制式的軌道電路,側(cè)線采用與區(qū)間同制式的疊加電碼化設(shè)備。MStationmainlinetrackinstationsshalladopttrackcircuitthathasthesamesystemwiththesection.SideSidingtrackshalladoptoverlappedcodeequipmentthathavethesamesystemwiththesection.5.2.2.2 點式設(shè)備IntermittentInformationEquipment宜設(shè)置在車站附近,主要用于向車載設(shè)備傳輸定位信息Itshouldbettertobesetnearstations.Itismainlyusedtotransmitpositionlocationinformationtoon-boardequipments.5.2.3 車載子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofOn-boardSubsystems5.2.3.1 主體機車信號MainlocomotiveValidcabSignal完成軌道電路信息的接收與處理Toreceiveandhandletrackcircuitinformation.5.2.3.2 點式信息接收模塊IntermittentInformationAcceptanceReceivingModule完成點式信息的接收與處理Toreceiveandhandleintermittentinformation.5.2.3.3 安全型運行監(jiān)控記錄裝置ReinforcedOperationMonitoringandRecordingDevice實時檢測列車運行速度,對列車運行控制信息進行綜合處理,控制列車按命令運行Tocarryoutrealtimecheckonthetrainrunningspeed.Toprocesstrainoperationcontrolinformationsoastocontrolthetraintorunningunderthecommand.5.3 CTCS2級CTCSLevel25.3.1 總體描述GeneralDescriptionCTCS2級是基于軌道傳輸信息的列車運行控制系統(tǒng)。CTCSlevel2referstothetrainoperationcontrolsystemonthebasisoftrackinformationtransmissioninformation.CTCS2級面向提速干線和高速新線,采用車-地一體化設(shè)計。CTCSlevel2isapplicabletospeed-increasemainlinesandhigh-speednewlines.Itadoptstrain-groundwaysideintegratingdesign.CTCS2級適用于各種限速區(qū)段,地面可不設(shè)通過信號機,機車乘務(wù)員憑車載信號行車。CTCSlevel2appliestoallspeedrestrictivesections.ThoughsignalLine-sidesignalmaynotbesetonthegroundnecessary,locomotivecrewoperatetrainsaccordingtotheon-boardsignal.5.3.2 地面子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofGroundWaysideSubsystems5.3.2.1 列控中心TrainControlCenter根據(jù)列車占用情況及進路狀態(tài)計算行車許可及靜態(tài)列車速度曲線并傳送給列車Itisabletocountcalculateoperationpermissionmovementauthorityandstatictrainspeedcurveandthensendthemtotrainsinaccordancewithtrainoccupancytrackvacancyconditionandroutestatus.5.3.2.2 軌道電路TrackCircuit完成列車占用檢測及列車完整性檢查,連續(xù)向列車傳送控制信息。Tocarryouttrainoccupancytrackvacancydetectionandtrainintegritycheckandtransmitcontrolinformationtotrainscontinuously.車站與區(qū)間采用同制式的軌道電路。Thestationsandsectionsadopttrackcircuitofthesamesystem.5.3.2.3 點式設(shè)備IntermittentInformationEquipment用于向車載設(shè)備傳輸定位信息、進路參數(shù)、線路參數(shù)、限速和停車信息等Itisusedtotransmitpositionlocationinformation,routeparameter,lineparameter,limitingspeedrestriction,stopinformationandsoontoon-boardequipments.5.3.3 測速模塊SpeedMeasurementModule實時檢測列車運行速度并計算列車走行距離Tocarryoutreal-timechecksontrainrunningspeedandcountcalculatetherunningdistance.5.3.3.4 設(shè)備維護記錄單元EquipmentMaintenanceRecordUnit對接收信息、系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)和控制動作進行記錄Torecordreceiptinformationreceiving,systemstateandcontrolaction.5.3.3.5 人機接口Man-MachineInterface車載設(shè)備與機車乘務(wù)員交互的接口Itreferstotheinteractiveequipmentbetweenon-boardequipmentandlocomotivecrew.5.3.3.7 運行管理記錄單元OperationManagementRecordingUnit規(guī)范機車乘務(wù)員駕駛,記錄與運行管理相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)Tostandardizetheoperationoflocomotivecrewandrecorddatarelatedwithoperationmanagement.5.3.3.8 預(yù)留無線通信接口WirelessRadiocommunicationinterfaceshouldbepre-reserved.5.4 CTCS3級CTCSLevel35.4.1 總體描述GeneralDescriptionCTCS3級是基于無線傳輸信息并采用軌道電路等方式檢查列車占用的列車運行控制系統(tǒng)。CTCSlevel3referstoradiotransmissionbasedthetrainoperationcontrolsystemthatdetectstrainoccupancytrackvacancyinsuchmannersastrackcircuit,etconthebasisofwirelesstransmissioninformation..CTCS3級面向提速干線、高速新線或特殊線路,基于無線通信的固定閉塞或虛擬自動閉塞。CTCSlevel3shouldbeusedforspeed-increasemainlines,high-speednewtracksorspeciallines.Itshouldbebasedonthefixedblockorthesimulatedvirtualautomaticblockofwirelessradiocommunication.CTCS3級適用于各種限速區(qū)段,地面可不設(shè)通過信號機,機車乘務(wù)員憑車載信號行車。CTCSlevel3appliestoallspeedrestrictivesections.Throughsignalmaynotbesetonthegroundnecessary,thelocomotivecrewoperatetrainsaccordingtotheon-boardsignal.5.4.2 地面子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofGroundWaysideSubsystems5.4.2.1 無線閉塞中心RadioBlockCenter(RBC)使用無線通信手段的地面列車間隔控制系統(tǒng)。它根據(jù)列車占用情況及進路狀態(tài)向所管轄列車發(fā)出行車許可和列車控制信息。所使用的安全數(shù)據(jù)通道不能用于話音通信Itreferstothegroundwaysidetrainspacingblockingcontrolsystemthatusesusingwirelessradiocommunicationmanner.Itsendsoutoperationpermissionmovementauthorityandtraincontrolinformationtotrainsinaccordancewithtrainoccupancytrackvacancyconditionandroutestatus.Thesafetydatachannelusedshouldnotbeusedforvoicecommunication.5.4.2.2 總體描述GeneralDescriptionCTCS4級是基于無線傳輸信息的列車運行控制系統(tǒng)。CTCSlevel4referstothetrainoperationcontrolsystemonthebasisofwirelessradiotransmissioninformation.CTCS4級面向高速新線或特殊線路,基于無線通信傳輸平臺,可實現(xiàn)虛擬閉塞或移動閉塞。CTCSlevel4shouldbeusedforspeed-increasemainlinesorspeciallines.Basedonthewirelessradiocommunicationtransmissionplatform,simulatedblockormovingblockcouldberealized.CTCS4級由RBC和車載驗證系統(tǒng)共同完成列車定位和列車完整性檢查。ForCTCSlevel4,thetrainpositioningandtrainintegritycheckshallbecarriedoutbyRBCandon-boardverificationsystemtogether.CTCS4級地面不設(shè)通過信號機,機車乘務(wù)員憑車載信號行車ForCTCSlevel4,throughsignalmaynotbesetonthegroundwayside,locomotivecrewoperatetrainsinaccordancewithon-boardsignal.5.5.2 地面子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofGroundWaysideSubsystems5.5.2.1
