1.SubjectLine:Aclearandconcisesubjectlinesummarizestheemail'scontent.Itshouldbespecificenoughtoinformtherecipientabouttheemail'spurpose.Forexample,"RequestforProjectUpdate"or"MeetingConfirmationforMarch10."
2.Salutation:Beginwithapolitegreeting.Usetherecipient'snameifknown,suchas"DearMr.Smith"or"HelloJane."Iftherecipient'snameisunknown,ageneralgreetinglike"DearSir/Madam"isacceptable.
