2.PrincipalAmount

ThePrincipalAmountofthisContractshallbe[PrincipalAmount],subjecttotheconditionsandproceduressetforthinArticle5.

3.Interest

a.TheinterestonthePrincipalAmountshallbecalculatedatanannualrateof[InterestRate]%,compoundedonamonthlybasis.

4.RepaymentSchedule

5.Drawdown

6.RepresentationsandWarranties

a.EachpartyrepresentsandwarrantsthatithasfullpowerandauthoritytoenterintothisContractandperformitsobligationshereunder.

b.Eachpartyrepresentsandwarrantsthatitshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andpoliciesinconnectionwiththisContract.

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
