高強度螺栓連接副，應由制造廠按批配套供貨，并必須有出廠質量保證書，且應隨箱帶有檢驗報告High-strengthboltsshouldbeprovidedbyoriginalpackage,withbatch,specification,quantityandproductiondateonit.高強度螺栓連接副,應按包裝箱配套供貨，包裝箱上應標明批號、規(guī)格、數量及生產日期。Applyprotectionoilonbolt,nutandgasket,freeofrustanddirt,andnodamageofthethreads.螺栓、螺母、墊圈外觀表面應涂油保護，不應出現生銹和沾染贓物，螺紋不應損傷。Retest8setsofHSboltsdrawnfromeachbatchandsubmitacceptabletestresult.高強度螺栓連接副應每批抽取8套進行復驗，并提交合格的試驗報告。Provideatestreportoffrictioncoefficientpriortoinstallationanduse.在安裝使用前應提交一批抗滑移系數試驗報告。Class10.9torque-shearingHSboltsshallbeprovidedforpiperacksteelstructure.管廊鋼結構使用的為10.9級扭剪型高強螺栓連接副。Weldingmaterialshouldhavethequalitycertificate,andcomplywithdesignandnationalcode;wet,deformed,damagedandrustyweldingrodsandcorrosivefillerareforbiddentobeused.

焊接材料應具有質量證明書，并符合設計和國家標準的規(guī)定；受潮變形、藥皮破損、藥芯生銹的焊條和表面銹蝕的焊絲嚴禁使用。InstallationofSteelStructure鋼結構安裝Piperacksteelstructureinstallationshallbedividedtofoursections:管廊鋼結構的安裝主要分為四個段面：InstallationofsteelstructurebetweenB-100andB-125

B-150至B-180、B-235至B-239、B-240至B-245之間段面鋼結構安裝；InstallationSequenceofSteelStructure鋼結構安裝主要安裝順序如下：Resurveyandsetting-outoffoundation:thefoundationelevationandlevelofthesteelcolumnaswellaslocationanddepthofshearsocketwillberesurveyedbylevelinginstrumenttoverifymeetingthespecificationanddesignrequirements,andsizebetweencolumnwillbecheckedtoverifymeetingtherequirementsoftheshopdrawing:setoutthedatumgradelineandcentrelineofcolumnandmakepermanentmarkings.Thesteelstructureinstallationcannotbeproceededuntilthefoundationisverifed.

基礎復測、放線：采用水準儀復測鋼柱基礎的標高和平整度及剪力槽的位置和深度，是否滿足規(guī)范及設計要求，檢查柱基礎間的相互尺寸是否滿足施工圖紙的要求：放出基準標高線和柱基礎中心線，并做好永久標記。只有在基礎檢查合格后才能進行下一步的鋼結構的安裝。AssemblyandRigging組裝及吊裝Asfortheinstallationofcolumn,supportsbetweencolumnsandbeams,twocolumnsatlongaxisshallberegardedasaspan,andbepre-assembledonfloortoformasinglegallows,withtheassistanceofa25Tautocrane.Aftercompletionofassembly,liftwitha50Tautocrane.Asperactualsitecondition,spacingbetweenaxisisarenotequal,whichcanbedividedintotwotypes:

管廊鋼結構安裝工程施工時對于柱子、柱間支撐和梁安裝，采用長軸向兩柱為一跨，在地面預先組裝成單體龍門形，組裝時采用25T的汽車式起重配合；組裝完成后采用50T汽車式起重機進行起吊；由于現場的實際情況，軸向間距不一致，大至分為兩種類型：Regardingtheshortgallows(within10m),theweightafterassemblyis8.5T,a50Tcraneshallbeused,workingradius10m,25.4mzoom,liftingcapacity10.6T,safetyfactor80%.Therequirementofliftingismet.Referdetailstotheliftingsketch.

短距離(10米以內)，組裝后重量約為：8.5T，采用一臺50T吊車起吊，工作半徑為：10m，采用中長臂25.4m的臂長，起重量為：10.6T，安全系數為：80%Regardinglonggallows(morethan10m),twocranesshallbeused,theweightafterassemblyis13.2T,two80Tcraneshallbeused,workingradius15m,36mzoom,liftingcapacity8.7T,safetyfactor76%.Therequirementofliftingismet.Referdetailstotheliftingsketch.

對于超長的鋼架龍門(大于10米)起吊，必須采用雙機抬吊；組裝后重量約為：13.2T，采用二臺80T吊車抬吊，工作半徑為：15m，采用中長臂36m的臂長，起重量為：8.7MainTechnicalParametersofCrane起重機主要技術參數：PerformanceScheduleofQY25KCrane

首先進行吊車的選擇,首先掌握鋼架的重量，安排吊車的站位,一般是選擇靠近吊物安裝就位位置,見站位示意圖：Firstlyassemblethecolumnandbeaminsequence,andinstallthelifeline,sothatoperatorscanreleasehooksandsteelwire.

先將梁柱本身對號進行組裝，把安全生命線也一起安裝好,便于操作人員脫鉤和解除鋼絲繩；Useφ12steelropetoinstalllifeline.Steelwireselectionshallbebasedon6timesofsafetyfactor.Bearingcapacityis1320Kg,calculatingformulaisasfollowing:D2×55/safetyfactor,amongwhich:Disdiameterofsteelwire選用φ12的鋼絲繩作為生命線，鋼絲繩的選用按6倍的安全系數考慮，可承載1320Kg，計算公式為：D2×55/安全系數，D是指鋼絲繩的直徑。Lengthoflifelineissameasthatofassembledgallowstypesteelsupportineveryspan,maximumlengthis20m,andminimumlengthis5m.每一跨生命線的長度和每一跨組裝的龍門型鋼架一樣長，最長的為20米，最短的為5米；Afterinstallationofgallowstypesteelsupportin2span,connectlifelinebetweenspanstoincorporateafull-lengthlifeline.兩跨龍門型的鋼架安裝后，再將這兩跨之間生命線聯(lián)上；形成一條通長的生命線；Binding:placegunnybagorrubberpadbetweenslingandsteels,andtieawindropeatthetopofbeamforcontrol.

綁扎：在吊索與構件之間墊以麻袋或橡膠板塊，同時在梁上部綁扎好作為控制方向的纜風繩。Alignmentofcolumn柱校正：Adjustmenttocolumnbottomelevation:accordingtoactuallengthofsteelcolumn,levelingofcolumnbottomanddistancebetweensteelcolumntopandbottom,ensuretheelevationofsteelcolumntop,andthencontrolandlevelfoundationbottomelevation.

柱基標高調整。根據鋼柱實際長度，柱底平整度，鋼柱頂部距柱底部距離，重點要保證鋼柱頂部標高值，以此來控制基礎找平標高；Adjustmentofplane:withoutreleasingthehook,rectifycolumnbottompositioninglineandfoundationpositioningaxialline,thendropcolumntotheelevation.

平面位置校正。在起重機不脫鉤的情況下將柱底定位線與基礎定位軸線對準緩慢落至標高位置；Afteralignmentandsecurity,scaffoldershallerectthescaffoldingforinstallationofsteelbeamimmediately,i.e.toestablishsafetyoperationplatformaroundcolumn.Seeriggingsketch.

當鋼柱調整固定后，應立即由架子工搭設安裝鋼梁的腳手架，即柱的周圍搭設安全操作平臺；見吊裝示意圖；Buckletypepackagescaffoldshallbeprovided.Installacircleoflateralrodevery600mmhigh.Totallyitwillamountto12mhigh,andthreefloorsofplatformsshallbeinstalledperfloorsofpiperack.采用碗扣式快裝腳手架，每600mm高一圈橫桿，搭設12米高，按管廊層數用木板鋪設三層平臺；Straightladdersshallbeinstalledalongscaffoldtothegroundfloorplatform;turntoanothersideofsteelcolumnandinstallstraightladdertosecondfloorplatform;samemethodologytothethirdfloorplatform.采用直爬梯沿腳手架內側爬上第一層平臺，然后轉到鋼立柱的另一側再采用直爬梯上第二層平臺，再轉到另一側爬上第三層平臺；Apackagescaffoldshallbeinstalledevery30m.每三十米設一個快裝腳手架；Aftercompletionofinstallationofsteelcolumnandsteelbeam,installsecondarybeam.Duringinstallation,workersshalluptomainbeamfrominteriorsideofscaffoldandfastentheirharnesshookstolifelines.Installermaytreadbottomflangeandclimbalongbeamonly.Itisnotacceptabletowalkonsteelbeaminthelightofsafety.

鋼柱、鋼梁安裝完后，進行次梁的安裝，安裝時人員從腳手架內側上到主梁并將安全帶掛鉤掛在生命線上，安裝人員只能踩踏梁的下翼緣沿梁攀爬，嚴禁在鋼梁上行走，保正操作安全；Alignmentofcolumn:Adjustablenutshallbepreferredtoadjust(shimsshallbeplacedbetweencolumnfootingandfoundation).Theallowanceofsteelcolumnisasfollowing:

鋼柱校正。優(yōu)先采用調節(jié)螺母來調節(jié)校正（同時柱腳底板與基礎間間隙墊上墊鐵），鋼柱應符合下表允許偏差：Duetofactthatlifelineisavailableontheassembledandinstalledsteelstructure,installersarecapableofclimbingalongstraightladdersthatislocatedinsideofpackagescaffoldtoplatform,installingsecondarybeamwiththeirliferopetietolifeline.由于組裝并安裝好的鋼架上已安裝了生命線，故安裝工人可以沿包柱子的快裝腳手架內側的直爬梯到平臺，再將安全帶系掛在生命線上進行次梁安裝；Aftertwoparallelbeamshasbeenassembledandinstalled,immediatelyinstallthesubbeamsandsupportsbetweenthetwoaxis,toformaunit,thenmovethecranetoinstallthebeamsandcolumnsat3rdand4thaxis.

兩個并列長軸線組合安裝好后,立即進行兩軸線間次梁和支撐的安裝,使其成為空間單元后,再將吊車移位,進行第三、四軸線梁柱組合的安裝；Fortheoverlongsteelstructure,aftercompletionofassembly,usetwocranestoliftthemslowlyatthesametimeontothefoundation,theninstallandsecure.Afteralignment,bolttheminthemiddlebysteelwires,tokeepbalance.Afteranchorbolting,releasehooksandsling,andmovecranetoassembleandliftforthenextsteelstructure.

對于超長跨度的鋼架.組裝好后,用兩臺吊車進行抬吊,必須保持一致,慢慢地平穩(wěn)吊起,鋼架吊至基礎上進行就位安裝,校正后錨固,鋼架中間用鋼絲繩兩邊錨固,保正平衡,錨固后吊車松鉤、脫鉤,移位進行下一個軸鋼架組裝起吊；Smallsub-beamsareonly1.3Tweigh,so25Tcraneshallbeusedtoliftthemcontinuously,andwindropeshouldbetieonthesteelbeams.

小次梁的安裝,小次最重僅1.3T,采用25T的吊車進行流水作業(yè),鋼梁必須系掛好溜繩才可吊裝；Applicationofsteelropeorslingorshackleshallbelimitedwithinratedloadingcapacityaswellasincompleteshape.Pleaserefertofollowing:鋼絲繩或吊帶及卸扣的使用要在承載范圍內，而且要檢查確認是完好的，參見如下所示：Sling吊帶：SlingCertificate吊帶合格證：Buckle卸扣：φ=32MMsteelwirerope

鋼尺檢查InstallationofHigh-strengthBolt高強螺栓安裝Whenfieldinstallation,receivethenumberofboltswhichareneededbytoday.Unfinishedboltsshouldbepreservedproperly,withoutdiscardingorabandonment.Duringinstallation,threadscannotbetouched,andbefreeofdirts,inordertopreventtorquefactorfromchanging.

工地安裝時，應按當天高強度螺栓連接副需要使用的數量領取。當天安裝剩余的必須妥善保管，不得亂扔、亂放。在安裝過程中，不得碰傷螺紋及沾染贓物，以防扭矩系數發(fā)生變化。Installationcontractorshouldverifythecoefficientofslidingresistanceofhigh-strengthboltconnectionsasrequiredbyAppendixBofGB50205-2001.Thecoefficientofslidingresistanceofmemberfrictionsurfacetreatedatsiteshouldbetestedseparately,andtheresultsshouldmeetdesignrequirement.

安裝單位應按GB50205-2001附錄B的規(guī)定進行高強度螺栓連接處摩擦面抗滑移系數的復驗，現場處理的構件摩擦面應單獨進行摩擦面抗滑移系數試驗，其結果應符合設計要求。Frictionsurfaceofhigh-strengthboltconnectionwhichshallbeleftforalonetimeshouldbeprotectedinagoodmanner.Afterthecompletionofhigh-strengthboltconnection,applyrustproofpaintaspersteelmemberrustproofrequirements,sealaroundboltsandconnectionwithpaint.

高強度螺栓連接處摩擦面，當擱置時間較長時應注意保護。高強度螺栓連接處施工完畢后，應按構件防銹要求涂刷防銹涂料，螺栓及連接處周邊用涂料封閉。Duringtheinstallationofhigh-strengthbolt,thefrictionsurfaceshouldbekeptdry,andinstallationworkcannotproceedwhenraining.
