-AssistinginthenegotiationandagreementofthetermsoftheContractbetweenPartyAandPartyB;
-FacilitatingthecommunicationbetweenPartyAandPartyB;
-ProvidingadministrativesupporttoPartyAandPartyBasrequired.
**3.CompensationandPayment**
