11.4%respectively.Thehighestsubmarketvacancyrateis26.1%ineastLittleRockandthelowestis2.8%inthesouthwestcornerofthecity.WestLittleRockcameinatahealthy6.8%.

ThemajorityofrentalratesinthecentralArkansassubmarketincreasedduringthethirdquarter,notablysoinwestLittle

Rock,Conway,NorthLittleRock,SalineCounty,andMaumelle.Q3officeabsorptionwas102,838squarefeetinmidtown,

-14,261inwestLittleRock,and-25,132indowntown.WestLittleRockproducedthehighestrentalrateintheoverallmarketat$21.34persquarefoot.
