前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26711—2011《微孔筆頭墨水筆》,與GB/T26711—2011相比,除結構調整和
編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
—更改了微孔筆頭墨水筆的分類(見第4章,2011年版的第3章);
—增加了初寫性能的要求和試驗方法(見5.1、6.2);
—更改了書寫性能、筆頭滑縮力、筆頭強度、耐水性、間歇書寫的要求(見5.1,2011年版的
4.1);
—增加了附著性的要求和試驗方法(見5.1、6.8);
—增加了耐溫性的要求和試驗方法(見5.1、6.12);
—增加了筆套拉力的要求和試驗方法(見5.1、6.14);
—更改了外觀要求(見5.2,2011年版的4.1);
—增加了鄰苯二甲酸酯增塑劑含量的要求和試驗方法(見5.3、6.16);

1范圍
本文件給出了微孔筆頭墨水筆分類的信息,規(guī)定了微孔筆頭墨水筆的要求、檢驗規(guī)則、標志、包
裝、運輸和貯存,描述了相應的試驗方法。
本文件適用于微孔筆頭墨水筆(以下稱“微孔墨水筆”)的研發(fā)、生產、檢測和驗收。

4.1微孔墨水筆按墨水性質分為水性微孔墨水筆和油性微孔墨水筆,水性微孔墨水筆按墨水著色劑種
類分為染料型和顏料型。
4.2微孔墨水筆按儲水結構分為儲水芯式和直液式。
4.3微孔墨水筆按筆頭直徑分為不同規(guī)格,相關信息見附錄A。
5要求
5.1微孔墨水筆的使用性能應符合表1的規(guī)定。
