前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T29038—2012《薄壁不銹鋼管道技術(shù)規(guī)范》,與GB/T29038—2012相比,除編輯

性修改外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

——更改了公稱壓力范圍為不大于PN25、公稱尺寸范圍為不大于DN300(見第1章,2012年版

的第1章);

——增加了齒環(huán)卡壓式連接的定義(見3.10);

——增加了衛(wèi)生間配水管布置要求(見5.1.9);

——增加了建筑內(nèi)抗震要求(見6.3.11);

——增加了齒環(huán)卡壓式連接方式要求(見6.4.6);

——增加了不銹鋼溝槽式連接方式要求(見6.4.11);

——增加了附錄G不銹鋼齒環(huán)卡壓式連接規(guī)范要求(見附錄G);

——增加了附錄L不銹鋼管溝槽式連接規(guī)范要求(見附錄L)。

薄壁不銹鋼管道技術(shù)規(guī)范

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了薄壁不銹鋼管道的材料、設(shè)計、施工與驗收等的技術(shù)規(guī)范。

本文件適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑中公稱壓力不大于PN25、公稱尺寸不大于DN300、溫度不大于

80℃的給水(介質(zhì)為管道直飲水、生活熱水、冷水等)及開水供應(yīng)薄壁不銹鋼管道的設(shè)計、施工及驗收。
