實(shí)際工作中，往往愛說，愛堅(jiān)持自己的意志觀點(diǎn)，這樣難免在實(shí)際工

作中使一些同事們難以接受我這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)。首先要申明的是，盡管如此,

但我絕對(duì)是以工作上的認(rèn)識(shí)、觀點(diǎn)來堅(jiān)持自己意見，而不是以個(gè)人私

起色，也沒大的失誤，平庸的業(yè)績(jī)使我更清醒地看到了自身存在的問

今年是我再江蘇天宇的第一個(gè)年頭，在基層工作的這一年，我感受頗

深：〃只有學(xué)才知道〃我剛來的時(shí)候我們的姜工讓我計(jì)算工程量，對(duì)于

我來說是第一次，我感覺有點(diǎn)緊張也有點(diǎn)驚喜。通過我不斷的請(qǐng)教終

于完成了我第一份答卷,此后在四號(hào)樓主體施工過程中我分別計(jì)算了

混凝土工程量，模板工程量，輕質(zhì)隔墻，(Thisyearismyfirstyear

總結(jié)過去是為了更好地面對(duì)未來。對(duì)今后的工作，我給自己提出如下

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工及跟分包單位的全面協(xié)調(diào)工作，在這期間，漸漸的熟悉

了公司的管理模式和程序。工程開工前期面臨的是項(xiàng)目大、施工人員

不足和施工場(chǎng)地狹小等因素，在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確指導(dǎo)下，大刀闊斧的

在施工過程中每天組織分包方管理人員召開例會(huì)，及時(shí)的解決施工中

遇到的問題和困難。每天詳細(xì)部署每個(gè)分包管理人員的任務(wù)，具體到

每天項(xiàng)目部和分包管理人員主抓哪些事都進(jìn)行分工。并第二天現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢

查落實(shí)情況，對(duì)落實(shí)不到位的進(jìn)行懲罰措施。(Duringthe

對(duì)一些不符合規(guī)范的設(shè)施馬上要求整改，定期對(duì)工人開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全、

質(zhì)量教育會(huì)議。定期舉行安全教育培訓(xùn)，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的一些違規(guī)操作和一

在質(zhì)量管理方面嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行〃三檢〃制度，及時(shí)對(duì)每道工序現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行技術(shù)

交底。在每道工序完成施工后要求分包隊(duì)伍嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行自檢后上報(bào)，由

項(xiàng)目部進(jìn)行二次驗(yàn)收，對(duì)檢查出問題現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提出餅馬上責(zé)令整改，對(duì)驗(yàn)

收不合格的部位堅(jiān)決整改。然后上報(bào)監(jiān)理進(jìn)行最后驗(yàn)收，合格后再進(jìn)

行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)責(zé)任區(qū)劃分，定期對(duì)責(zé)任區(qū)的衛(wèi)生及設(shè)施進(jìn)行檢查。安排專門

的工人進(jìn)行公共區(qū)域的每天定時(shí)打掃、沖洗，有效的保證了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)
