前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》的第82部分。GB/T4706已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以下

部分:

—第1部分:通用要求;

—第2部分:電熨斗的特殊要求;

……

—第121部分:專業(yè)冰淇淋機的特殊要求。

本文件代替GB4706.82—2014《家用和類似用途電器的安全房間加熱用軟片加熱元件的特殊要

求》,與GB4706.82—2014相比,除結構調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

—將一些注釋調(diào)整為條文內(nèi)容(見10.1、11.2.103,13.1、13.2、16.2、16.3、18.101、

18.102.5、22.103、22.105,2014年版的10.1、11.2.103,13.1、13.2、16.2、16.3、18.101、

18.102.5、22.103、22.105);

—更改了對預定安裝在地板上的裝有絕緣電線的加熱單元的強度試驗(見21.103,2014年版的

21.103);

—增加了安裝在低于1.2m高度的墻壁中的加熱元件的范圍和具體要求(見第1章、6.2、7.1、

7.6、7.12.1、7.12.106、7.101、11.2、19.2、22.106、24.102、附錄AA)。

本文件等同采用IEC60335?2?96:2019《家用和類似用途電器安全第2?96部分:房間加熱用軟片加熱

元件的特殊要求》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:

—標準名稱改為《家用和類似用途電器的安全第82部分:房間加熱用軟片加熱元件的特殊要

求》,增強標準體系的協(xié)調(diào)性;

—公式(1)進行了修正,根據(jù)IEC60335?2?96:2019和公式(1)的本身含義,IEC60335?2?96:2019

的公式(1)存在編輯性錯誤。

引言

GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》大部分采用IEC60335。在此基礎上,GB/T4706參考

IEC60335的結構形式,劃分為若干部分,由通用要求和特殊要求構成,第1部分為通用要求,其他部

分為特殊要求。對于特殊要求范圍涵蓋的產(chǎn)品,其安全要求為通用要求與該特殊要求結合使用,在特殊

要求中包括了對通用要求中對應條款的補充和修改,以給出對每種產(chǎn)品的完整要求。

本文件是器具按照使用說明正常使用時,對電氣、機械、熱、火災以及輻射等風險需要具有的防護

要求。本文件還包括使用中可能出現(xiàn)的非正常情況,并且考慮電磁干擾對器具安全運行的影響方式。

本文件已考慮GB/T16895《低壓電氣裝置》中規(guī)定的要求,器具在連接到電源時與電氣布線規(guī)則

的要求協(xié)調(diào)一致。

如果一臺器具的多項功能涉及GB/T4706中的其他部分,只要合理,其他部分分別適用于該器具每

個功能。如果適用,需考慮一個功能對其他功能的影響。

當其他部分中未針對本文件中已經(jīng)包含了的危險給出附加要求時,則GB/T4706.1適用。

GB/T4706是涉及器具安全的標準,優(yōu)先于涵蓋同一主題的通用標準/橫向標準。

本文件與GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分:通用要求》配合使用。本

文件中寫明“適用”的部分,表示GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分:通用

要求》中的相應條款適用于本文件;本文件寫明“代替”的部分,則以本文件中的條款為準;本文件寫

明“增加”的部分,表示除要符合GB/T4706.1—2024中的相應條款外,還需符合本文件條款中所增

特殊要求

1范圍

GB/T4706.1—2024的該章以下述內(nèi)容代替:

本文件規(guī)定了房間加熱用軟片加熱元件的安全要求。

本文件適用于預定安裝在地板、1.2m以下或2.3m以上的墻壁、天花板上的軟片加熱元件,其單相

裝置額定電壓不超過250V,其他裝置額定電壓不超過480V。

按照說明中安裝在建筑物內(nèi),達到要求的危險防護等級后,軟片加熱元件即成為加熱單元。

注101:注意以下情況:

─對于打算用在車輛、船舶或航空器上的加熱單元,可能需要一些附加要求;

─國家有關的管理部門可能對器具規(guī)定附加要求。

注102:本文件不適用于以下情況:

─僅用于工業(yè)用途的加熱單元;

─打算在特殊場所使用的加熱單元,諸如存在腐蝕性或爆炸性的環(huán)境(粉塵、蒸氣或煤氣);

─毯、墊及類似柔性加熱器具(GB/T47
