要做到對本工程圖紙的熟練掌握，在各工種施工前進行各項技術(shù)交

施工現(xiàn)場工作更使我深深明白，在學校學習的東西和自己翻看規(guī)范、

規(guī)程死記硬背的知識遠不如實際經(jīng)歷過的記得牢固，而且好多學問更

是書本里學不來的，完全是憑自己的經(jīng)驗。在這一年來的時間里，我

一直在多看，多學，碰到施工現(xiàn)場的做法與書本里不一樣的地方及時

的向技術(shù)負責人、工長等虛心請教，盡管有時候得不到理論上的解釋,

但是卻是很好的經(jīng)驗。剛工作時覺得技術(shù)資料工作、測量工作，質(zhì)量

檢查工作都比較簡單，而實際上卻學問大著，一直覺得自己會，而實

際操作起來才發(fā)覺自己的不足，時常事倍功半，缺乏效率?，F(xiàn)在實踐

操作多了，方法掌握了，經(jīng)驗有了，才得心應(yīng)手起來。比如說測量，

重要的是要抓好其關(guān)鍵工作，個人認為，測量關(guān)鍵性的工作一是選擇

理人員心中必須有強烈的安全意識和責任感，只有項目部管理人員從

心底認識到安全的重要性，才能用心做好這項工作。如果項目部管理

人員抱著僥幸的心理去做這項工作，那在工程安全施工方面是致命的

隱患。所以項目部管理人員必須將安全工作從心底認識并付諸實施。

對于勞務(wù)隊，首先要做的就是在工人進場以后要安排一次安全教育培

訓I,同時要對勞務(wù)施工隊進行安全技術(shù)交底。這些工作都做好后，就

是具體實施，項目部管理人員要經(jīng)常檢查施工現(xiàn)場的安全工作，爭取

將安全隱患在萌芽狀態(tài)時就徹底消滅掉。在安全方面特別注意的就是

架體支撐、工人自身攜帶或佩戴的安全設(shè)施等。要時刻督促和檢查工

人必須佩戴安全設(shè)施后才允許進入施工現(xiàn)場進行工作，架體支撐在搭

設(shè)過程中，必須進行嚴格的檢查，要求施工班組嚴格按照施工規(guī)范或
