licableScenarios22.1ThisAgreementappliestoallscenariosrelatedtothedogbiteincident,includingbutnotlimitedto:22.1.1InitialtreatmentandanysubsequentmedicalcarerequiredbyPartyA.22.1.2AnypsychologicalorphysicaltherapyneededbyPartyA.22.1.3AnypropertydamageorotherlossesincurredbyPartyA.Article23:ForceMajeure23.1NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayinperformingitsobligationsunderthisAgreementtotheextentthatsuchfailureordelayiscausedbyeventsbeyondthereasonablecontrolofthatparty.Article24:Assignment24.1PartyAmaynotassignitsrightsunderthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyB.Article25:Notice25.1Allnotices,requests,demands,andothercommunicationsunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritinganddeemeddulygivenwhendeliveredpersonallyorsentbyregisteredmail.Article26:Severability26.1IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,suchprovisionshallbestruck,andtheremainingprovisionsshallremainineffect.Article27:Counterparts27.1ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts
