法院民法典合同編培訓(xùn)會(huì)議CourtCivilCodeContractTrainingAgreementKeyInformationItems:TrainingProviderNameTrainingProviderAddressTrainingProviderContactNumberClientNameClientAddressClientContactNumberTrainingProgramDescriptionTrainingObjectivesTrainingDatesTrainingVenueParticipantDetailsTrainingFeesPaymentTermsCancellationPolicyConfidentialityIntellectualPropertyRightsLiabilityGoverningLawDisputeResolutionBody:ThisCourtCivilCodeContractTrainingAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween:TrainingProvider:[TrainingProviderName]Address:[TrainingProviderAddress]ContactNumber:[TrainingProviderContactNumber]Client:[ClientName]Address:[ClientAddress]ContactNumber:[ClientContactNumber]TrainingProgramDescription:TheTrainingProvideragreestoconductatrainingprogramontheCourtCivilCode,focusingoncontractlawasstipulatedintheCivilCode.Thetrainingwillcover[detailedtopics,e.g.,contractformation,enforcement,rightsandobligations,andremediesforbreach].TrainingObjectives:Theprimaryobjectivesofthetrainingprogramaretoenhanceparticipants'understandingofcontractlawundertheCivilCode,providepracticalinsightsintoitsapplication,andaddresscommonissuesandchallenges.TrainingDates:Thetrainingprogramisscheduledtotakeplaceon[specificdates,e.g.,August15,2024,andAugust16,2024].Thesessionswillrunfrom[starttime]to[endtime]eachday.TrainingVenue:Thetrainingwillbeheldat[specificvenue,address,oronlineplatformifapplicable].Thevenueisequippedwith[detailsaboutthefacilities,e.g.,audiovisualequipment,seatingarrangements].ParticipantDetails:TheClientshallprovidealistofparticipants,includingnames,titles,andcontactinformation,nolaterthan[number]daysbeforethetrainingstartdate.Thenumberofparticipantsislimitedto[maximumnumber]toensureeffectivelearning.TrainingFees:Thetotalfeeforthetrainingprogramis[totalamount].Thisfeeincludes[whatiscovered,e.g.,trainingmaterials,refreshments].Anyadditionalcosts,suchastravelexpensesfortheTrainer,arenotincludedinthisfee.PaymentTerms:TheClientagreestopaythetrainingfeesasfollows:[e.g.,50%deposituponsigningtheAgreementand50%uponcompletionofthetraining].Paymentsshouldbemadeby[acceptedpaymentmethods,e.g.,banktransfer,check].CancellationPolicy:IntheeventthattheClientneedstocancelorreschedulethetraining,theymustnotifytheTrainingProvideratleast[number]daysinadvance.Cancellationsmadelessthan[number]daysbeforethetrainingwillincura[percentageorfixedamount]cancellationfee.TheTrainingProviderreservestherighttocancelthetrainingwith[number]days’noticeifnecessary.Confidentiality:Bothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyinformationsharedduringthetraining,includingbutnotlimitedtoproprietarycontentandparticipantdetails.ThisconfidentialityobligationwillcontinuebeyondtheterminationoftheAgreement.IntellectualPropertyRights:AlltrainingmaterialsprovidedbytheTrainingProvideraretheintellectualpropertyoftheTrainingProvider.TheClientisgrantedanon-exclusive,non-transferablelicensetousethematerialsforinternalpurposesonly.ReproductionordistributionofthesematerialsrequirespriorwrittenconsentfromtheTrainingProvider.Liability:TheTrainingProvider’sliabilityislimitedtotheamountofthetrainingfeespaidbytheClient.TheTrainingProviderisnotresponsibleforanyindirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesarisingfromthetraining.GoverningLaw:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[jurisdiction,e.g.,theStateofNewYork].DisputeResolution:AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthrough[disputeresolutionmethod,e.g.,mediationorarbitration].Thepartiesagreetomakereasonableeffortstoresolvedisputesamicablybeforepursuingformaldisputeresolutionprocedures.Signatures:TrainingProvider:____________________________Name:______________
