betterunderstandingofthehistory.Beforeweleft,weall

cametothefrontofthemuseumandtookapicturewiththe

oldsoldierinmemoryofourvisitWewereverygladtomeet

suchatruehero.

Wehopebyvisitingthemuseummorepeoplecan

rememberwhathappenedinthewarandtreasurethe

peacefullife.

Ithasbeenawonderfultripsofar,andIamlovingCanada!

WestartedinVancouver,wherewewentshoppingfor

giftsandthenwenthiking.Unfortunately,itrainedthefirstday

wewerethere,butthenitbecameclearafterthat.Thenwe

tookatraintoLakeLouiseintheCanadianRockies,andthena

coachthroughtheRockiestoJasper.Thescenerywas

spectacular-massiveforestsandmountains,beautifulblue

lakes,andallkindsofanimals.Weevensawagrizzlybear!

Fromthere,wetookalong-distancetraintoToronto.Wewere

amazedbyhowemptyandwidetheCanadianPrairiewas.It

juststretchedonandon,asfarastheeyecouldsee.

ButthenafterwepassedWinnipegwewereinalandof

lakesandhills.Itwasallsobeautiful.TorontowasamazingWe

wenttotheCNTowerandweresurprisedbecausewecould

seecloudsrisingfromtheNiagaraFallsacrossthelake.Then

wehaddinnerinChinatownwithLinFei(shesays"Hi!").From

therewetravelledtoMontrealwherewewentshoppinginthe

oldtown.Thenwestoppedatarestaurantwherewemeta

coolguynamedJean-Philippe.He'saphotographer.Hetold

usallaboutMontrealanditscultureDidyouknowthatnearly

everyonetherespeaksFrench?Luckily,manyofthemspeak

Englishaswell.Finally,wecaughtthetraintoHalifax.

Ithasbeenagreattrip,fillinguswithsomanyhappy

memories.Weplanonspendingaboutaweekheregetting

restedupfromourjourney,andthenwe'llflyhome.
