8.合同履行過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的所有相關(guān)文件和通信記錄二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.未能按照約定的時(shí)間和質(zhì)量完成安裝工作。

2.使用的材料、設(shè)備不符合約定的技術(shù)規(guī)格和要求。

3.未能提供必要的技術(shù)支持和售后服務(wù)。

4.未經(jīng)對(duì)方同意，擅自將合同權(quán)利和義務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)讓給第三方。
