投訴信怎么寫

寫投訴信應(yīng)本著真實的原則,如實的反映情況,投訴信應(yīng)包括以下幾部分:

第三,盡可能提供證據(jù),讓人覺得你在理。投訴時最好提供足夠的證據(jù),讓人覺得你投訴的內(nèi)容真實可靠可信,更容易促進解決問題。通常在信中附寄的證據(jù)有:各種單據(jù)、證件、合同(協(xié)議)書、批文(批字、簽字)、判決(裁定、鑒定)書等等。注意:郵寄或傳真時只用復(fù)印件,原件自己保存好。

第四,注意時效,及早投訴。有好多事情是受時間限制的,如果超過規(guī)定期限(比如合同規(guī)定的期限、法律規(guī)定的時效),再行投訴有關(guān)部門依法可以不予受理。所以投訴要及早,要講究時效。
