最灰暗的青春

有關跑步的記憶始于大學失戀與考研失敗之后。

那時候覺得整個生命都是暗淡無光的，不止是被世界拋棄，而是從此再也沒有世界。

那時恰逢學校操場經(jīng)過暑假修整，鋪上了新的塑膠和假草坪，初秋晚來很多人在操場繞圈散步，他們大多是手拉手的情侶或者三五成群的同學，我則只有我的耳機作伴。

最難忘的記憶

畢業(yè)后從北方之北來到南方之南，順德這個人杰地靈、聞名遐邇的地方。

上班的公司大都年輕人，有不少都癡迷于健身，尤其是熱愛跑步。

在他們的帶動下我有時也會去順峰山跑跑步放松，但是我的體力跟他們差很遠，頂多也就跑個10公里。

一天一個同事告訴我元旦容桂有馬拉松，我說我就是個菜鳥，跑著玩還可以，馬拉松是絕對參加不了的。

他就說叫我陪他，就算跑不完也沒關系，大多數(shù)人都是跑不下來。

為了革命友誼，我勇敢地報了名。

記得那天是陰天，北風吹著還有點冷。
