精品文檔-下載后可編輯初中生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的動(dòng)機(jī)和策略【摘要】W習(xí)一門(mén)語(yǔ)言不是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單和容易的工作,有時(shí)候它很無(wú)聊和乏味。因此如何有效激發(fā)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)重要的問(wèn)題。動(dòng)機(jī)在語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)中扮演一個(gè)重要角色。英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)是影響外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的重要因素之一,它決定著學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中所花的時(shí)間和學(xué)習(xí)克服困難過(guò)程中毅力的付出多少,從而影響學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)效果。對(duì)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行研究有利于激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),從而提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本文在概述學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,還分析了初中生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的現(xiàn)狀,最后對(duì)如何激發(fā)與培養(yǎng)初中生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)并應(yīng)用到初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)課堂進(jìn)行了具體探究。

【Abstract】Learningalanguageisnotasimpleoreasytask,sometimesitisboringandtedious.SohowtoeffectivelystimulatestudentstolearnEnglishisanimportantissue.Motivationplaysanimportantpartinlanguagelearning.Englishlearningmotivationisoneoftheimportantfactorsinfluencingforeignlanguagelearning,whichdeterminesthenumberofstudentslearningEnglishinthetimespentlearningandperseverancetoovercomedifficultiesintheprocessofpaying.Thusaffectingthestudents'Englishlearning;thisviewwasalsousedbymanylinguistsheaccepted,andwasalsowrittenintothenewEnglishcurriculumstandardspromulgatedbyChinain2022.Englishlearningmotivationisanintrinsicmotivationoflearners(forEnglishlearningneeds,desire,etc.)itpromotesavoluntaryandeffectiveefforttolearnEnglish.StudyingEnglishlearninginspirationforstudents,whichisgoodforstimulatingstudentsmotivationandimprovingstudents'interestinlearningEnglish.Basedonanoverviewofresearchonthetheoryofinspiration,butalsoanalyzesthecurrentsituationofmiddleschoolstudentstolearnEnglish,andfinallyhowtomotivateandtrainmiddleschoolstudents’motivationtolearnandapplyittoteachingmiddleschoolEnglishclassroomspecificinquiry.

I.Introduction

Peopledoanythinghasitsmotivesandobjectives,asstudents’learningbytakingpartinteachingactivities,whichhasitsmotivationandpurpose.Themainlearningmotivationisstudents’awarenessandakeeninterestinlearning,whichisaninnermentalstateandprocessofnormaldevelopmentforstimulatingstudents'learningactivitieswhoseconducttowardcertainlearningobjectives.Rightmotivationisanecessaryconditiontoacquireknowledge,butalsoanimportantpartoftheformationofhighmoralquality.EnglishlearningmotivationforstudentsofEnglishcanbeexpressedasacertaindegreeofloveanddesireforknowledge.Thereareindividualdifferencesinmotivationdirectlyaffectsstudents'Englishlearning.Forstudentsofmiddleschool,Englishlearningmotivationisveryimportant.

II.Theimportanceofstimulatinganddevelopingstudents’learningmotivation

Oftenreferredtoasthedrivingforceofourmotivation,“drivingforceistheneedforfood,water,orpraise,etc.,andpromoteindividualreactinsomeway”,itcanbeseendrivingforceisthebasicforceofhumansurvivalandsocialdevelopmentofthestudents.Ifthestudentshassustainedandeffectivelearning,motivationisoneofthemainfactorsinfluencingEnglishlearning,excellentlearningenvironmentandlearningconditionsjustexternal,internalonlybystudents,thatgoodmotivationcanplayarole.

2.1Aprerequisiteforlearning

Motivationisaprerequisiteforstudentstendtohaveastrongmotivationtostudyhardlearningattitudeandstrongwillpower.Therelationshipbetweenmotivationandlearningisatypicalcomplementaryrelationship.Ahighlevelofmotivationcangetveryhighacademicachievementsofhighacademicachievement,inturn,enhancethehighlevelofmotivation..Whenstudentsachievedexcellentgrades,curiositywillbesatisfied,butalsowillhaveapositiveemotionalexperience,itsoriginalmotivationcanbefurtherstrengthened.Inthestudents'emotionalfactors,Englishlearningmotivationisthekeytodeterminesuccessorfailure.Motivation,onceproduced,itwillplayaroleinlearning.Effectsofmotivationonstudentlearningprocessare:Starteffectonlearningbehaviors,tomaintaintheroleoflearningbehaviorsandmonitortheroleofthelearningprocess.

2.2Mobilizethestudents'enthusiasmandinitiative

Strongmotivationcanmobilizethestudents'enthusiasmandinitiative,whichwillenablestudentstofindavarietyofopportunitiestolearnanduseEnglish,learnEnglishfortheirowntocreateavarietyofpersonalizedlearningstrategies.Therefore,Englishteachersshould“mobilizetheenthusiasmofallthestudents,keepingthemconfidenceinlearningEnglishandexperiencingthefunoflearningEnglish,learningEnglishfeelssuccess,andtheycontinuetoprogressatallstagesoflearning.”Visibly,inspiringanddevelopingstudents'motivationtolearnEnglishteachersindailyteachingisanextremelyimportanttask.

Ⅲ.Strategiesforstimulatingthestudents’Englishlearningmotivation

3.1StrengthenthepurposeofeducationinEnglishlearning

TeachersshouldgivestudentsdefiniteEnglishlearningtermgoalsandobjectives,studentsshouldrealizetheimportanceoflearningobjectives.Learningobjectivesidentifiedisthedrivingforcestudentstorealizetheirdreams,isthestudent'sdirection.Oncestudentsrealizetheirgoal,itwillhaveasenseofaccomplishment.Formcorrectlearningobjectives,toimprovethemotivationtolearnEnglish,whichhasacrucialroleinthetheoryandpracticeshowthatvividmannerappropriatelevelofpsychologicaldevelopmentofstudents,theeducationalpurposeoflearningEnglishandreallifetogether,cantrainstudents’motivationsuccessfully.

3.2Buildaneffectivesituation

Psychologicalresearchshowsthat:newandinteresting,foodforthoughtsituationscanstimulatestudents'curiosity,whichrequiresteacherstoimproveteachingmethods,thecreationofeffectiveteachingsituation,tostimulatestudents'curiosityandthirstforknowledge.Teachersgivestudentsleaveenoughtimeandspaceforfreeplay,letthestudentsdiscussbold,thismission-driven,student-centeredclassroom,inordertoarousetheenthusiasmofstudentstoactivelyparticipate,iseffectiveclassroomstudentslike.Rich,interesting,diverseformsofteachingcontent,suchasgames,tonguetwisters,riddlesEnglish,Englishidiomsproverbs,Englishsongsandmovies,aswellasavarietyofstudent-centeredEnglishclassroomactivities,suchasscenesofdialogue,groupdiscussions,dramaperformancesetc.,sothatstudentscontinuetoseeopportunitiestoimprovetheirEnglish,makefulluseoftheperformanceofstudentsdesire,ambition,makeEnglishlearningchallenging,continuetostimulatestudents'motivationtolearnEnglish.

3.3Stimulatestudents'interestinlearning

Goodlearningatmosphereistostimulatelearningmotivation,promotestudentlearningexternalconditions.Relaxedandharmoniousatmosphereintheclassroomisofgreatsignificancetostimulateanddevelopstudents'motivationtolearnEnglish.Organizeavarietyofclassroomactivitiesandpracticeactivitiestoexpandstudents'knowledgeinthefieldinordertoenablestudentstoexperienceandprofoundunderstandingofthevalueandroleofknowledge,teachersshouldorganizestudentstopracticecommunicationactivitiesplanned,sothatstudentscanputwhattheyhavelearnedtobespecificapplicationscontinuetoexploreandtrytosolveproblemsencounteredinpractice,bothtodeepentheknowledgeofunderstanding,toacquirenewknowledgecanleadtothirstandenthusiasm.

IV.Conclusion

Learningoutcomesfeedbackhasasignificantimpactonthemotivationandinspiringaction.Timelyfeedbacklearningcanpromotestudents’learningexperienceandlessonssummedup,adjustlearningstrategies,canalsoimproveacademicperformance,becauseperformancethroughfeedback,tofindoutwhethertheirownprogress,toenablestudentstokeepabreastoftheirprogress,mayprovokefurtherlearnEnglishdesire,butalsotoidentifygapsbetweenobjectivesandlearning,improvelearningmethodstoimproveEnglishlearningsothattheattitudeandapproachtolearninghasincreased.Timelyfeedbacklearningcanpromoteteachers’consciousnesstoreflecton
