工程合同有關隱蔽工程檢查的約定（中英文對照）隱蔽工程檢查?InspectionofHiddenWorks承包人應當對工程隱蔽部位進行自檢，并經自檢確認是否具備覆蓋條件。Thecontractorshouldcarryoutself-inspectionofthehiddenpartsoftheprojectandconfirmwhetherwiththecoveringconditionsthroughself-inspection.除專用合同條款另有約定外，工程隱蔽部位經承包人自檢確認具備覆蓋條件的，承包人應在共同檢查前48小時書面通知監(jiān)理人檢查，通知中應載明隱蔽檢查的內容、時間和地點，并應附有自檢記錄和必要的檢查資料。Unlessotherwisestipulatedbytheparticularconditionshereof,thecontractorshould,ifthehiddenpartsofprojectareconfirmedwithcoveringconditionsbyself-inspection,give48hours’priornoticetothesupervisorforjointinspection,inthenoticeshouldstatethecontents,timeandplaceofhiddenpartsinspectionandcompaniedbytherecordofself-inspectionandnecessarymaterialsofself-inspection.監(jiān)理人應按時到場并對隱蔽工程及其施工工藝、材料和工程設備進行檢查。經監(jiān)理人檢查確認質量符合隱蔽要求，并在驗收記錄上簽字后，承包人才能進行覆蓋。經監(jiān)理人檢查質量不合格的，承包人應在監(jiān)理人指示的時間內完成修復，并由監(jiān)理人重新檢查，由此增加的費用和（或）延誤的工期由承包人承擔。Thesupervisorshouldarrivethesiteontimeforcarryingouttheinspectionofhiddenworksandthetechniques,materialsandprojectplantthereof.Thecontractorcancoverthehiddenworksuntilthesupervisor’sinspectionconfirmthequalityofthehiddenrequirementsandmakesignatureontheinspectionrecord.Thecontractorshould,incaseofconfirmationoftheunqualifiedqualitybythesupervisor’sinspection,completetherepairwithinthetimeasindicatedbythesupervisorbeforetakingre-examinationbythesupervisor,theincreasedcostandthedelayintheschedulearisingtherefromwillbebornbythecontractor.除專用合同條款另有約定外，監(jiān)理人不能按時進行檢查的，應在檢查前24小時向承包人提交書面延期要求，但延期不能超過48小時，由此導致工期延誤的，工期應予以順延。Unlessotherwisestipulatedbytheparticularconditionofcontract,intheeventfailureofmakinginspectionontimebythesupervisor,therequirementforpostponeinwritingshouldbesubmittedin24hoursadvancetothecontractor,however,notmorethan48hours,andwheredelayedinschedulearisingoutthereof,worktimemaybeextendedaccordingly.監(jiān)理人未按時進行檢查，也未提出延期要求的，視為隱蔽工程檢查合格，承包人可自行完成覆蓋工作，并作相應記錄報送監(jiān)理人，監(jiān)理人應簽字確認。監(jiān)理人事后對檢查記錄有疑問的，可按第5.3.3項〔重新檢查〕的約定重新檢查。Providedthatifthesupervisorfailstomakeinspectionontimenortosubmitthepostponerequirement,thehiddenworkwillbedeemedasqualified,forwhichthecontractormaycompletethecoverworkbyhimselfandmakethecorrespondingrecordwhichbesubmittedtothesupervisorforconfirmationbyhissignature.Ifanydoubtthereonthereafterbythesupervisorthere-inspectionmaybetakensubjecttothestipulationofArticle5.3.3[Re-inspection].承包人覆蓋工程隱蔽部位后，發(fā)包人或監(jiān)理人對質量有疑問的，可要求承包人對已覆蓋的部位進行鉆孔探測或揭開重新檢查，承包人應遵照執(zhí)行，并在檢查后重新覆蓋恢復原狀。經檢查證明工程質量符合合同要求的，由發(fā)包人承擔由此增加的費用和（或）延誤的工期，并支付承包人合理的利潤；經檢查證明工程質量不符合合同要求的，由此增加的費用和（或）延誤的工期由承包人承擔。Shouldtheemployerorthesupervisorhasdoubtsaboutthequalityonandafterthecontractor’scoveringthehiddenparts,mayrequirethecontractortodrillordiscovertheretomakere-inspectionforwhichthecontractorshouldcomplywith,makere-coveringandreinstatementfollowtheinspection.Wherethequalityoftheprojectisprovedtomeettherequirementsofthecontractbyinspection,theaddedexpensesand/ordelayedtime,inadditiontothecontractor’sreasonableinterests,incurredinconsequencethereofshallbebornbytheemployer;wherethequalitydoesnotmeetcontract’srequirements,theaddedexpensesand/ordelayedtimeshallbebornbythecontractor.承包人未通知監(jiān)理人到場檢查，私自將工程隱蔽部位覆蓋的，監(jiān)理人有權指示承包人鉆孔探測或揭開檢查，無論工程隱蔽部位質量是否合格，由此增加的費用和（或）延誤的工期均由承包人承擔。Incaseofcoveringtheengineeringhiddenpartsbythecontractorwithoutauthorizationandgivingnoticetothesupervisorforthesiteinspection,thesupervisorislibertytoinstructthecontractortodrilloruncoverthehiddenpartforcheckandinspection,regardlessofprojectqualitybequalifyornot,theaddedcostsand/ordelayedtimeshallbeassumedbythecontractor.及時對工程進度、工程質量進行監(jiān)督檢查，參加材料報驗，組織工程的初驗，在收到乙方書面通知起4個工作小時內參加隱蔽工程驗收。?(4)Tomakesupervisionandinspection,withoutanydelay,oftheprogressandqualityoftheproject,participateintheinspectionofmaterials,organizetheinitialinspectionoftheproject,andparticipateintheacceptanceofconcealedworkswithin4workinghoursuponthereceiptofPartyB'swrittennotification.甲方應當按本合同約定參加隱蔽工程驗收，否則視為默認隱蔽工程合格，乙方可進行下道工序，但如乙方施工質量不符合合同約定的要求，乙方應當承擔質量責任。如果甲方提出復查，復查合格時費用由甲方承擔，復查結果不合格，復查及返修費用由乙方承擔，工期不予順延。?(l)PartyAshallparticipateinthehiddenprojectacceptanceasstipulatedherein,otherwiseasthedefaulthiddenprojectisqualified,PartyBcancarryoutthenextprocess,howeveriftheconstructionqualityofPartyBfailtomeettherequirementsstipulatedinthecontract,PartyBshallbearthequalityresponsibility.WherePartyAproposestoreview,PartyAshallbearthecostwhenthereviewisqualified,andPartyBshallbearthecostofreviewandrepairifthereviewresultisunqualified,andtheconstructionperiodshallnotbepostponed.需要質檢的隱蔽工程和中間驗收部位的分類、部位、質檢內容、標準、表格和參
