TheData&CRMDevelopmentManagerisahands-onrolethatwillbringexceptionaldataandtechnicalskillsandexperienceandwillleadthemodernisationofourdataandCRMcapabilities;empoweringthedigitalfirstapproach.

FollowingthesuccessfulimplementationofDynamics365,thisrolewillleadasmallteamandworkwithexternalsupplierstoimplementandmanageaModernDataWarehouse,DataIntegrationPlatformandtransformourdataarchitecturetoseamlesslyintegratedataandanalyticstodriveaninsightdrivenculture.Withadeepunderstandingofhowtoimprovedataquality,youwillhaveahaveakeeneyefordetailandensurehighquality,trusteddataisdeliveredtothepointofneedtodriveefficiencyandeffectiveness.

Mindaimstoensurethatourstrategyandallouractivitiesfullyreflecttheneedsandinterestsofmentalhealthserviceusers,women,blackandminorityethniccommunities,vulnerablemigrants,peoplewhoidentifyaslesbian,gay,bisexual,queerortransgender,andpeoplewithphysical,cognitiveorsensoryimpairments,withmobilityimpairments,orwithlearningdifficulties,withfullregardtotheirage,backgroundandpersonalcircumstances.Youwillbeexpectedtocontributetothisaim.
