Ilovetheholidays.ZoomIn5電子郵件是目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上用戶最廣泛、使用頻率最高的一種通信手段。與普通信件相比，電子郵件不僅快捷方便，而且可靠性高；與傳真相比，電子郵件更經(jīng)濟，更具有保密性。

E-mail

FiveE-mail的格式與內(nèi)容如下：(1)收件人(To)：須輸入收件人的E-mail地址。(2)主題(Subject)：讓接收者從標題中可以快速了解到信件的大概內(nèi)容。短的主題可以使一個單詞；長的可以使一個名詞性短語。主題內(nèi)容切忌含糊不清。像Newsaboutthemeeting這樣的表達就不清楚，可改為Tomorrow’smeetingcanceled。(3)副本抄送(CC)：如需要時，須輸入郵件副本收件人的E-mail地址。(4)暗抄送(BCC)：其功能與CC相似，只是E-mail直接接收者看不到BCC欄的地址。

FiveNotesofFormat(5)如要發(fā)送程序文件、圖片、音樂等，可以使用附件(Attachment)的功能。(6)正文部分的格式、文體與普通信函相似。但E-mail一般用于非正式文體，因此正文前的稱謂語(Salutation)不用過于正式。同輩親朋好友或同事間可以直呼其名(省略Dear)，但對長輩或上級最好使用頭銜加上姓(如Mr.Smith)。與此相呼應，信尾的結(jié)束敬語(ComplimentaryClose)也可以簡明些(如Thanks,Regards)，不需要用一般信函的Yourssincerely/faithfully等。
