RulesofCompetition：

1.Allentriesmustbeoriginal,haveneverbeenreleased(includingonlinerelease)orsubmittedforothercompetitions,andnotinfringerights(includingcopyright)ofothers.

2.Ifparticipantsareauthorizedtherighttoincludeintheirentryanymusicwhosecopyrightisownedbyothers,theymustdeclaresointheirentry.

3.Allentrieswillnotbereturned.

4.Theorganizerwillscanallentriesforvirus.Anyfilefoundtobeinfectedwillbedeletedimmediately,andthatparticularentrywillbecancelled.

5.Theorganizerandthejudgingpanelreservetherighttocancelandtakefurtheractionsagainstanyentrythatdoesnotmeettherequirementorviolatestherulessethere.

6.Theorganizerwillbeauthorizedtherighttousetheentries,andtoamend,edit,duplicate,release,distribute,displayormakeavailableforeducationalornon-commercialpurposeswithoutpriorconsentfromorpaymentofcopyrightfeetotheparticipants.

7.Thedecisionsandtheresultsofthecompetitionbythejudgingpanelwillbefinalandindisputable.

8.Theorganizerreservestherighttoamendandinterpretthecompetitionruleswithoutpriornotice.

9.Participantsshalltakefullresponsibilityofanyconsequenceofcopyrightinfringement.
