接下來我想分享自己在英國留學(xué)的一段經(jīng)歷。當(dāng)初因雅思只考了5分，我無法申請到研究生，只得被迫延長一年的語言學(xué)習(xí)，由此引發(fā)的是生活上的窘迫和無休止的打工。白天，餐廳服務(wù)員、清潔工、保姆等多個工作角色令我筋疲力盡，夜晚還要背單詞。有段時(shí)間，我感到非常孤獨(dú)和艱難。

為了盡快適應(yīng)，從早上5點(diǎn)起床晨跑，到晚上11點(diǎn)結(jié)束最后一份工作，我高度自律，重新規(guī)劃自己的時(shí)間，身心狀況漸漸好轉(zhuǎn)。
