買方企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商之間為了實(shí)現(xiàn)交易,就必須彼此溝通,通過利益均衡,定出一個(gè)折中的可行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口流程。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,企業(yè)所面對(duì)的客戶和供應(yīng)商已經(jīng)不再僅僅局限于本地有限的幾個(gè),而是散布在世界各地的數(shù)目可觀的一批。如果說原來(lái)企業(yè)間交易可以通過專門開發(fā)的接口,那么面對(duì)數(shù)量眾多的異構(gòu)商務(wù)平臺(tái),在實(shí)時(shí)性要求相當(dāng)苛刻的現(xiàn)在,專用接口已經(jīng)不能勝任,建立一個(gè)基于XML數(shù)據(jù)交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、描述企業(yè)間商務(wù)流程交易的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架體系已經(jīng)成為必需。
