4.MaintainingOfficeSupplies:Itisessentialforanofficesecretarytomanageandrestockofficesupplies.Theyshouldkeeptrackofinventoryandordernewsupplieswhennecessary.
5.FilingandDocumentManagement:Thesecretaryisresponsiblefororganizingandmaintainingofficefilesanddocuments.Theyshouldensurethatallfilesareproperlylabeledandeasilyaccessible.
