PRESENTATION產(chǎn)品介紹羅伊克達(dá)爾蒙法國(guó)勃艮第蝸牛,產(chǎn)自法國(guó)勃艮第地區(qū),棕褐色外殼較大,肉呈淺色,頗受世界各地美食家們的追捧。歐洲各地均產(chǎn)該品種蝸牛。法國(guó)蝸牛配以地道的勃艮第調(diào)味汁:黃油里加入蒜和荷蘭芹,烘焙直到黃油融化,蒜和荷蘭芹的香味滲入蝸牛,即可享用地道法國(guó)餐。蝸牛是巴士底日(7月14日)的必吃食物,但現(xiàn)今蝸牛已在各種場(chǎng)合隨處可見(jiàn)。1885:

escargots

with

light

brown

tobrown

meat

color.

They

have

a

fleshy

meat,

with

a

typical

soil

taste

due

to

theescargots

vineyard

origin

that

they

acquired

naturally

from

their

hibernation.Loic

d’Artimont

only

selects

the

best

helix

pomatia

type

of

escargots,

which

arethe

only

type

of

escargots

in

France

to

be

called
