大家好！

XX年的炎炎夏日，一聲震耳欲聾的哭聲宣告著一個下生命的降落，那就是我！XX年的9月，背著我嶄新的小書包，我邁入了我人生中第一所學(xué)?！W(xué)，之后的5年，歡樂始終陪伴在我的左右。9月，我以一名中學(xué)生的姿態(tài)邁入了人生的第二所學(xué)?！袑W(xué)，之后的高中，大學(xué)，今日回想起來仿佛如電影中的蒙太奇鏡頭一樣在我眼前一閃而過。時光荏苒，轉(zhuǎn)瞬間當(dāng)年不經(jīng)世事的我已懷著秀麗的夢想，帶著無限的向往，走上了由責(zé)任和期望筑成的三尺講臺，成為了教師這個最平凡卻又最不平凡隊伍中的一名新人。

還記得初上講臺時的我，內(nèi)心的興奮和欣喜以及對自己身份的轉(zhuǎn)變所帶來的興奮之情讓我對將來充滿了期望，然而真是"醉后方知酒味濃，為師方知師不易。"剛進(jìn)學(xué)校的我不但擔(dān)任了日常的教學(xué)工作更成為了一年級的班主任。為師之人都知道，班主任這幾個字雖然代表的只是"一班之主"，但它所肩負(fù)的"責(zé)任"并非那些沒有經(jīng)受過的人能體會的。作為一名剛踏上工作崗位的"新人"，如何能成為一名合格的教師，一名受同學(xué)敬重愛戴的班主任的切實問題一個接著一個擺在了我的面前，而我所面對的壓力更是可想而知，但我沒有退縮，因為在我的心中一個清楚且堅決的聲音在說："我不退縮，我不懊悔，因為今日我選擇了做一名教師！"

教師日常的工作是瑣碎而勞碌的。有時為了上好一節(jié)35分鐘的課，課余往往要花費(fèi)幾倍甚至是十幾倍的時間在查閱資料，鉆研教法，設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)，媒體制作上，教案改了又該，方法換了又換，這一切的努力都是為了在課堂上學(xué)生把握起來更簡單，早出晚歸，挑燈夜戰(zhàn)是我們的家常便飯，辛苦勞累更是常與我們結(jié)伴通行，但當(dāng)我每次站在講臺上，面對幾十雙渴求學(xué)問，純凈的眼睛，當(dāng)我用我細(xì)心預(yù)備的學(xué)問去灌溉這一棵棵祖國的幼苗時，我就會感到一切的付出是值得的，我的努力使我無愧于"教師"這兩個字所代表的神圣寓意，因為今日的我選擇做一名教師！

還記得當(dāng)時踏進(jìn)師范學(xué)校時，面對門口"學(xué)高為師，身正為范"名言，我的內(nèi)心充滿著對教師行業(yè)的懵懂，今日當(dāng)我正真成為一名教師后，我最終體會到教師工作的對象是人，你不經(jīng)意間的一舉一動將會影響這些純凈孩子的一生。因此，如今的我深深懂得，什么是為人師表，特殊師作為一名班主任更要在關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的同時，教育學(xué)生如何"學(xué)習(xí)做人"，用自己平凡的一切引導(dǎo)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造出屬于他們的不平凡。當(dāng)然，在工作中我也有不如意的時候，有時學(xué)生的淘氣也讓我身心俱疲，讓我對教師的工作產(chǎn)生的懷疑：到底我們的存在是為了什么假如只是單純的"傳道，授業(yè)，解惑"那為什么我們的職業(yè)又那么受人敬重呢我們付出的那么多努力，或許并不能得到等量的回報，那我們的付出又值得嗎······這一連串的懷疑曾經(jīng)徘徊在我的腦中，讓我臨時的迷失了為師的目標(biāo)，但當(dāng)我看到一張張因為我的付出而充滿著美好笑容的小臉時，聽到學(xué)生那一句句真誠地關(guān)懷話語后，我腦中一下子明朗了，曾經(jīng)的迷失的目標(biāo)又回來了，那群可愛的孩子就是我的動力，我的理想！有人曾說過教師所作的努力，一切為了學(xué)生，為了一切學(xué)生，為了學(xué)生的一切，為了讓他們健康歡樂的成長，付出我的一切都心甘情愿！因為，今日我選擇了成為一名教師！

教師的工作是單調(diào)乏味的，但我們甘為人梯，如春蠶，像蠟燭，在平凡的工作崗位上，用青春和熱情譜寫出自己無怨無悔的人生，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造出燦爛的明天。因為我們有堅決的信念，我們對將來充滿著期望，正如偉大詩人泰戈爾在詩中寫道："花的事業(yè)是甜美的，果的事業(yè)是寶貴的。"教育的根是苦的，教育的果實卻是甜的，作為教師我們始于辛苦卻收于欣慰，因為你的愛早已在不知不覺間滲透在學(xué)生的心中，促使著他們的成長！
