〔宜蕓館〕NowherewewillgototheYiYunGuan,hallofYiyunYunisakindofherbwhichcanbemadeintoabookmarktopreventbooksfromworms.Thetwocharacterstellusitistheplacesuitableforkeepingbooks.Attheverybeginning,hallofYiyunwasthelibraryofEmperorQianlong.BythetimeofGuangxu,itbecametheresidenceofLongyu,empressofGuangxu.
LongyuwasthelastempressandempressdowagerinChinesefeudalhistory.SheisthenieceofCixi.Actuallyshedidn’twinguangxu’sfavor,butCixiorderedthismarriagetoGuangxuinordertohaveabettercontrolofhisthoughtsandbehavior.Ofcoursetheyleadanunhappylife.Itissaidthatwhenverguangxuandcixihadconflict;longyuwasalwaysoncixi’sside.thissurlymadeguangxudislikeher.Theemperordidn’tcometoseeherexceptthedayswhentheygotmarried.Andtheydidn’thavechildren,either.Intheyear1908whenGuangxuandCixidied,Longyuletthe3yearoldPuyitosecceedthethrone.Infact,Longyuherselfcontrolledthepower.However,thesituationdidn’tlastforlong.Intheyear1911,therevolutionledbySunZhongshansuccessfullyoverthrewtheQingDynasty.In1912,Puyiwasdeposed,whichbroughttheendofthe20xxyearsfeudalhistoryinChina.
