Theundersignedherebyauthorizes__________________________________________astheundersignedsagentandattorney-in-fact(the"Agent'),withfullpowerandauthoritytoenterintocontractsforthepurchase,receipt,sale(includingshortsale)anddeliveryof,whetherdirectlyorindirectlythroughinvestmentsinmanagedinvestmentproductsorotherwise,foreigncurrencycontracts,optionsonforeigncurrencycontracts,andothersuchforwardcontractsandoptionsthereon,securities,equity,debtandrelatedinvestments(collectively"Contracts')onmarginorotherwise,inoneormoreaccounts("Account')withIFXMarketsInc.("Commerce').

Inallsuchtransactions,aswellasmanagementdecisionsrelatingtotheAccount,CommerceisherebyauthorizedtofollowtheinstructionsoftheAgent;theAgentisauthorizedtoactonbehalfoftheundersignedinthesamemannerandwiththesameforceandeffectastheundersignedmightorcouldwithrespecttosuchtransactions,themakingandtakingofdeliveriesandwithrespecttoallotherthingsnecessaryorincidentaltothefurtheranceand/orconductoftheAccount.

CommerceshallhavenoliabilityforfollowingtheinstructionsoftheAgent,andtheundersignedshallneverattempttoholdCommerceliablefortheAgentsactionsorinactions.TheundersignedunderstandsthatCommercedoesnot,byimplicationorotherwise,endorsetheoperatingmethodsofsuchAgent.TheundersignedherebyreleasesCommercefromanyandallliabilitytotheundersignedortoanyoneclaimingthroughtheundersignedwithrespecttodamage,lossesorlostprofitssustainedorallegedtohavebeensustainedasaresultofCommercefollowingtheAgentsinstructionsor

foranymatterarisingoutoftherelationshipbetweentheAgentandtheundersignedandshallindemnifyCommercefromanyandalllosses,damages,liabilitiesandexpenses,ofanykindornaturewhatsoever,arisingtherefrom.TheundersignedagreestoholdCommerceharmlessandtoindemnifyitastoanyexpense,damageorliabilitysustainedbyitwithrespecttoanyandallactsandpracticesoftheAgentandattorney-in-factregardingthisaccount,includingalllossesarisingtherefromanddebitbalance(s)duethereof.

Thisauthorizationisacontinuingoneandshallremaininfullforceandeffectuntilrevokedbytheundersigned,oranauthorizedpersononhisbehalf,bywrittennoticegiventoCommerce,Attention:DirectorofCompliance.SuchrevocationshallbecomeeffectiveonlyupontheactualreceiptthereofbyCommercebutshallnotaffectanyliabilityinanyway

resultingfromtransactionsinitiatedpriortoitsreceipt.ThisauthorizationshallinuretothebenefitofCommerce,its

successorsandassigns.TheprovisionshereofshallbeinadditiontoandinnowayshallitlimitorrestrictanyrightthatCommercemayhaveunderanyagreementwiththeundersigned.Inaddition,CommerceisfurtherauthorizedanddirectedtodeductfromtheundersignedsaccountandpaytheAgenttheamountofallmanagementfees,incentivefees,advisoryfeesand/orbrokeragecommissionstobepaidtotheAgentuponCommercesreceiptofinvoicesfromtheAgent.

TheundersignedunderstandsthattheAgentissolelyresponsibleforthecalculationofsuchfeesandcommissionsandthatCommercehasnoresponsibilityorobligationtodetermineorverifytheamountoraccuracyofsuchfeesandcommissions.TheundersignedherebyagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessCommerceanditsaffiliatesandemployeesfromanyloss,damageordisputearisingoutoforrelatingtothecalculationandpaymentofsuchfeesandcommissions.

Allstatements,notices,correspondenceandthelikegeneratedinthisaccountshallbesentorgiventotheAgentattheaddressshownforthisaccountandtotheundersignedattheaddressindicatedintheCustomersAccountdocuments,ortosuchotherpersonoraddressastheundersignedmayhereafterdesignateinwriting.

InadditiontheundersignedhasprovidedIFXMarketsInc.withacopyofanydisclosuredocument,managedaccountagreement,orothersuchmaterialsexecutedbyandbetweenAgentandtheundersignedthatconcerntheAgentsadviceinregard
