很興奮站在這里做這篇短小的演講，我演講的主題是青年是祖國(guó)的將來(lái)。

在預(yù)備英語(yǔ)演講競(jìng)賽的時(shí)候，我本想簡(jiǎn)約地從網(wǎng)上搜尋一些文章作為我演講的內(nèi)容。我看過(guò)許多文章，有聞名主持人的、北大教授的、高校生的，也有中學(xué)生的。但是看完之后，我放棄了起初的想法，我甚至為起初的想法感到有一些慚愧。由于今日我站在這里向大家演講的主題，是一個(gè)莊重而嚴(yán)厲的主題；是一個(gè)充斥榮耀與驕傲的主題；是每一個(gè)中華兒女共同期盼的主題。每個(gè)人都有屬于他們自己的中國(guó)夢(mèng)，而我，當(dāng)然也有一貫縈繞在心懷只屬于我的'中國(guó)夢(mèng)。

我很驚異，當(dāng)大街上有老人摔倒，我們不敢再去扶起；我很難受，當(dāng)有人做了好事被報(bào)道，更多的人說(shuō)他做作；我很難過(guò)，當(dāng)我看到我們眾多的青年人變得冷漠、市儈、欺詐以及缺乏抱負(fù)。
