3礦井通風(fēng)阻力測定報(bào)告范本1.概述礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀礦井運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)主扇1臺(tái),主備扇力量一樣。通風(fēng)方式為中心分列式,通風(fēng)方法為抽出式。主要參數(shù)見下表:參數(shù)扇風(fēng)機(jī)額定額定額定電機(jī)額因葉電機(jī)負(fù)壓等級(jí)名稱型號(hào)功率KW電壓電流定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)r/min數(shù)角片角型號(hào)H2omm孔m2二水平扇風(fēng)機(jī)GAF31·5-20-1GZ〔備扇同〕140063001057400.8-110Y638-82803.815000m3/4000Pa1#9600m3/min,10059m3/min。72萬噸/19738月投產(chǎn),近年來,因銷售形勢好轉(zhuǎn),產(chǎn)量有所增加。為了滿足市場需求,礦井將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大生目前生產(chǎn)區(qū)域主要布置在二水平。東一采區(qū)布置一個(gè)綜采面、5個(gè)掘進(jìn)隊(duì),下延布置一個(gè)采煤、62500m3/min,885m3/min,礦井總風(fēng)量9600m3/min,。工程實(shí)施背景隨著下延采區(qū)、東一采區(qū)的延長和中部層采區(qū)的連續(xù)開采,使全礦井所需風(fēng)量增120萬噸年。對(duì)礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的改造勢在必行。因此在現(xiàn)在必需做好前期預(yù)備工作,進(jìn)展礦井通風(fēng)阻力測定。2、平崗煤礦通風(fēng)阻力實(shí)際測定、計(jì)算及分析、通風(fēng)阻力測定的目的礦井通風(fēng)阻力測定是礦井通風(fēng)技術(shù)治理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,其主要目的在于:了解礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的阻力分布狀況;為生產(chǎn)礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化和合理配風(fēng)供給根底資料和參數(shù);為礦井井下災(zāi)難防治和風(fēng)流調(diào)整供給必要的根底資料;為保證礦井的正常生產(chǎn)和增產(chǎn)提效供給依據(jù);為礦井通風(fēng)力量核定供給根底參數(shù)。、通風(fēng)阻力測定的技術(shù)依據(jù)及方法、測定的技術(shù)依據(jù)《煤礦安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及考核評(píng)級(jí)方法》2023年《礦井通風(fēng)阻力測定方法》MT/T440-1995MT/T440-1995(2023119重進(jìn)展礦井通風(fēng)阻力測定。、測定方法錄測定時(shí)間。承受基點(diǎn)法測定時(shí)兩測點(diǎn)間的通風(fēng)阻力計(jì)算公式為: V2 V2 1h PP (11 22) (
