TASK1

Afriendofyoursisafraidofspeakinginfrontofotherpeople,whatsuggestiondoyouhave這道題目看似話題新穎,不過咱來分析一下,其實此題的適用答題方向非常多,首先呢,考慮幾個問題:

a)Whydoyouthinkheisafraidofspeakinginfrontofothers你覺得他為啥會害怕呢?

b)Whatmethodmighthelphimstrengthenthisweaknessc)Howdoyouthinkitmighthelp為啥你覺得會有用呢說說看。

人前說話恐懼癥,有這么幾種情況:

一是缺乏自信,

二是心理問題(如小時候人前說話時候被嘲笑過),

三是慢熱

Okay,那么其實咱們得知道,有些時候哈,為了要抑制自己的某種缺陷,咱們可以通過不斷重復(fù)自己不舒適的事情,來漸漸抑制不適感或者恐懼感對于這道題來講,不甘于人前說話,是不是應(yīng)該多一點時機讓他接觸別人,并和別人交流、溝通呢?

當(dāng)然了,對于自信的問題。

個人覺得:自信源自于準(zhǔn)備!

所以假設(shè)他總是人前說話緊張啊,那就下回讓他在說話之前做好充足的準(zhǔn)備—充分理解自己要說的內(nèi)容,然后通過pre-practice來進(jìn)一步熟悉和強化,這樣的話,就會變得更加自信,也更有可能在makeapublicspeech的時候得到別人的贊美,贊美多了以后當(dāng)然會更有可能幫助他漸漸抑制自己人前說話恐懼的問題咯。

這道題……啥也別說了,點題班講過4、5次了,每次都是重點強調(diào),咱不答Good,誰拿Good呢~

咱假設(shè)出去玩過,肯定聽過導(dǎo)游說過這么一句話:上車睡覺,下車尿尿,看就風(fēng)景就照,回家啥也不知道?

這句笑談,其實是道出了目前咱國人出國旅游時候的一種現(xiàn)狀,到了景區(qū)就是各種閃光燈,,卡片相機、單反、自拍神器齊上陣,但是說時候旅游完畢以后,有心思去整理照片然后去回憶旅程的人真的很少啊。

這種情況事實上就和好多人特別喜歡下載、存儲各種文件、電影和資料是一樣的,大大的存儲硬盤里面都快塞滿了,卻很少會去整理并利用好自己已有的資源。而且還會樂此不疲地接著不斷下載并搜集各種資源,好似是自己的資源越多,就越能彰顯自己的博學(xué)一般,這種行為多可笑啊…

尼采先生就有這么一句話,給出了對于這種現(xiàn)象最直接露骨的見解,甚好:

不加選擇的只是沖動,就和不分對象的性沖動一樣,都是下流的標(biāo)志~

讀萬卷書,行萬里路。假設(shè)拍照真的很有用,可以幫助大家長見識,進(jìn)步自己的閱歷或者人生高度,那以前沒法兒拍照的古人該咋整?呵呵……所以說呢,咱電腦里、硬盤里有多少可以證明咱們?nèi)チ硕嗌俚胤降恼掌恢匾匾氖牵耗呐戮椭蝗讉€地方,都可以讓自己有成長,你說對么?^_^

當(dāng)然啦,任何事情啊,都不能走地太過極端——拍照也不是一無是處的,至少很多非常精彩的、幸福的、如畫的、悲傷的、沖動的瞬間,假設(shè)因為照片得以保存,真的會讓我們的回憶充滿細(xì)節(jié),充滿快樂。
