esignandconstructiontechnology,takeadvantageofdatainformationtocompiletheconstructionbudgetmatchinguptothepracticalconstruction.4.Duplicatethesample,workouttheprocessingplanformaterial,toolsandsemi-finishedproductreferringtoallprofessionaljobdrawings.5.Compiletheworkplaninstagesaccordingtotheoverallscheduling.6.Workoutthepertinenttechnicalqualityrequirementsandmanagementcriterioninaccordancewiththerequirementsofconsistentstandard.II.Outfieldpreparation1.Maketheinspectionandassayforrawmaterialandtrial-proportioningforconcreteandmortar.2.Makethecontrolsurveypointandmainguidepile,ormakethebuildingorientationifconditionpermits.3.Surveythebenchmark,completetheimpermanentbenchmarkandenclosurewell.4.Levelupthefield,buildandrepairthetemporaryfencesusedforconstruction.5.Accordingtotheconstructionplan,laytheup-and-downwaterpipe,digthesedimentationbasin,placethetemporaryroad,planandhardentheconstructionsite,setupthevehiclewashingtrough.6.Setupthetemporaryfacilities,switchonthepowersupplyfromdistributionroomtoeachapplicationpoint.IV.ConstructionlayoutI.overalllayoutdesignAccordingtotheschedulingofconstructionsite,carryoutthedynamiccontrolofsubcontractingtoconstructionoveralllayoutundertheinstructionofgeneralcontracting,completethezoningschemeinstagesandinmajors,makethecompactcollectivemanagementrelativelyindependent.Basedoncreatingthedemonstrationprojectofcivilizedconstruction,trytobuildthegenuinegarden-styleconstructionsite,produceagoodtrademarkimageforallsidesthatparticipatetheconstruction.II.LayoutoftemporaryfacilitiesRoadsinconstructionsitearemainlyaspertheexistingroadsystem.OutfieldroadismainlydominatedbyXuedianRoad.1.Officebuildings:(1)Officebuildingsforowner,supervisorandgeneralcontractingsiteadoptthetemporarycamphousemadebycolorsteelplateofonestorey.(asshowninfigure)(2)Officebuildingsforconstructionareplannedtobeclosetotheaboveofficebuildings,settinguptheunifiedcamphousemadebycolorsteelplateofonestoreywithsizeof3.6×6.0meach.2.Livingquarters(1)Dorm:outsidetheconstructionsite(2)Toilet:setuptwowater-flushtoiletsof7.0m×7.2msizeatonesideofdorm,andtwocesspoolsof4m×3m×2.50msizeoutsidethetoilet.Thedischargedsewerageshallbeputthroughthedrainoutletpipelineonconstructionsiteandsomebodyisspeciallyassignedtobeinchargeofthecleaning.(3)Canteen:outsidetheconstructionsite,sendforlunch.3.Guard:setuptwoguardrooms,theguardsshallbeinchargeofsecuritydefenseandfirefightingforallpersonsonconstructionsiteandin-and-outmaterials.4.Vehiclewashingstand:inordertoensurethecleanlinessofwholeconcretevehiclewhenplacingandgrindingtheconcrete,andavoidthe“cast,splash,drop,leak”affectingthecleanlinessofurbanroads,onthearterialroadofconstructionatthenorthernsideofmajorentranceandexitsetupvehiclewashingstandandimpoundingreservoirforwashingthevehiclebeforeitsgoingout,allseweragedisposedthroughsettlementdischargeintothedrainagenetworkonsite.III.TemporaryelectricitylayoutforconstructionAccordingtotherequirementsofthisproject,onsitesetuponedistributionroomof500KVA.Inordertoensurethenormalpowersupplyforproducingareaandsafeutilizationofelectricityforlivingquarters,temporaryutilizationofelectricityforconstructionisseparatelylaidintheplan,thusindependentpowertransmissionsystemisrespectivelyformedinofficearea,livingquarterandproducingareaforconstruction.1.ElectricitylayoutinconstructionareaAccordingtothepowerequipmentlayoutonconstructionsite,inordertorealizetheequalutilizationofelectricity,thisprojectwilllaythecablebythreelines,onelineisswitchedfromthepowersupplytotemporaryfacilities,anotherlineisforwatersupplyandroad,andthelastlineisforliving.2.Allcablesarelaidalongthesiteroadandburiedunderneaththeground40cm,fillingupsandcoveredwithonelayerfire-claybrick.Thespecificationofcableis3×25㎡,equippedwithatleastfivegeneraldistributionboxes.allnodesofelectricityforconstructionareswitchedfromgeneraldistributionboxes,whicharefixedwithsupportabutment.IV.Temporarywatersupplyanddrainagesystemlayoutforconstruction1.Temporarywatersupplylayoutforconstruction(1)Waterinletmanifoldissuppliedtotheconstructionsitebyowner.Consideringthelargeoccupyingareaanddispersedwaterconsumptionpointofthisproject,plantosetuponesagsinkatthemaininlet,adoptoneboosterpumpforwatersupply.On-siteinternalmanifoldadoptswaterpipeofφ100,allbranchpipesareofφ50.(2)Exceptthetapssetinwaterconsumptionpointsforconstructionandliving,allotherpointsareplannedtosetupthetapsofφ20around.2.LayoutofdrainagesystemThedrainagesystemofwholesiteisthroughthemaindrain,afterseveralsettlement,thendischargeintotheurbansewer.V.Mark:Ontheentranceandexitroadgoingtotheofficearea,hangfourplatesonedrawingforconstruction,andsafetyalarmplateinthesafetyalarmposition;popularizationmarkaboutownerandcontractorhungonthebuildingandfences.ChapterⅣ MajorconstructionformulaandkeyworkstagesA.TemporarymatchingconstructionworksI.Engineeringsurveys1.Theentireworks’engineeringsurveysarepositionedonthebasisofthebuilding’splanandwiththehelpofthemasterplan’sroadbedcoordinates,theprincipleofcontrolbeingthatlocalworkscomeaftertheentireworks.Rectangularcontrolmappingwillbesetuponsite.Rectangularcontrolnetworkwillhaveitsnetworkformedupbymajoraxesofthebuilding,whoseguidingpileswillbereadybeforetheexcavationworksbegin,whichwillserveasthebasisoftheplancontrol.PositionedloftingAllcoordinateswillbesetonthesiteandpositionedwithpilesaccordingtotheconstructiondesigndrawing’scoordinateslatticenetwork.Afterthat,withthepilesofthecoordinatesandaccordingtothedesigndrawingtheborderlineswillbelaidoutonsite,alsotheboundariesofthemaingroundstructuresandzeropointlinebetweenexcavationareaandbackfillarea.Afterthatthelevelheightofthecoordinateswillbeworkedoutandmarked,indoingthatattentionwillbepaidthatcommonbasepointisusedasmuchaspossible.Surveysandprojectionofthebuildingwillbecompletedonaone-timebasiswiththehelpofthecoordinatedonsiteandaccordingtothematerplanandtherelativepositionsoftheexistingbuildings.Thengantrypileswillbesunkattheturningpointsinthebuilding’speripheralsandtwoendsofthelongitudinalwalls.Thenextworkstagewillstartaftertheclientandtherelevantplanningunithasmadeacceptanceinspectionandrecordofacceptanceofpositioningisready.Firsttimepositioningandloftingwillbethebasisoffoundationposition.Beforeexcavationandfoundationworksstart,recheckwillbemadeofthegantrypilesandotherpositioningpointstobesurethateverythingiscorrect.Incaseanythingisfoundtobeincorrect,itwillbeputtorightintimeandrelevantrecordwillbemade.II.MainprocessflowtheworksPositioningandloftingrecheckoftheloftingmanualexcavationC10bottomlayerfoundationwallsindoorsbackfillandcompactinggravellayercompactingupperpartsteelstructureworksroof/wallcoloredsheetsworksinteriordecorationfloorsanddoors/windowsIII.Earthworks1.Excavation1.1Waterdrainagefacilitieswillbereadybeforeexcavationstarts.Stripfoundationswillhavearoundthemdrainditchesof200*200linedwithgravel,matchedwithφ600mmwatertraps,whichwillbe500deeperthanthefoundationpit.Waterdrainagewillbeorganizedandpumpwillbeusedfordrainingatanytimetoensurethattherewillbenowaterdepositduringconstructionworks.2.Backfill(1).Withcompletionoffoundationworksearthbackfillmaystartimmediatelyafteraccep
