硬毛刷金屬刮刀5.3ApplicationTools:實(shí)施工具Propanegascylinder丙烷Gastorch噴槍Cuttingknife割刀Tapemeasure卷尺Straightedge“T”squareT型直角尺f.tower滾筒刷g.gloves 手套5.4Protective:防護(hù)a.Protectiveoverall 全面保護(hù)b.Goodqualitygloves 手套c.Safetyglass,helmetandshoes防護(hù)眼鏡，頭盔和鞋子6.0施工準(zhǔn)備INSTALLATIONPREPARATION6.1Constructiondrawing 施工圖紙Everyitemshallbeaccordingtotheconstructiondrawings ，standardsofSabicandmanufacture’swritteninstructionandappliedrecommendationsandTechnicalDataSheets(TDS)每項(xiàng)工作展開應(yīng)根據(jù)施工圖紙、 Sabic標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及廠家產(chǎn)品說明、運(yùn)用推薦和材料技術(shù)表。ConstructiondrawingNo.00-A-0107detailR-2；施工圖紙編號(hào)StandardofSabicNo.A04-S02EngineeringStandard；Sabic標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編號(hào)6.2SubstrateSurfacePreparation屋面處理Properpreparationtothesubstratesurfaceisessentialforoptimumlongtermwaterproofing.為保持長(zhǎng)期防水性能，屋面應(yīng)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)處理。6.2.1Substrateshallbecleanedofdust，debris，moistureandothersubstancesdetrimentaltoroofinginstallation，sharpprojectionsshallberemoved。對(duì)基層上的灰塵、碎片、水和尖銳部位等影響屋面鋪貼的因素進(jìn)行清理。6.2.2Cantsstrip50mmx50mmcementmortarshallbeinstalledattheinstersectionofhorizontal andverticalsubstratesandsmoothsurfacewithmasontrowel50mmx50mm。屋面陰陽角抹 50mmx50mm水泥砂漿倒角。6.2.3Allsurfacestobewaterproofedmustbestructurallysound,clean，dryandfreeofallsurfacecontaminationincludingformreleaseagents,curingcompounds，concretefinishingaidsandallotherformsofsurfacecontamination.所有表面應(yīng)堅(jiān)固、清潔、干燥，無污染。6.2.4Anysurfacesharpobjectsoredgesaretobeeitherremovedorsmoothcoveredoverwithasuitablemortar,andfinishedtothesatisfactionoftheSupervisingEngineer.移除銳角或用砂漿抹平。6.2.5Allsubstratesurfacestoreceivethenewmembrane,shallbesmoothandfreefromirregularities.Thesubstratesurfaceisconsideredacceptableifnodeflectiongreaterthan10mmisfoundundera2mrule,inanydirection，andnodeflectiongreaterthan3mmunderaruleof0.20mlength.所有表面應(yīng)光滑，無不規(guī)則形狀，任何方向 2m內(nèi)高低差小于 10mm。7.0施工工藝INSTALLATIONTECHNOLOGYPROCESSSubstratepreparation—Additionallayerofwater-proofingfelt—Roofmembraneinstallation—Hot-meltsealinglaps—leakagetest—Roofinsulation—300*300*50THKcementlightweighttile基層清理—鋪貼附加層—鋪貼卷材—熱熔封邊—閉水試驗(yàn)—鋪保溫板—隔離層—鋪水泥磚7.1SubstratePreparation基層準(zhǔn)備Beforeinstallationofmodifiedbituminousmembraneroofing ，substrateshallbeinspectedandapprovedbyQC。卷材鋪貼前，基層應(yīng)被 QC檢查認(rèn)可。7.2Additionallayerfelt 鋪附加層Accordingtostandardsandspecificationpriortoinstallingtheadditionalmodifiedbituminousmembranelayerforcantstripsofparapetwall、roofingdrain 、equipmentbasementetc。根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，首先為各陰陽角鋪貼附加層。7.3Roofmembraneinstallation鋪屋面卷材Modifiedbituminousmembraneshallbeinstalledoverareatoreceiveroof，extendedoverandterminatebeyondcants。Twopliesofmodifiedbituminousmembrane，consistingofabaseplyandafinishply，shallbeinstalled，startingatthelowpointofsystem。Eachlayerisinstalledbytorchweldingmethod，loose-laidorfullybondedtosubstrate。Whenloose-laid，onlyoverlapsarebondedtogether。卷材鋪貼面積應(yīng)大于屋面面積，需延伸至倒角以上。兩層防水卷材鋪貼，應(yīng)從最低點(diǎn)往最高點(diǎn)鋪貼，采用熱熔法鋪貼，對(duì)于第一層卷材，鋪貼時(shí)我們只需焊好搭接部位。7.4Hot-meltsealinglaps熱熔封邊Lapsshallbestaggered，sideandendlapsshallbehot-meltandcompletelysealedbyrolling，leavingnovoids。搭接錯(cuò)開，縱橫向搭接采用熱熔搭接，擠壓密實(shí)無空鼓。7.5leakagetest閉水試驗(yàn)Accordingtostandardsandspecification，roofshallbefilledwithwater，thedepthofwatershallbehigherthanroofinghighestpoint2cm，maintained24hours。Interiorofthebuildingshallbeinspectedforleaksduringandafterthetest。leaks，ifany，shallberepairedandthetestrepeateduntilnoleakageisfound。根據(jù)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，屋面應(yīng)進(jìn)行 24小時(shí)閉水試驗(yàn)，水深應(yīng)高于屋面最高點(diǎn)室內(nèi)是否滲漏，如果有，立即返修在做閉水試驗(yàn)直到不漏為止。

2cm，在閉水測(cè)試期間檢查7.6Roofinsulation 屋面保溫層Extrudedpolystyreneboardshallbelooselylaidovermodifiedbituminousmembrane，withlongjointsofinsulationincontinuousstraightlinesandwithendjointsstaggeredbetweenrows，abuttingedgesandendsbetweenboards。Bottomdrainchannelsshallbeinstalledtowardroofdrainsandscuppers。屋面保溫板應(yīng)松散布置，保溫板接縫縱橫向錯(cuò)開，板底所有管道施工完成。7.7300*300*50THKcementlightweighttile300*300*50THKcementlightweighttileshallbeinstalledaccordingtodrawing，standardandmanufacture’swritteninstruction。300*300*50的水泥磚按照?qǐng)D紙規(guī)范和廠家說明進(jìn)行安裝。8.0噴火槍安全 GASTORCHSAFETYThefollowinggeneralproceduresshouldbefollowedwhenevertorchesareused:噴火槍使用應(yīng)遵守以下流程 :7.1Torch-appliedmembranesarenotclassifiedasdangerousgoods,howeverduringtheinstallationprocess,caremustbeexercisedwhenworkingwithanopenflame.噴火鋪貼的防水膜不是危險(xiǎn)物品，但在鋪貼過程中，要注意明火危險(xiǎn)。7.2Torchingequipmentshouldbeingoodworkingcondition.噴火設(shè)備應(yīng)狀態(tài)良好。7.3Hand-heldtorchesandtorchingtrolliesshouldhaveanadjustablepilotlightandanadjustablevalvethatcontrolsflamesize.手持噴火槍應(yīng)可調(diào)火焰大小。7.4Keepcylindersfastenedsecurelyinanuprightpositionwhenbeingstoredortransported,andbesurethecontainervalveisclosedwithsafetycaporcollarinplace.存放和運(yùn)輸氣瓶時(shí)，將其牢固綁在豎直位置，確保閥門關(guān)閉，確保有瓶帽。7.5Cylindersshouldnotbedroppedorallowedtostrikeeachotherandshouldbecheckedbeforeeachuseforrustanddents.鋼瓶不應(yīng)該丟棄或互相碰撞，使用檢查是否有銹蝕和凹痕。7.6Cylindersshouldbemovedbymeansofahandtruck.Ifabsolutelynecessarytomovethembyhand，rollthemonthebottomedge，neverdragthem.鋼瓶應(yīng)該由手推車的方式移動(dòng)。如果有必要手動(dòng)，滾動(dòng)其底部邊緣，不要拖動(dòng)。7.7Whenindoubt,alwaysassumethatcylindersarefullandhandlethemaccordingly.如不確定，始終假設(shè)氣瓶是滿的。7.8Thehosebetweenthetorchandthefueltankshouldbeatleast25incheslongandhavetheUnderwritersLaboratory(UL)approval氣瓶與噴火槍之間軟管應(yīng)至少為 25英寸長(zhǎng)，并具有保險(xiǎn)商實(shí)驗(yàn)室（ UL）的批準(zhǔn)7.9Checkhosepriortouseforcleanliness,cuts,cracks,orwornplaces.Replaceimmediatelyifanyofthesearepresent.使用前檢查軟管是否清潔，有割傷，裂痕，或磨損的地方。若有則立即更換，7.10ThepressureregulatorandpressuregaugeallowforanevenflowofgasandshouldalsohavetheULapproval.壓力調(diào)節(jié)器和壓力計(jì)也應(yīng)具有 UL認(rèn)證。7.11Tanksshouldbesizedtomeettherequirementsoftheburnerequipment.氣瓶的尺寸應(yīng)以滿足燃燒設(shè)備的要求。7.12Alittorchshouldneverbeleftunattended.點(diǎn)燃的噴火槍不得無人看管。7.13Allcombustiblesshouldbeproperlydisposed.所有可燃物應(yīng)妥善丟棄7.14Donotuseopenflamedirectlyonhighlycombustiblematerial.Followallsite,andregulatoryfirecodes.不要直接對(duì)高度可燃材料使用明火。遵守所有的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，監(jiān)管消防規(guī)范。7.15Attheendoftheday，turnoffthetorch,thenthetanks，andthenbleedthelineofexcessgas.工作結(jié)束后，熄滅噴火槍，關(guān)掉氣瓶，然后放空多余氣體。7.16Theforemansho
