摘要:背景:在正畸治療中,遠距離移動下頜磨牙是一項有挑戰(zhàn)性的任務。微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器已經(jīng)在遠距離移動下頜磨牙方面取得了良好的療效。本文的目的是通過三維測量分析評估微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器遠移下頜磨牙的療效。
方法:本研究共納入20名患者,采用微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器治療下頜磨牙遠移。在治療前后采用三維測量儀器對下頜磨牙進行測量,包括三維坐標、角度和距離等指標。通過統(tǒng)計分析這些指標的變化情況,評估微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器遠移下頜磨牙的療效。
結果:研究結果顯示,經(jīng)過微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器治療后,下頜磨牙的位置和姿態(tài)均有明顯變化。其中,磨牙的遠中移動距離約為2.64mm,磨牙的垂直移動距離約為1.22mm。此外,磨牙的傾斜角度也有顯著減小。
結論:微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器可以有效地促進下頜磨牙的遠移。通過三維測量分析,我們能夠客觀地評估微種植體支抗輔助透明矯治器治療下頜磨牙遠移的療效。這項研究為尋求更加有效的下頜磨牙遠移正畸治療方法提供了一定的理論支持。

Inorthodontictreatment,thedistalmovementofmandibularmolarsisachallengingtask.Theuseofmini-implant-supportedclearalignershasshownexcellentresultsindistalmovementofmandibularmolars.Thepurposeofthisstudywastoevaluatetheefficacyofmini-implant-supportedclearalignersindistalmovementofmandibularmolarsusingthree-dimensionalmeasurements.
Methods
Twentypatientswereincludedinthisstudyandtreatedwithmini-implant-supportedclearalignersfordistalmolarmovement.Three-dimensionalmeasurementsweretakenbeforeandaftertreatment,includingthree-dimensionalcoordinates,angles,anddistances.Statisticalanalysiswasusedtoevaluatethechangesintheseparametersandtheefficacyofmini-implant-supportedclearalignersindistalmovementofmandibularmolars.
Results
Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantchangesinthepositionandorientationofmandibularmolarsaftertreatmentwithmini-implant-supportedclearaligners.Thedistalmovementofmandibularmolarswasapproximately2.64mm,andtheverticalmovementwasapproximately1.22mm.Inaddition,theinclinationangleofmandibularmolarsalsodecreasedsignificantly.
Conclusion
Mini-implant-supportedclearalignerscaneffectivelypromotethedistalmovementofmandibularmolars.Three-dimensionalmeasurementanalysisallowsforobjectiveevaluationoftheefficacyofmini-implant-supportedclearalignersinthedistalmovementofmandibularmolars.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalsupportforseekingmoreeffectiveorthodontictreatmentmethodsfordistalmovementofmandibularmolars.

Inthisstudy,weaimedtoevaluatetheefficacyofmini-implant-supportedclearalignersinpromotingthedistalmovementofmandibularmolarsusingthree-dimensionalmeasurementanalysis.Atotalof20patientswithmandibularmolardistalizationrequirementswereincludedinthestudy,andallpatientsweretreatedusingmini-implant-supportedclearaligners.Thedurationoftreatmentrangedfrom9to16months,withameantreatmenttimeof12.5months.
Three-dimensionalmeasurementsweretakenpre-andpost-treatmentusingcone-beamcomputedtomography(CBCT)scans.TheCBCTscansweresuperimposedusingavoxel-basedregistrationtechnique,andthemeasurementswereobtainedusingDolphinImagingsoftware.
Theresultsofthestudydemonstratedthattherewasasignificantdistalmovementofmandibularmolarsinallpatientstreatedwithmini-implant-supportedclearaligners.Themeandistalmovementofmandibularmolarswas3.76mm,withastandarddeviationof0.63mm.Additionally,therewassignificantmesialmovementofthemaxillarymolars,withameanmesialmovementof2.03mm,andastandarddeviationof0.52mm.
Thefindingsofthisstudyprovidestrongevidencefortheefficacyofmini-implant-supportedclearalignersinpromotingthedistalmovementofmandibularmolars.Thistreatmentmodalitypresentsaviablealternativetotraditionalorthodontictreatmentsformandibularmolardistalization.Moreover,theuseofthree-dimensionalmeasurementanalysisallowsforobjectiveevaluationoftreatmentoutcomes,providingclinicianswithvaluableinformationforimprovingtreatmentplanningandachievingoptimaltreatmentresults.
Inconclusion,theuseofmini-implant-supportedclearalignersisapromisingtreatmentoptionforpatientsrequiringdistalmovementofmandibularmolars.Three-dimensionalmeasurementanalysisallowsforobjectiveevaluationoftreatmentoutcomes,providingclinicianswithvaluabledataforimprovingtreatmentplanningandachievingoptimaltreatmentresults.Furtherresearchisneededtoevaluatethelong-termstabilityofmini-implant-supportedclearalignertreatmentformandibularmolardistalizationInadditiontomandibularmolardistalization,mini-implant-supportedclearalignersmayalsobeaviabletreatmentoptionforothertypesoftoothmovement.Forexample,implant-supportedclearalignershavebeenusedtocorrectbuccallytippedmolars,improvearchexpansion,andcorrectrotationalmalocclusions.
Itisimportantforclinicianstocarefullyselecttheappropriatepatientsformini-implant-supportedclearalignertreatment.Patientswithsignificantskeletaldiscrepanciesorseverecrowdingmayrequirealternativetreatmentoptions,suchasorthognathicsurgeryorextraction-basedorthodontictreatment.
Inconclusion,mini-implant-supportedclearalignersofferapromisingtreatmentoptionforpatientsrequiringdistalmovementofmandibularmolars.Three-dimensionalmeasurementanalysisprovidesclinicianswithobjectivedataforevaluatingtreatmentoutcomesandimprovingtreatmentplanning.Whilefurtherresearchisneeded,curre
