堿化-高壓-固定化酶解聯(lián)合制備大豆苷元技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)

堿化—高壓—固定化酶解聯(lián)合制備大豆苷元技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)摘要：本研究采用堿化-高壓-固定化酶解聯(lián)合制備大豆苷元技術(shù)，對大豆苷元的制備進行了深入研究。首先采用堿化處理使大豆中的球蛋白變成可溶的金黃色素，然后在高壓條件下進行固定化酶解反應(yīng)，最后得到了高純度、高產(chǎn)率的大豆苷元。在此基礎(chǔ)上，我們開發(fā)了大豆苷元口服片劑，并對其生產(chǎn)工藝、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進行了分析和評估。研究結(jié)果表明，我們提出的堿化-高壓-固定化酶解聯(lián)合制備大豆苷元技術(shù)具有高效、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟的特點，是一種有效的大豆苷元制備方法。同時，我們開發(fā)的大豆苷元口服片劑具有良好的口感和較高的藥效，可用于促進血管擴張，改善心血管健康等領(lǐng)域。

Abstract:Inthisstudy,thepreparationofdaidzeinwasdeeplystudiedbyusingthetechnologyofalkalitreatment-highpressure-fixedenzymehydrolysis.Firstly,thealkalitreatmentwasusedtomaketheglobulininsoybeansbecomesolubleyellowpigment,andthenthefixedenzymehydrolysisreactionwascarriedoutunderhighpressureconditions,andfinally,high-purityandhigh-yielddaidzeinwasobtained.Basedonthis,wedevelopeddaidzeinoraltabletsandanalyzedandevaluatedtheirproductiontechnologyandproductquality.Theresultsshowedthatthealkalitreatment-highpressure-fixedenzymehydrolysiscombinedwithdaidzeintechnologyproposedbyushasthecharacteristicsofhighefficiency,environmentalprotectionandeconomy,andisaneffectivemethodfordaidzeinpreparation.Atthesametime,thedaidzeinoraltabletsdevelopedbyushavegoodtasteandhighefficacy,andcanbeusedinthefieldofpromotingbloodvesseldilationandimprovingcardiovascularhealth.

Inadditiontothedevelopmentofthistechnology,wehavealsodevelopeddaidzeinoraltabletsthathavegoodtasteandhighefficacy.Thesetabletsaredesignedtopromotebloodvesseldilationandimprovecardiovascularhealth.Throughacombinationofourinnovativedaidzeinproductiontechnologyandthedevelopmentoftheseoraltablets,weaimtoprovideamoreaccessibleandeffectivemeansofimprovingcardiovascularhealthFurthermore,werecognizetheimportanceofsustainabilityandenvironmentalresponsibilityinourindustry.Inordertominimizeourimpactontheenvironment,wehaveimplementedanumberofmeasuresinourdaidzeinproductionprocess.

Firstly,wehavedevelopedaclosed-loopsystemforwaterandwastemanagement.Thissystemrecycleswaterandseparateswastematerialsforproperdisposal,reducingtheamountofwaterandwastegeneratedinourproductionprocess.

Secondly,wearecommittedtosourcingourrawmaterialsfromsustainableandethicalsources.Weensurethatoursoybeansaregrownwithouttheuseofharmfulpesticidesandarepurchasedfromfarmerswhousesustainableandenvironmentally-friendlyfarmingpractices.

Finally,wehaveimplementedenergy-efficienttechnologiesinourproductionfacilities,includingtheuseofrenewableenergysourcessuchassolarandwindpower.Thesemeasuresnotonlyreduceourenvironmentalimpact,butalsocontributetoouroverallcostsavings.
